My granddaughter started making this window art at 6yrs old very successfully. If a child that young has any problem you can do the black outline for them and then let them fill in the colors. www.klutz.com had both the regular window art & the christmas window art book available online along with several paint refill selections to order. Including silver & gold outline colors to use instead of the black and fill in colors not included with the books. Also on most of the webpages for each window art item there is a "Click here for an exclusive window art design" link you can click for a whole page of designs to print out that aren't in the books. Each page is different and even include lots of designs for the different holidays.
My granddaughter is now 8 and a window art devotee.

I originally bought the Christmas kit 2 years ago and each year have added a few more pieces of "art" to my windows. However, now my 5 year old is producing his own charming drawings, which I trace into window art. This is when the fun really started. He loves seeing his art work on the windows and now all the relatives want some. If you let the black outline dry younger kids can fill in.

Cause this is so much fun you're kids will not want to stop making projects!

I give this Leap Pad book 3 stars for fun because my children were not interested enough to even look at all the pages.They played with it a lot, but did not get even half way through, maybe that just means it is full of fun stuff to do, but since my kids have not gone back to it, I feel it does not hold their interest quite enough. Educational, 4 stars because some of it seemed a bit simple, like the space page. 5 stars for durability because it is no more and no less durable then regular Leap Pad books. Dont like the eraseable pen though. Must cover it each and every time, even between questions. If it's off more then 5 seconds, it dries out.I peronally did not find it very easy to keep picking up and putting down pens. I tried using a pen in each hand, and it dried out, so I had to keep putting down the regular "pen" to cover up the eraseable pen. Pretty annoying.

I'm a little disappointed about the Smart Guide to Third Grade, not because it's not good, but because it doesn't offer much more than the sample book that came with the Quantum Pad. I'm sure that someone who has the LeapPad will get more use out of it, but if I had known that the only major bonuses are in the math section, I would have purchased the Third Grade Math Book instead.

I think this book is very good for learning the skills of third grade. The only thing is that I wish it came with a case to hold the cartridge, book and pen in one place like my sister's Smart guide to 1st grade came with.

My boys love the chalk. So do all the kids at the park! Tons of chalk for everyone to draw and color.

the 3 dimensional horses were freezes (i.e., only 1 side of the animal was there) rather than full 3 dimensional items, but otherwise it was quite nice. They were easy to paint and everything came with the item.

it is hard to get its clothes on really hard and she isn't cool looking she is wearing clothes that are from old myscene dolls.

Chelsea is very pretty doll.When I first saw her I knew I had to get her.The price was well worth it but now she isn't avalable(bummer).She has brown silky hair, that's very durable and brown eyes.The colors and styles of the accssories shone in the picture may very.She comes with a second outfit that you can mix and match with the first,without making it look weird.Her accssories include a bag,sketches,some art supplies,a beret,some make-up,a book,a make-up box,a purse and a phone. My five year-old daugther wanted this Barbie computer Christmas after receiving the younger Barbie computer for her 3rd birthday. She did not get it because it seemed expsensive but bought it herself with her Christmas money. She loved it from the start. She likes the games and the Spanish on it, too. She loved the mouse at first but then realized that it doesn't travel as well as the ones without a mouse (needs a solid surface versus using it in the car, airplane, drs office). The screen could be larger of course. She finds some games a challenge to figure out the rules and how-tos but overall loves her computer. She is very pleased with her purchase and I think she will be playing it for a couple years. The games are good for the ages 5-8 range.

My 6-year old daughter AND her friend got one of these for Christmas. THEY LOVE IT!!! It has tons of learning games and 5 levels on each game. I can't tell you how much this has helped her reading and writing skills. Once you complete a level, you get a "prize picture". I've been looking all over for the expansion cards because she noticed that they have a slot for them. I have had no luck. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

I love this toy so much! The screen isn't too small, it's quite big actually! It has a crystal clear LCD screen display and when I was first given it 3 years ago, (I was 3 then, now I'm 6) I hated it because whenever Barbie (I am and was the No.1 fan of Barbie!) came on screen, the laptop wouldn't let me dress her or style her hair but now I'm 6 I can just go on to the Art program on here and design gashions for her. I can take my very own Barbie laptop everywhere! Barbie comforts me by saying I'll do better next time when I do badly on a game and when I do good she praises me and makes me really happy! My brother Macie age 5 got the Hot Wheels laptop and we play on our laptops together and our parents Sara and Tom, think we're sweet when we play on them. Anyway, back to the subject, after 3 years the toy laptop has stayed together fine. Now I've got to go because I want to play on my Barbie laptop!

This set is perfect for a younger child! Having 100 markers to work with is great. I know when I was younger, I loved having little carrying cases for eveything to keep organized...I wish I had had this cute little case when I was 5!

My almost 6-year-old son loves drawing and coloring, and this special set is perfect for him. In addition to having *100 different colors* (!) the markers are small with a thin tip. They fit his hands well and he loves having so many colors to choose from. We have had this set for several months and none have dried out or given him any problems. The case is perfect. It is sturdy plastic, snaps shut and has a handle. These are more "grown up" than the Crayola markers and have a much finer tip than even their skinny ones, so they are great for words and small details. We love this set!

We bought this set over a year ago and my daughter is still carrying it with her everywhere. Most marker sets you find in stores only have 24 or 36 colors. Here you have 100 colors to choose from. They come in a zippered case that opens into a full circle of markers arrayed in a beautiful rainbow. Each marker pops into the case so they all have a place and you can instantly see if one is missing. The markers have withstood endless pictures but are now getting a bit dry so we are replacing them. For $15 it seriously may be the #1 value of all the toys we have ever purchased for our children over the years.

I was Sketchy about buying this puzzle at first..I wasnt sure if my son would be able to put it together but To my amazement my son put the whole puzzle together all by himself in about 10 minutes..I have now bought 3 of these puzzles from walmart. He just adores them.
