Cadoo is a Cadon't
I bought Cadoo one Christmas for my nephew because he thought it would be fun. He was wrong. I played it one time with him and while we were playing he got bored. There is no real point to this game.

Hullabaloo
This is a great game. My 2 1/2 and 6 both play it together. It helps the little one to learn colors and shapes and identifying pictures and most importantly to listen to instructions. Its a fun action game because the speaker calls out the new location to find and tells the players how to get there -- spin to a red, crawl to a square. It is even fun to play alone. I definitely recommend this.

Great fun for kids of different ages
I had this game on my Amazon wish list, and a good friend purchased it as a "big brother" gift for my two eldest when their baby brother was born. Since they had lots of toys already, I kept it hidden in my closet for the right day... when the baby would be awake, the downstairs neighbors would be gone, etc.

Well, I pulled it out today, popped the batteries in, and voila! Like magic, my normally squabbling 3 1/2 and 6 1/2 year olds were giggling, bouncing, and leaping all over the place. The great thing is that it's an active game, but they have to listen to the game's instructions, so they don't get overly wild. This is a terrific game for a small birthday party (though you can order spare game pads from Cranium and use it for bigger groups or classes), or just to bring out when the kids are bored and can't go burn off energy outside.

The game is really simple; it comes with the battery-operated pod and 16 pads that you scatter on the floor. They vary in shapes, colors, and emblems (things like animals, instruments, and food). The players have to listen to the pod's instructions (ie "spin over to a circle! Touch your nose to an animal!"), and after a certain number of instructions, the game will tell the players to freeze, and announce that if anyone is standing on a certain pad, they're the winner, and should take a bow or do a funky dance.

I was thrilled to have a game that's active and something that both my kids could play together -- since it's essentially a listening-to-instructions game of luck, one wouldn't necessarily beat the other.

This is a terrific example of how well-thought-out the Cranium games are. I'm sure we'll get lots of use out of this!

      School Project
An excellent project for your child's school report. We purchased the Velociraptor kit for our 8 year old daughter not knowing what to expect. After opening the package my wife came up with the clever idea of pouring melted chocolate chips into the dinosaur molds, instead of using the plaster mix that comes with the kit. We experimented with white chocolate chips and created realistic looking dinosaur bones! We buried these edible bones in ground up Oreo Cookies. What a thrill to see our daughter's 2nd grade class excavate these delectible prehistoric fossils! We can't wait to purchase other kits in the Eyewitness series!

      Good product, good customer support.
I bought this product for my 6-year-old daughter. When I first opened the box, I was a little disappointed. I thought it was a little over priced for 2 small bags of powder and some instructions.

On top of that, the "mixture" didn't harden (even after 5 days it still wouldn't harden). So we threw it away and called the company's customer support number on the instructions. They were friendly and helpful. They shipped a new bag via 2 day air to Hawaii for free.

We tried it again, only this time used about 1/3rd the amount of water listed on the instructions and it worked perfectly. My daughter loved it. She created the mold and painted it.

Overall, it's a good product. It allows children to follow instructions and create something rather than simply "play."

      Great and fun!
Mold of hand turned out really well, could even see the fingerprints and fingernails.

        Good All Around Gift Idea
I purchased two of these for holiday gifts for a three year old girl and a seven year old boy. Both children continue to thoroughly enjoy the gift and I see smiles and cooperative, creative play whenever the big re-closeable boxes of delights are pulled out.

This is a wonderful kid friendly way for kids to be able to unleash their creativity. The box contains a good variety of great products... more than enough to satisfy most kids on most days. It is also a great chance to sample lots of cool crayola offerings without having to commit hefty sums of money to buy each one separately.

Excellent for independent clean-up because everything fits easily right back into the big see-through box. All that, plus you get the fun of seeing all the beautiful ideas the kids will come up with.

I will be buying many of these for birthday gifts in the future.

        This Is GREAT
I got this toy for christmas and the moment i got it i loved it,i think every kid should get one

Wonderful Set, but contents and colors will vary
I got this set (along with the Super Art Craft Chest) for my daughter for Christmas. This set had more than was shown/expected and far exceeded my expectations. While my set DID NOT have the modeling clay as shown, it did have 3 different boxes of crayons including classic, neon or flourescent, and construction paper crayons, at least 2 sets of markers, colored pencils, sidewalk chalk, a coloring book, paint, and the plastic crayon/marker holder (which as a different color than shown). The only weak part of the set is the coloring book, but the supplies inside the tub are outstanding and inspiring for young artists. By all means, if your child likes to draw, paint, and color, then your child will LOVE this kit and get plenty of use out of it! By the way, I prefer this set to the Craft set, but both are wonderful! The tote itself will be bigger than you are expecting and you can add any existing supplies you have to it!

          AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This toy is great! I made my mom a heart and painted it pink. She loved it! The only bad thing is that the clay dries out fast EVEN IF YOU HAVE REFILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          pretty good
This is great!! It's fun and good for a rainy day. I loveeeee it!!! I made a lot of pottery for my family with this, and they loved it, expecially my grandma! It's durable, I've had it for a long time now, I like making pottery and all the wheels I have had have broke in less then 5 months! Its durable! The only way it is educational is because it has to do with art! I even made one and painted the red sox logo on it and i made another one and put my towns logo on it! Pretty Cool huh??? No? I didnt think so. Oh well, you should buy this toy it is worth it! even if people say its not,you can trust me. Parents, your kids will love it and they will spend hours on it!

          This toy is great!
I think this pottery wheel is awesome! All the other wheels I have recieved have broken down or have not been fast enough to work. But I just tried this today and it works great! I made a little pot in no time and it was really fun! I plan on painting it tomorrow and giving it to my teacher as a gift. Oh and also, the person who posted a review that said that the wheel "just stopped" as they were trying to make the whole for the pot, they probably just pressed to hard and made the whole wheel break. They tell you specifically in the directions to "not press hard or the wheel will stop and be permenatly damaged". Anyway, this wheel is a great gift for anyone and I really like it!

            kept kids occupied
I took this on a 5 day camping trip where I knew it would be a challenge to keep 3 and 4 year olds occupied - and not begging for the TV! They had a great time making things! My only complaint is that it didn't come with paper and glue so they would have more options. I bought them separately and am glad I did!

On Chistmas day, this is the toy she played with...
I bought this for my niece. On Christmas day, after the gift giving carnage was over and the wrapping paper cleaned up, this is the toy she pulled from the pile to play with. I can't think of a better recommendation than that.

My only suggestion would be that if you buy this, get some poster board or something to go with it so you have something to glue all the little doodads to.

            SUPER TOY!
I have this at home, it's the best craft kit I've had in my life!! (and I'm [...]!) I reccomend you getting this for you kids today!
