It was easy for the girls to dress up for their character. It was fun, but it lasted less than an hour. Not worth spending $32.00. Also, only 6 people really had parts, the extra characters roles were not much fun.

This was my fourth time hosting a murder mystery party and the first time I've used the Bedazzled Murder Mystery series. My first three parties were all from Decipher's How to Host a Murder series. Here are a few differences I noticed.

1) The game barely took 2 hrs to complete as opposed to the 4 hrs we averaged with the other parties.

2) Each round starts with a printed dialog for the characters to read. People who enjoy improv might find this limiting, but a shy crowd appreciates the help.

3) The murderer knows in the first round they've done it. This is ok if your guests are good actors who can keep a secret, but it will change the experience for that guest. In the How to Host a Murder series the murderer has to figure out the mystery along with the other guests.

4) The game is written for a minimum of 6 people with 2 extra characters in case you have more guests. We played with 7. Having an extra, non-suspect, character confused some guests but as hostess I appreciated not having to find an 8th guest.

All in all we had a good time with this game. The theme is easy to setup and everyone can easily find a Hawaiian shirt. If I had known the differences between the game brands I would have planned my party differently, but I will definitely use the Bedazzled Murder Mystery series for parties in the future.

I really enjoyed this game. The most entertaining part about it was to see my friends act out the parts. THe costume's were easy and fun! We opted not to include the 2 extra characters as they don't say anything so it had no point. The CD was boring, but I can see how other reviewers like it- it updated you so you would remember what you've learned in the game thusfar. It was also very unrealistic how each character had a clue "I just happen to have this death certificate in my purse", but overall good fun, and I plan on buying another version in the series-maybe "staying alive".

I bought this for my nine-month old because he was entertained by it in its box in the toy aisle. Upon bringing it home, I unwrapped it and found it a huge disappointment. 1) It doesn't activate very easily; you practically have to beat it with the bat to get it to wake up 2) It's pretty lame when the ball is firmly attached to the base; basically, it just teaches my son that it's OK to pound on his toys and 3) Even when it lights up on cue, it's pretty boring.

We're taking it back.

Since my family are all such huge sports fans, I was very excited to get this toy for my 6 month old. The toy consists of a bat, a baseball and a tee which the baseball sits on. The tee rests on a rocking base. The idea is that when you hit the ball off the tee, the base rocks and the motion activates lights and sounds. The tee has 2 adjustments, the lower (beginner) adjustment allows for the ball to "lock" into the tee so that you can't actually knock the ball off the tee, but if you make any contact with the tee/ball at all, the base will rock and the lights/music will activate. The more advanced setting allows the ball to rest on the tee without locking in. So that when the bat makes contact with the ball, it is an actual hit.
The problems I have with this toy are:
- the beginner setting is boring. the ball doesn't even move off the tee. so the toy is essentially a stick on a rocking base.
- the lights/music feature is very difficult for a baby to activate. On either setting, the base really has to almost fall over in order for the sensor to activate. We initially thought we just needed to change the batteries, but even with new batteries the sensor is not very sensitive.
- There is no height adjustment for when the baby is sitting vs standing.
Over all, I am very disappointed with this toy. Fisher Price ususally makes such great kids toys that really grow with baby. This toy is definitely not up to their usual standards.
We kept the bat and ball and threw the base away. My son loves banging with the bat and trying to catch the ball when we roll it to him. Don't waste your money on this one!

I'm here to tell you that this product is not worth your time or money. This habitat is cruel for a hermit crab, let alone anuthing else. The material is extremely flimsy and it is not a proper enviroment for you pet. Many people think that to take care of a hermit crab, all you have to do is put them in the tank and let them be. Those people are wrong; you need to have toys and proper materials for your pet to climb on and simulate it's natural enviroment. Additionally, a hermit crab needs proper humidity temperatures, this cage does not do this and your hermit crab will die since it needs humidity to breathe. Furthormore, you have to pay extra to recieve a crab. it is much easier just to go to Petsmart or Petco and buy a ten gallon tank for 10 dollars, the crab for a small amount, sand and toys. In all, this product is not fit for any animal and not worth the money it costs. Please rethink you purchase and save the life of an animal, even if it is just a hermit crab.

THIS....THING is the WORST possible place for a hermit crab to live. here are some bad points :
1. it's SUPER FLIMSY
2. you have to PAY EXTRA to have hermit crabs SHIPPED to your house(i don't need to waste my time telling you all the bad points about THAT!)
3. it's awful! it can't retain humidity (hermit crabs need humidity to BREATHE!) hermit crabs need a LOT more than this dreadful death trap can even BEGIN to offer! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!

I got the hermit crab cove in the mail and it is great! Every says it sucks but it doesnt they like the cove and LOVE the beachy background! This is a great deal because it comes with alot!! Heres some care tips for your hermit crabs: if they need more moisture or they are escaping get a lint free dish drayer towl and wet it with only SPRING WATER!! THEY would die if you used tap water. Change your food every 2-3 days. Change water when need if you need more. VERY VERY INPORTANT GIVE THEM baths at least once a week. get a very small bowl add ONLY ROOM TEMP SPRING WATER and put 1 hermie upside down untill it comes out!! DONT LEAVE THEM ALONE LONGER THAN 45 secs. all in all this is a nice habitat.

Complex and long project, hard to enjoy the time trying to build it together when the child expects it ready in 2 minutes and just wants to grab the parts and start to play. However, once built provides hours of imaginative play on a regular basis, at least for 6 mos. We really enjoyed just playing with the Jet more.

We purchased the airport for use in the Niagara Aerospace Museum in Niagara Falls, New York. The museum recently got a grant from the Bell Foundation to create a Kid Zone. We started out with the playmobil Jet Airliner and added the airport and several helicopters,the bus stop, the jet service vehicle and a couple of small airplanes. As soon as the airport was put together (and it does take some putting together) kids were enjoying it. It's the kind of toy that stimulates creative play.

For now, the airport is on a 30" by 72" table. We're thinking of making a special 4'by 8' table out of plywood, with painted runway and grassy area.

The playmobil toys seem to be used by the three to eight year old group the most. They like to manipulate the people and small parts of the airport such as the baggage pick up area.

Many parents have asked where you can get the airport. It's not sold in stores. I told them I found it on the internet.

I just got this toy yesterday, and it's my favorite playmobile so far. I love all the different places can make people go!It's very sturdy, because when I picked it up to bring it to my room, it didn't fall apart at all. I have learned although, that you sould probably buy the little jet plane with it or you couldn't do anything. As for manual labor It took me about 1 and a half hours to put together! I'm already asking my parents to get me the attatchments for Christmas! This is one of my favorite toys!
