I bought this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and she LOVES it. She spends 30 minutes or more playing with the sand. The problem is, the sand gets wet when it rains. We are diligent about securing the lid but the sand still gets wet. Poor design on the corners - no lip around the edges on the corners allows water to get in.

we just purchased this table for our soon to be 2 year old. He LOVES it and so do all the neighborhood children! Sturdy, fun and nice that it is OFF the ground with legs. They love it and have so much fun with this.

It a perfect size my toddler daycare kids. They could play with Naturally Playful Sand Table all day long. Much less mess than a sand box because kids don't sit in it. I did add more cups and small toys for added fun. I love the top makes it safe for strays cats to NOT use as their little box. The bands that close very tight. Strong wind didn't blow it off last night. For $42 you really can't beat that price. I also got Water Wheel Play Table these go great together. LOVE IT! A must for parents and caregivers of toddlers!

I bought this for my 7 y.o., whose spelling skills lag her math/logic skills. I was looking for fun ways to practice spelling. She finds the game fun, and enjoys the challenge of the hard letter combinations that come up (though we added our own rule that we can "pass" if we both agree). I believe it does help reinforce spelling skills. However, the letter dispenser sometimes sticks, which is annoying. Tip: make sure you separate the letter tiles really carefully before you stack them--if they are stuck together, they will jam.

Word games are typically fun but don't play with someone who will just dominate the game. We had somewhat of a good time with this one but we rate games by how easily we are distracted by things other than the game. The premise of the game is to quickly make a word from the two dispensed tiles that begins with one of the letters and ends with the other, e.g. "D" and "L" are dispensed you could say "drill". "Deal" would not work because the word has to be at least 5 letters. I'll tell you one thing, you never realize just how many four letters there are until you play this game and you are guessing but you can't score.

It is a thinking game, and unless you are an English buff or just love words, it is a game that can have you stumped quite often.

This game is terrific for kids. They love the dispenser and the resulting surprise of the letters each turn. It has turned out to be a fantastic way to get my son thinking and forming words quickly; something he has difficulty with usually. I gave one to his teacher and they use it in the third grade with great success, and fun, regularly.

There are many ways to vary the game such as requiring a minimum number of letters in each word (for example,no three letter words).

A great way to encourage children to make firends with language.

This was a kit of the month type item from 2002. This is the first kit "Spells and Potions" Chemistry I. You get a cool plastic wood looking wand, a tiny black cauldron (with a clear cup insert), plastic gloves, blue hydrophobic sand, brown leather looking laces, thick paper card (to use with the laces to make a cool looking binder), clear plastic pipettes, a clear plastic measuring scoop, a small double sided poster (witch and wizard in training notes on the back for you to make notations - make a copy so you can display the poster). The experiments are "Invisibility Cystals", "Foaming Cauldron", "Pressure to Perform", "Soda Pop Fizz", "Pepper Power", "Filling Your Cauldron", "Mix It Up". and "Mystical Sand". You need baking soda, pepper, vinegar, newspaper, water, string, resealable bag, Liquid soap, food coloring, index card, salt, cooking oil, and a paper clip. My children are 2, 6, 8, and 9 and they have had a tremendous amount of fun with this kit! I highly recommend them for a fun themed science activity. I got this as a gift at my shower. It did not fit our stoller either - I did, however, manage to tug, pull and maneuver so it would stay in place. My son, like most babies, was teething and chewed on the toys and that bright colored paint they brag so much about ended up all in his mouth, on his face and hands! We got home and I threw it away. The idea is really wonderful - but they lost it in translation!

I bought this stroller toy for my 7 month old. As others stated, it did not fit around the tray of my Graco stoller....not even close. Big disappointment. I will be returning this item.
