My mother bought this for our seven month old daughter and when we used it Piglet would not float. Don't they test these things before they sell them. What a dissappointment to have a tub toy that can't be used in the tub. Pooh is cute and does not seem to have any problems.

My daughter received this toy for her 1st birthday. She is now 14 months and she has yet to pay any attention to it in the tub. She doesn't even notice that it's there. It's cute, but just not that amusing for young ones. Plus, piglet does not float upright so that is a bummer also.

My 17 mo daughter received this as a gift. She is very excited about taking a bath with Pooh and Piglet but doesn't end up playing with it much when she is in the tub. Piglet does not float upright but she really doesn't mind. What she really likes is getting a "shower" from the froggy which Piglet is floating on and likes the routine of kissing Pooh and Piglet good night when it is time to get out of the tub.

My daughter received this for her first birthday and it immediately became her favorite toy. She loved carrying it around the house with the handle and using it to sit on. She's over 2 now and still plays with it. The "people" are fun to stack and she enjoys putting things inside (of course, at first she needed help separating the shapes from the letters). It still gets used on playdates even by the older kids. Great toy!

My daughter loved this when she was 6 months old - opening and closing the red door. And now she's a year and she puts the shapes in, takes them out, puts them in, takes them out. It will be great in another year as she will be able to put the shapes in the correct holes. This toy is a lot less expensive than others but keeps her attention for much longer. We love it!

Few toys in our household have stood the test of time like this one. My toddler and his baby brother both play with it regularly. It functions as both a shape sorter and a prop for imaginative play.

This is a very durable toy, however the turning radius is awful and as a result, the scooter is not very functional. My 5 year old got it for his birthday, tried it out a couple of times and hasn't touched it since. When he tries to ride it, he can only go in a straight line since you can barely turn the handlebars. Also, the platform is very high and that makes it dangerous for a young child who is lifting their foot on/off the ground to push the schooter. I am very disappointed in this product.

When my husband and I bought this scooter for our 3 year old son, I was hesistant in his reaction and use of it. But, once he got on the scooter, I couldn't get him to stop playing with it. It actually assisted him in coordination between pushing with his foot, holding onto the bars and going going going! I recommend this for all 3 year old boys! I am expecting my second child and will definitely assume she will be enjoying this scooter in a few years as well!

After purchasing this gift for my 3 year old nephews b-day, my sister-in-law informed me she thought he might be to young for it but upon receiving the gift, she emailed me telling me how wrong she was and had apparently mis-judged her son. She explained she couldn't get him off of it and he loved it. I have since received two videos via email with him riding his scooter around and he is so happy and seems to be having a lot of fun.

The basic premise of this toy is great. My daughter LOVES following along with the DVD wearing her complete ballerina outfit. But that's where the problem is: the outfit is a piece of junk. The night of her birthday she opened it up and almost immediately put the outfit on. She danced with the DVD twice...and that's when we noticed the hole in the leotard. Explain a hole in a new outfit to a 4 yr old on her birthday. We promised to exchange it for another....got another one the next day. A piece of the tiara broke off, the decorations on the ballet slippers fell off....So just don't expect too much in quality.

I just bought this car for my son (15 mos) who LOVES the concept of the car -- it is one of his favorite toys. BUT, the quality of this car is not what I would expect from Little Tikes. First, the car arrived with broken parts (the door was cracked on the seam and the steering wheel didn't snap into place). While Little Tikes was great on replacing the parts quickly, the new steering wheel still did not work. I ended up using a screw and bolt to fix it into its place. Trying to assemble the car adds to the disappointment from a parents perspective on this toy. It was almost impossible to "snap" the parts into place -- even after calling for more specific intstructions, trying oil and the recommended dishsoap method. The roof, although finally in place, still comes apart and does not stay in place at all in the back. It's extremely frustrating and I'm afraid that my son will ultimately break the car due to the poor construction.

Overall, I would say save this one for a garage sale purchase! Not only will you save money on the purchase price, but you will not have to have the hassle of trying to assemble it!!

I purchased this car for my son's 2nd birthday. He loves getting in and out of the door. I would recommend this toy.
We had to put it in his bedroom the first night we had it and it was the first thing he asked for the next morning.

This car is just too cute! My little one LOVES the siren. I had absolutly no problems putting this together and everything works just fine. I find this to be a very good value for the money.

My three year old received a set of twin Mommy and Me dolls with a stroller for Christmas. I also quilted each a special blanket. The twins did not come with any clothes, the only bad part, except for hats. I have talked to Mattel and there is a line of clothes coming out for the dolls this year. My daughter enjoys playing with these dolls. Not sure what kind of doll the bad reviewer had, but these dolls have no teeth and are adorable. When the clothes come out the dolls will be perfect.

Mom of five, I have seen Little Mommy clothes just today at Toysrus. I know we don't live near each other, but you could always go to your local Toysrus and ask if they have any, or if so, when they will be sold in your area. And where I live the clothes are only 5 dollars! I hope this was helpful.

My granddaughter named this doll "Ba" because at the time, age 18 mos, she could not say "Baby." "Ba" is now a part of our family. I bought a second doll just in case anything should happen to beloved "Ba." I just found a website that makes clothes for this doll and ordered several outfits. It is called "adorable doll clothes." My granddaughter loves and cherishes her "Ba." She is now almost 2 1/2 years old and "Ba" still goes everywhere with her. I love "BA" myself!!

My son recieved this as a gift at 6 months. Even though it's rated for 9 months and up, he enjoyed it and still enjoys it. Here's what we like about it:

1. He likes spinning the football and can do that unassisted, even while sitting. I spun it for him once and he "got" it right away. It's something he can do sitting and without help.

2. He likes the sounds/music when you put a ball through the hoop, and even though he couldn't do it seated, he loved it when we'd hold him up and let him dunk the ball.

3. He loves the bat, and though he's not able to connect bat with ball just yet, he likes banging the floor with the bat.

4. Even tough he can't hit the baseball with the bat, he likes pushing the ball and hearing the clicking noise.

5. It definitely helped with hand-eye coordination as he learned to drop the ball into the hoop or put it in the hole. It also has some cause and effect, because now he drops the ball in and knows where to look for it.

4. Unlike the roll-a-rounds toys, which we generally like, the basketballs are just the right size for him to pick up with one hand.

Here's what's not great:
1. It's fairly large, but not heavy/stable enough for him to pull himself up on or rely on for standing (now that he can). He's almost pulled it over several times trying this.

2. It was really hard to put together, even though there are no screws, etc. It basically "snapped" together, but me, my husband and his best friend all had to fight to get the pieces in place.

3. Sometimes the basketball doesn't push the lever all the way in to register a basket. While my son can't count and doesn't know that the score hasn't updated, he likes the sound, so I end up hitting it with my hand, which he has now started to copy.

Overall I give this 4 stars. He's been enjoying it for almost 3 months now, and I anticipate it will continue to be one of his favorite toys.

Like other reviewers, we got this toy as a gift. My son was only 6 months old, so we thought we'd have to wait a while for him to be able to play with it. He started playing with it right away. He'll play with it for hours. Yes, the football IS just a rattle that spins in the goalposts, but there's not much other than that that can be SAFELY done with a football. My 2-year-old daughter uses the baseball and bat part more than my son and it's really teaching her some baseball skills. As for it's size, look at the customer images. Someone placed a picture of their toddler seated playing with it. As you can see, it's roughly two feet tall. It's meant for infants and toddlers (NOT KIDS). If you want one of these for older kids, there's a great one on the market adjustable up to almost five feet.

My son got this for Christmas, even though he wasn't quite 9 months old. He liked it in the beginning and played with it, but now (at 12 months) all I do is listen to the crowd cheer. If he can't find a basketball, he'll put anything that will fit into the basket. The football used to be our favorite, but now it's less so. My son is trying to hit the baseball with the bat and lights up every time, though only once has he been able to make the ball move. I have had no problems with this and I thought it was fairly easy to assemble by myself. I've even given this as a gift to others because my son loves it so much. I especially love that it has 2 sound levels, so outside it can be louder and in return, it can be slightly quiter inside.

I received this item as a gift when my son was born. I had an old playmat from my daughter but it was near impossible to clean. This one detaches from unit so you can throw it the washer and dryer!!! Plus it can be used as baby learns to lift up head and sit. It has grown with my son. He loves it!!!

My daughter loved playing with this mat every time we were at a friend's house who had this mat. When their daughter began to outgrow this toy we asked to borrow it. My daughter, who previously demanded to be held most of the time, would happily spend 30 minutes or more playing with the garden. She even would tug on the flowers or birds to get to the song she wanted it to play!

Though I find the reviews on toys always helpful, I normally can't find the time to write one myself. However, this toy warrants a review. My son is 8 weeks old and already loves this toy. He loves to stare at himself in the mirror, though I often have to bend and hold it so that he can see. I haven't yet found the right place on the mat to put him where his face appears square in the mirror. He uses his feet to kick the lever that triggers the bird and is quite amused with himself when the bird comes out to chirp at him. When he gets a little older I'm sure he's going to love this toy even more. I would highly recommend purchasing one and heck it's on sale with free shipping!
