My daughter got this toy when she was 2 months old and she still loves it (at 8 months). It was the only toy that would keep her entertained on car trips at first.

I took one star off due to some minor problems: 1) it is not machine washable (unless you don't mind loosing the barking sound) and 2) the battery can't be replaced.

We call him Seizure Dog because the color scheme is, frankly, almost nauseating to grown-up eyes. But babies react to this little guy like no other toy I've seen. It was really the first thing that my daughter ever responded to outside of food and people. She used to fall asleep holding some part of Seizure Dog's anatomy and would wake up playing with one of the various dangly bits. The high-contrast and bright primary color scheme really draws infants' eyes, especially from generally (and appropriately!) sedate and relaxing nurseries.

We now buy Seizure Dogs for all of our friends with babies. The next one we get will be the 6th one of these we've purchased, so I'd have to say we highly recommend it!

We have had this toy since my son was 3 weeks old...he is almost 7 months now, and he has loved it all along. It still looks great and still barks, when we travel we are always sure to take "red" Thomas' favorite toy! It has lots of 'chewable' pieces and it attatches to almost all of his travel gear.

SHE IS A VERY NICE SIZE AND SHE PERFORMS A VARIETY OF FUNCTIONS WHEN BATTERIES ARE INSERETED INTO HER BACK AND SHE IS TURNED ON. EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT BUY HER FOR THE FUNCTIONS THEY ARE A NICE EXTRA. I BOUGHT HER BECAUSE SHE WAS CUTE AND ON SALE. SHE IS STILL WORTH BUYING FOR 20 DOLLARS BUT I AM SO GLAD WE GOT HER WHEN SHE WAS ONLY 10. I DO RECCOMEND THIS DOLL TO ALL DOLL LOVERS EVERYWHERE. THE CLOTHING SHE COMES IN IS ADORABLE AND SHE FEELS ALMOST LIKE A REAL BABY. SHE IS THE MOST LIFE-LIKE DOLL I HAVE IN MY COLLECTION. 5 STARS.

I gave this to my 3 year old on her birthday & she just loves being a little mommy to it. The only problem I found is when it starts to cry it sometimes won't stop. We feed it, rock it, put the pacifier in it's mouth and nothing works. Eventually we either shut it off or wait the 3 minutes until it shuts itself off.

This is the fourth Rock a Bye Chou Chou doll I have purchased to give to my grandchildren. And I'm thinking of buying one for myself! I just love the doll. It's cuddly, authentic and because it acts just like a baby the children just love to take care of 'their baby'. In fact, I just recently purchased one for my 2 yr.old grandson! He just became a big brother and his mother wanted him to have his own 'baby'.

My daughter is 3 months old and she adores Celeste. She talks to it, tries to grab the star. She has so much fun. This is just a wonderful toy. I bought this when she was a month old but now she has taken more of liking to it. This is a wonderfully made toy and very colorful. A definite plus.

THIS WAS MY BABY GIRL'S FAVORITE TOY SINCE SHE WAS ABLE TO OBSERVE AND TOUCH THINGS.. AMONG ALL THE OTHERS I BOUGHT SHE WOULD ALWAYS PICK THIS ONE, SINCE IT HAS SO MANY COLORS AND FEATURES... I URGE ALL MOMS TO HAVE THIS TOY FOR THEIR BABY, IT IS VERY HANDY FOR WHENEVER THE BABY NEEDS ATTENTION.

I bought this after reading the reviews. We keep it in the car as the special car toy. My daughter loves playing with it. The fact the she can make it make noise delights her!

Our 11 month old has been playing with this toy since he was 6 months old. He really likes the lights, sounds and music. However, I was disappointed that the stacker is shaped like a cylinder so you can put the stars on in any order you choose. So it does not teach children that the big star goes on the bottom and get smaller as you go up. Also, the star that goes on top is cute, but it almost never gets used in conjuction with the stacker. It didn't take long for our baby to figure out that you just have to press the button on the top to get the music to play.

We bought this toy for our baby's first Christmas, and he is over 2 now, and still loves it. He likes to take the stars off, and play the music. We call it his music stick, which he carries allllll over the house spinning to the music until he falls. The lights just make it even better to him. A great toy, not too expensive toy.

This toy is great. It plays music, it has fun lights, bright colors and is educational. Also, the base is fantastic because it never falls over. My son loves to play with the stacking pieces on thier own, he bangs them together and is just learning to put them on the holder by himself. The only issue we had was the lights and sound buttons on the side stopped working for a few days until my husband realized one was stuck. Other then that - Five Stars!

I bought this item as a gift for a relative who is a new parent.
But, before I wrapped it I gave it a test run on my ceiling.
I'm generally pleased with the product, but the stars are a little blurry. I give it 4 out of 5 stars on the rating scale. (no pun intended). The reflected stars are soothing and the new parents seem to like it.

My husband and I actually bought the turtle for ourselves. It sits on a chair in our bedroom - we turn it on every night before bed. The turtle is very cute and has three color lights to choose from (blue, white and green). The stars are kinda blurry with the white light, but are clear with the green and the blue. The light is soft and lasts just long enough to get to sleep.

My daughter has had this toy for 3 months - she's 11 months old. She has no interest in it other than to carry it around and chew on the antenna. I'm disappointed with the graphics and the music/noises - it's very montone.

I wish this phone was a little more realistic looking as my one year old daughter favors an old cell phone to this phone.

This phone is actually fun. Since the design is more like the modern wireless phones my 16 month old likes to put it on his ear and pretend that he is talking over the phone just like momy. He sometimes puts the phone on my ear so I can play too. Unlike the other phones that have a wire and look like the older phones we used to have this one is best and it teaches numbers, letters and tune songs but note that for 1 button you get 3 letters at once and the tune songs are cut so eventhough the song is longer they cut the song half way...I dont know why but thats that. Overall its okay and my baby likes it.

I am so grateful that I found this seat prior to buying a big bulky high chair. This seat is wonderful. It is very space friendly. It travels well. My daughter loves it. She gets all excited when she sits down for lunch. I recommend it to everyone...not just those needing to save space. My kitchen is huge and I still enjoy having this seat for my daughter.

I ordered two of these seats for my twin toddler girls and they love it - even my 2 1/2 year old wants to sit in the chairs!! They are super easy to install and can be removed quickly. The only negative that I see is that the bottom of the chair has a big gap where food always ends up but other than that it's a breeze to clean and I also like that it's compact and can be taken just about anywhere.

I originally ordered this booster seat to use when visiting family at their houses, but I loved it so much for my 13 month old, that I bought a second one to replace our son's highchair. Now we have one waiting when we fly to see family and my son loves the one he uses at home. It's extremely easy to clean with the removable eating tray, although my son has recently learned to detach the top eating tray! I always found the large highchair tray very difficult to clean in the sink, especially since our sink is split into two smaller areas. The booster seat itself attaches easily to any type of kitchen chair and is very easy to clean since it has no crevices where food can get stuck. The seat folds up so easily that we can slide our son's chair under the table when he's not using it, thus saving a lot of room in the kitchen. I'm considering skipping the highchair stage with our next child and moving straight to this booster seat when starting table foods!

This carrier is very easy to use without additional adult help. The straps are soft, easy to adjust and it's simple to clean (lots of slobber from my son chewing on the flap when forward facing). My lower back begins to hurt after about an hour with this on but I can't imagine any front carrier is going to feel all that good after that long. I am not rating this a 5 simply because it's expensive. I would recommend trying on a few more inexpensive brands if price is an issue.

I received this Baby Bjorn as a gift before my First Child was born in February of 2004. I used it with her up through about 9 months of age. Then when we had our second child, I pulled it out and it has been the best thing. She loves to be in it and it has saved me from having to put her down when I am chasing my first child who is now a 2 year old.

I recommend any new mom to have one and it is such a great quality it lasts a long long time, it is worth the money. If we decide to have another child I will definitely be pulling it out again.

it didn't hold his attention for long.. it really is cute and very educational.. it is worth it.. I think my little man is just too active.. lol.. but he did like it!

My 2 month old can't stop smiling when he looks at this toy! It is the cutest thing to see how his attention is captivated by the sounds. We bought rechargeable batteries and we charge them at night. Rechargeable batteries are the way to go when you have small children. We used this same toy for our 2 year old. He played with it from about 3 months till he was about 14 months old. This toy helped him take his first steps too! He would hang on to the couch and try to walk to his Leapstart in the middle of the room. A great toy for the price!

I received this from a friend at my shower. I didn't register for it, but she said her daughter loved it. I started using it when he was 2 months old. He loves it. He kicks along with the music, and contrary to other reviews, I think the music is better than most of his other toys. It has many different songs that don't get too old too quickly. He loves the blinking lights and the mobile. I would buy this again!!

When we aren't using this 'officially' as a pool outside, we keep it blown up and use it inside--makes for a great area to play and keep toys in. Our son loves it!

I bought this pool for an 18 month old. It is perfect! Not only does she love it, but as a caregiver, I love it, too! The whole thing inflates, so there are no sharp edges and no hard landings. The bottom is even inflated, which is great! This pool is worth the cost and then some! Even with shipping, it was a bargain!

(It may be best to make sure you have some kind of pump to inflate this thing.)

I purchased this for my 10 month old granddaughter and she loves it! I originally inflated in my living room and threw plastic balls into it and used it as a ball pit until it stopped raining outside and was warm enough for her to go swimming. She enjoyed crawling in and out of it. She also loves squeezing the "posts" the rings go on top of - they make a squeaking noise. It was well worth the $7.99 plus free shipping, and I'm sure she will enjoy it all summer.
