    Peek-a-balls!
My son calls these his "peek-a-balls" and, as a whole, he adores them. When he was younger (under 1) this was his favourite set, as they are very tactile; he especially loved the one with the "tags". The only weakness of this particular set is that it doesn't work well with the "roll around" toys (such as the gumball machine), as these balls don't really roll very well.

    Roll-A-Rounds
We bought these for our daughter with the thought in mind that she loves to feel different textures, which she did.

There are a few cons to this set of roll-a-rounds. For one they don't all roll that well. The balls don't work well with the "roll around" toys, such and the drop and roar dino and the gumball machine.

The ball with the ribbon tags was my daughter favorite until the ribbons started to come apart so we had to throw it away. Otherwise she would of been able to eat the ribbons threads.

Other then the few things we haven't had any other problems, and our daughter loves to roll them around and also carry them around.

    Fun for crawlers--and the cat!
We got this set for our 11 month old, who has been crawling for a while. Not only does he love to chew and explore the textures, he loves it if we roll them across the floor for him to chase. Only one ball makes any sound, and that's the one our cat loves to bat around the floor, naturally. I got these after reading some reviews about the blocks having possible sharp edges. We're very happy with these and are hoping to get some more.

    Buyer beware...
At first I thought these where the greatest invention since Legos and Mega blocks but after playing with them I was slightly disappointed. I really would have given it 5 stars if they weren't hallow on the inside. Also you really need to buy at least 2 or 3 sets since you really can't build much of anything with 22 blocks. Then there is the problem with storage.

    PROS:
-Soft yet durable (feels like smooth foam)
    -Great colors
-Light weight and easy to hold
-Comes in a clear plastic container. It is a tight squeeze to get them all back in. I would look for something else to store them in if they are going to be used on a daily basis. Most children do no have the patience to put them back in exactly the same way every time.

    CONS:
-They are hollow on the inside so they don't `snap' together like Mega Blocks or Legos.
-Each piece must sit directly on top of the same size block or a bigger block otherwise it will tip over.

    Chicco blocks
This is a great toy. My son loves "building something" and plays with them all the time.

    Wonderful quality toy
I was impressed with the quality of these blocks. They are very well made. I found then to be great for babies and toddlers because of the rounded edges. They are not not sharp like mega Blocks. Great product.

    Very cute toy!
Learn to count to 5 for babies. Great for fine motor skills for little ones. They need to match the picture on the block with the correct picture on the page, and then place the block in the hole. The block is a perfect size for little hands. Tad's voice is very soothing to hear, too. Nice book overall, but I know I didn't pay $24.99. It was less than $20.00.

    Cute but a little tricky
We bought this for my daughter who is 15 months old. She loves the music and pushing the button to pla music but gets a little frustrated when she can't put the block in herself. I still feel it is a great toy and she goes to it everyday. She is just starting to learn to put the block in! I recommend it.

    Brilliant
I think this learning toy is a work of genius. I bought it for my 19 month old nephew and saw him in action with it recently. One of the best learning tools I've ever come across for this age group.

      A VERY CUTE DOLL
SHE IS JUST SO SWEET & PRECIOUS LOOKING. AND I LIKE THE LARGER SIZE OF HER. I PREFER ETHNIC DOLLS TO THEIR WHITE COUNTERPARTS ONCE IN A WHILE IF ONLY FOR VARIETYS' SAKE. BUT IN THIS PARTICUALR DOLL I THINK I REALLY DO LIKE THE ETHNIC VERSION BETTER. SHE REALLY DOES LOOK LIKE A LITTLE PRINCESS! P.S. I AM RATING HER 4 STARS BECAUSE I AM A COLLECTOR WHO WOULD BUY THIS DOLL FOR MYSELF NOT SOMEONE LOOKING TO BUY A DOLL FOR A CHILD. A CHILD MAY VERY WELL FIND THIS DOLL TO BE A 5 AND THAT IS FINE. FOR MY PURPOSES I GIVE HER A 4. BUT A 4 IS GOOD. AND SHE IS SWEET! :-) LKP, DOLL COLLECTOR

My daughter Loves her baby Annabell!!
My daughter couldn't wait to receive her baby Annabell! She couldn't like the doll any more. The baby cries real tears, makes a sucking noise, laughs and cries. My daughter has lots of babies, but this one is by far her favorite!

      great plates!
These plates encouraged my kids 6 and 4 to express themselves and then enjoy their art each day with dinner. They love setting the table with their own "special" plates that they created. It makes them feel special that they created something that will last forever. The plates are easy to clean and can go into the dishwasher. Enjoy these fabulous dishes!!

      PlateWorks
This is really a fun project for kids. I made a plate similar to these when I was in preschool (30-something years ago) and I used it for 13 years every single night and I still have it! So when I saw this kit I had to get it for my 8-year-old stepdaugther. She loved it, and while I did not get to see the finished project, she was absolutely thrilled with it and couldn't wait to make another one. It's a great idea and a really nice keepsake for children and their parents. I am going to buy one this Christmas for my 4 year old son.

      Great for Gifts
Plate Works is a great idea if you are looking for a personalized and lasting gift. In the package, you get special sheets to do your art work on and an envelope to send it in to. In no time, you receive it back on a great melamine plate.

My kids made a couple of these over the summer. My oldest took great care in deciding what he would want to see on his plate every day (race cars, of course), while the youngest just went straight to doodling. We packed their artwork into the envelope with great care and took a trip to the post office to say "goodbye for now" to their creations. Of course, they immediately started waiting for the mail man to arrive - uckily the plates were returned in a super fast two and a half weeks (much less time than expected!).

They like that their plates are truely their own. I like that their art is preserved and that the plates are durable enough to last a very long time. These are definitely things that I will pack away and save forever.

In fact, my kids had so much fun doing their own plates, that we have ordered more for them to decorate for special Christmas presents.

Great Edu-tainment! - A review of the Thomas Matching Game
Oh My Gosh, these Thomas games are great. I don't know who thought them up but they are wonderful teaching aids. They take many of the common educational games and rework them using Thomas and his Friends.

With this game you get 4 playing boards (they call these `lotto style' boards for reasons unclear to me-but their just playing boards LOL) and 36 character cards. With these preschoolers and kindergartners can play matching and memory and `what's missing' games.

Five Stars. Trainloads of fun and we have found that it is an excellent way to teach our little guy to take turns and practice memory skills. (He's 3.5 at present.)

[This will be the second Thomas game we purchased. The first was the Thomas 'Number Game'. Great for math. I recommend you check it out.]

        Cute but LOUD
We bought this toy for our 18 mo. old daughter and 7 mo. old son. The animals sounds and songs are cute and they really enjoy the "nesting puzzle". BUT, there is no volume control and it is really loud. So, we used some tape to cover the speaker in order to dull the volume a little bit. Of course, 18 mo. old daughter got the tape off and re-stuck the tape on the inside of the toy which is a paper scene and then tried to remove the tape thus ripping some of the picture off. Very disappointing.

Our 10 month old loves it
Our 10 month old daughter loves it. She will grab for that toy out of her big basket of toys. She loves to take out each animal. It sings the old MacDonald song.
