While the concept is good, there is no way to securly fasten the blue tubes to the main body, so they keep flying off and need reattaching as each child crawls through at their normal breakneck speeds. I would avoid it to be honest.

My daughter got this set for her first birthday. All the kids enjoyed playing in it, and it held up extremely well. It appears to be very heavy-duty, ready for years of wear and tear. The only flaw I see, compared to other sets, is that the tunnels do not attach to the center section - they just fit inside the openings. This makes for easy set up, but they also come apart too easily, making the center collapse. One rambunctious youngster made a game of tearing the set apart. And when my toddler falls against either the center or a tunnel, they become disconnected. If I hadn't already destroyed the packaging, I'd return it for a set that uses velcro (like Playhut) to attach the tunnels and tents.

I first saw this toy at a play group where my 10 month old son played with it for a bit. Once he got the idea of crawling through the tunnels he loved it. I came home and ordered a set for ourselves. Firstly, this is by far the best price for this set anywhere and secondly, we have sooooooo much fun with it. My son loves crawling through the tunnel and playing peek-a-boo. My husband and I will often play with him and we all have a great time. I am so glad I bought this set and would recommend it for new crawlers and up. The other good thing is that you don't need to set up all the pieces up to play with it. Right now we use only one tunnel most of the time and occasionally bring out another tunnel and the center piece. I can't wait to take it outside in the summer. As my son gets older we'll use more pieces so it can grow with him. No fancy bells and whistles, just plain old fun for everyone.

I purchased this doll for my son and he absolutely loved. He plays with it everyday so for me it was worth every penny! Great for toddlers and young ones at heart!

In regards to the review above, it's a friggin doll. It's a Cabbage Patch Kid. They look like cartoon kids anyways. If you wanted a realistic Asian-looking doll, there are plenty of them on the market. I sure hope that nobody buys a Cabbage Patch Kid doll hoping that it'll either 1) look like their kid, 2) look realistic or 3) represent necessarily what people of __________ race should look like.

If the makers of Cabbage Patch Kids had made the kid with entirely slanty eyes, I'm sure that people would have felt it was racist. They made it as similarly as they could to the others and added dark straight hair and a bit of an almond shape to the end of the eyes, unlike the non-Asian dolls. Little kids love dolls typically regardless of what they look like. Getting an adopted Asian child an Asian doll isn't going to get her "in touch" with her Asian culture. I hope you have other plans than that.

As for the comment about Amazon.com's service, I have had no problem ordering from them. I typically get my orders in the mail earlier than expected. Maybe there were complications related to your order for various reasons.

This toy was purchased last Christmas for my 6 mos. old baby. This product has 2 major faults, in addition to its annoying chatter it falls all of the time making it a hassel. Needless to say, it currently sits unused in the toy box... the money would have been better served being placed in a savings account for a future date.

My daughter got this toy when she was six months old and she loved to watch the monkey. The problem was it broke after two weeks of gentle use. I'm not sure she would have liked it once she was more mobile anyway.

At first, my nine-month-old didn't seem too enthused about this toy at all. But now, a few weeks later, it is by far his favorite toy. It is brightly colored, has fun music, and brings a smile to my son's face every time he sees it or hears it.

Some parents have complained that this is not a toy that you can just turn on and leave with your child. This is true. Most toys, and most children, need an adult to play and learn. If you're looking for toys to simply switch on and walk away, you may want to adjust your parenting priorities a little. I always play Monkey Chase with my son, and he loves the interaction between the three of us. Children thrive on human interaction. Simply put, this toy is for a new independent crawler.

Other complaints that I've seen build into this: it is extremely easy to knock over. That's the point. It is not supposed to be frustrating to a child; additionally, if it were sturdier, it could be dangerous by giving way suddenly.

I would like to say that parents that have rugs or carpets exclusively in their home should skip this toy. It still "runs," but very slowly and for an extremely short distance.

I really only have two complaints about this toy: 1) the paint is easy to scuff. My son has already knocked some paint off of the back of the monkey in just a few weeks. 2) the monkey needs to run further. Most of the time, the monkey goes for less than two feet and then turns around. By the time the monkey has started his turn, my son has shot across the room and knocked him over. Perhaps F-P should get the monkey running greater distances so that kids could "chase" more.

Two main issues I have with this product. One...the canopy is WAY to short to fit over my daughter who is nearly a year old. I bought it because of the canopy and now I can't even use that part. Two...it's not very steady if baby is leaning back. When leaning back the front of the boat goes way up in the air and it's not very sturdy. If she is sitting while leaning forward then it's fine. However, my daughter prefers to lean back so I stay pretty close to her so the boat doesn't flip over. I plan on buying a different product that would better suit our needs.

My daughter really seemed to enjoy herself in this boat, but I had to keep moving her out of the sun, because the canopy sits way to far back and don't really cover where you need it to.

My daughter, who is 11 months old, enjoyed the boat on our vacation. It was fun to pull her around the pool in it and she seemed confortable. The canopy is way too small though. It is too short to pull over a baby's head and really doesn't work at all. I chose this particular float because I wanted the sun protection for her and that is a joke. If you want a fun floating toy, this is fine. If you want a canopy, choose another one.

This toy is wonderful! I don't have anything bad to say about it except that we have noticed after an evening of playing with it that it is starting to ride crooked. It no longer rides in a straight line. My daughter is 11 months and she absolutely loves it. Evertime the music plays she starts rocking and making the dalmation rock. I love the fact that you can put the wheels up for rocking play and bring them down for rolling play. My husband and I take turns pushing her back and forth. She has learned in 1 short afternoon how to get on and off of her favorite toy. She loves it! Wonderful sturdy, soft toy! I would recommend this to everyone!

I bought this set for my son's 2nd birthday despite the reviews about the pterodactyl's head breaking off. One review I read said the head came off the second it came out of the box. I thought they were exaggerating, but they weren't. Our pterodactyl's head was almost completely broke off when we opened the set. Rather than have my 2 year old cry about the head coming off, I finished the job and let him play with a headless pterodactyl - it was fine with him... he doesn't know it was supposed to have a head. I figured I might have problems with it since I had read the reviews ahead of time, but I'm still happy with my purchase. All of the other dinos are fine - quite durable and very cute. I'd recommend it despite the pterodactyl's flaw.

my two year old son loves playing with this set and telling everyone the names of the dinosaurs. what a great item and big enough to rap his little hands around. those baby t-rex' sure are cute. volcano is pretty silly, but the rest is great. only complaint would be the figures are not really poseable (heads don't turn, arms don't move) but good for the imagination.

I had a hard time find dinosaurs for my 2.5 year old son. Most dinosaurus are hard plastic and are very scary looking. I don't normally like them. I found these and I was delighted. They are soft (good for toddlers and good if Mom or Dad step on them) and my son likes to play with them. I would buy this toy again! Animal planet hit a home run with me!

My twin granddaughters are having a good time playing with this toy. It seems quite durable and it holds their interest for a good amount of time.+

I bought this toy a few months ago for my now almost 17 month-old son. I thought it was a little pricey at the time, but now that we finally opened it, I see that it was definitely worth the price. I am an early childhood educator, and this is one of the cutest toys I have ever seen. My son loves each and every piece of this wonderful set.

I bought this for my 1 1/2 year old for Chanukah last year. I figured we would take it out every Chanukah, only my daughter had other intentions. She played with it so much there was no putting away until the following year. She loves to play the music and dances to it. She loves the cake in the fridge and the chicken in the oven.
