laugh and learn puppyMy daughter loves the laugh and learn puppy, the only problem is the bone that lights up doesn't work any more.
Laugh & Learn Learning PuppyThis is the cutest educational toy in the world!!
It teaches numbers, colors, letters, etc.
It also sings!
This toy also entertains me!
Where was this toy when I was little?!

EXCELLENT toyI purchased this doll for my 11 month old daughter less than a week ago and she can't get enough of it! She loves to see the dog bone light up, she gets a kick out of the songs and expressions, but most important of all, SHE CAN ACTUALLY MAKE IT WORK. I have lots of other toy dolls that play music and light up for my daughter, but this is the only toy that she can make work by herself. The sensors are sensitive enough to allow her to be able to squeeze the body parts and make the doll work on her own. I love this product-- we carry it everywhere we go now because she won't put it down!

So-SoReceived as a 1st birthday gift for my daughter. Eventually we stopped using the drums in the bath because water was getting trapped in the floatation bits and not draining. She is now two and uses the sticks to beat on everything but the drums. Not my favorite gift since kitchen pots and pans work just as well and hold her interest longer.
RUB A DUB DUB, A BAND IN THE TUB!!!!!!!These drums are great!!!! all 4 of my kids...ages 10, 8, 6, and 17 months, love these!!!! Bath time takes much longer since I bought these and the water flutes. (and a little confesion...I like them as well!) I highly recommend these for any age child and their parents!!!!
Great bath toyMy daughter was given these drums when she was 13mths and loved them as soon as she got them, they are now requested most nights at bathtime. A great buy.

Fantastic! My daughter received this toy as a gift when she was [...] We started with it on the floor, then put the legs on it when she started to pull up. She plays with it daily. It has many different songs and sounds, so she is entertained for long periods of time. It's great for teaching different instrument sounds and the songs are not annoying at all.
Wonderful!!!My neighbor gave my son this table. He LOVES the music!!! The table encouraged him to stand and it keeps his attention. Well worth it.
My kids love this toy! This is a great toy for kids learning to stand up. It is very sturdy and has lots of different levers, knobs and gadgets on all sides for the little ones to experiment with. Because there are so many different things to do, the kids don't get bored easily.
This toy has been part of my family for three years and has withstood two kids. It still looks and acts new. I only had to replace the batteries once in this time period.
It is not incredibly noisy and it plays many different tunes in different ways. This is nice so it doesn't become too irritating. Also, there is a volume control and on/off switch on the bottom which isn't very easy for the kids to get to. So when you turn it off, it usually stays off!

Spend the extra $ and get a better playmatWe recieved this playmat at our shower along with the Baby Einstein playmat. My son LOVES the Baby Einstein mat but is pretty bored by this one. On the Baby Einstein mat, he kicks his feel and waves his arms while smiling away, but on the Fischer Price mat he just lays there.
The toys are hanging too high for him to hit to activate the bird's movement, and on the flip side, the bird hangs too low. I tried lowering the toys with some extra lincs and one of them hit him in the head and since they're hard plastic, it made him cry. I have to position him with his feet next to the base of one of the bars so he can kick the bar to activate the bird. The bird just doesn't interest him at all, it moves pretty jerky and doesn't have anything flashy to attract and keep his attention.
The mat does have lots of cute things for tummy time play, the one advantage of this mat over the Baby Einstein mat. But I'd still say that if you have an active little baby who's hard to entertain, this playmat isn't for you.

Worth every pennyThis play mat is wonderful and has so many different items that keep my daughter entertained. We purchased when she was 2 weeks old when the doctor suggested we start on tummy time. We will lay her on her stomach and shake the dragon fly rattle, which detaches, and she will move towards us. Other times we will play with the butterfly on the mat, whose wings make a crackling sound. There is another dragon fly on the mat that squeeks. At about 5 weeks we finally installed batteries (it takes 4 "C"). The bird doesn't really capture her attention yet, but is just the cutest thing that I have ever seen. There are a few more toys and a mirror that she also is too young to understand yet but that's good because it means that this play mat will last us for some time. Like I said in the title, worth every penny!!
Love itI bought it for my daughter when she was about 4 months old. If I would of known she was going to love it i would have got it sooner. She had so much fun and kept her very entertained. She outgrew pretty soon. I recomned you buy when baby is 2 months.

Fridge Farm Magnetic Animal Set

8 Months OldI bought this thinking my son would enjoy it at about a year and a half. As soon as I put it on the fridge he understood how to push the buttons and really enjoys the song. I like the song too, the voice is not one that makes you cringeeach time you hear it, instead you chuckle at the silliness of it. I think every child should have one of these.
cute, fun, a godsend while cookingThis fun little toy helps entertain my daughter while I do dishes and get dinner ready. She initially just had fun fitting the pieces into the main toy; now she brings the magnets to us and says "horse" or "cow." It's the rare educational and fun toy that makes sounds but isn't terribly annoying. There are also two volume levels, which is good for the parents.
A Must Have!Received this as a gift for my 5 month old son. He LOVES it!!!! His face just lights up & he gets the biggest grin whenever he hears it and we dance to the music. BONUS: It's also a great way to distract a hungry baby while his bottle warms.

Hug & Learn Baby Tad

Cute, but not a favoriteWe received this toy as a Christmas gift when my daughter was 4 months old. She is now 10 months and is still not engaged by this toy. She loves to push buttons on other toys, the phone, the TV remote, the TV...ANYTHING!! I think the smooth buttons on this toy have her stumped. I have shown her how and encouraged her to push the flashing spot to hear another song, but Tad always says "bye-bye" and the buttons stop flashing before she can push one.
It's cute, and we still play with it (Mommy pushes the buttons) to hear the songs, but she doesn't pick it out on her own.
She much prefers her Fridge Farm Magnetic Set by Leapfrog. I think that is a more enjoyable toy that will grow with her. Skip Baby Tad unless you need the soft night-time music.

Very cuddlyBaby Tad was one of the first stuffed toys my son received. I would keep it in his crib with him. The night-time sleep music was the only way he would fall asleep at night. The songs are much more soothing than a standard mobile and lasts longer. I could set how long I wanted it to play (up to five minutes) which was great so I wouldnt have to worry about going back in and turning it off without waking my son. Or worse, forgetting that it's on and having to change the batteries every morning.
When he got a little bigger, he loved pushing the buttons and singing along with the songs. After about seven months, the batteries finally started to give out. Pretty good life span! Unfortunately, it made Baby Tad sound like he was very sick and it scared my son. I had to hide the toy until I was able to get some new batteries.
Overall, this is a wonderful toy for a baby. It can even last into the toddler years by teaching colors and shapes.

We Love Baby Tad!Baby Tad is wonderful. He sings, says colors & shapes. My son loves it! It especailly keeps him occupied during diaper changes, b/c he's at the age now where he won't sit still. I highly recommend it, it's a great learning toy but also a lot of fun.

DisappointingI purchased this for my toddler thinking that it was a nice update to the classic refrigerator magnet letters that were a fond memory from my childhood. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed by this set. It does have a catchy tune that my toddler enjoys and sings, and I think the product basically does what it is intended to do, but I have complaints about the design. First, when I opened it, the unit either incorrectly identified or did not identify at all several of the letters when placed in it. Second, it is too heavy for its magnet and constantly slides off of the refrigerator, making it difficult for my daughter to play with it there. Third, there is no case to hold all of those letters so several were quickly lost. It is true that the letters can stay on the fridge, but since the central unit will not stay put, it makes no since to keep it or the letters there. I think an included case would have been a nice (and reasonable) addition to make this a more portable toy. I say, spend less money and stick with the old-fashioned letters!
Fridge MagnetsI was looking for the original fridge magnets from Fisher Price. Disappointed, guess they don't make them anymore. This was a good substitute. My son is only 8 months old so he did really need the bells and whistles of the sounds each letter made, just something to play with on the fridge. Either way he will grow into the sounds and it is a good teaching tool.
Our Girls Love This ToyWe purchased this product based on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad we did. Our first daughter has played the ABC's song so many times - we are confident this is were she learned to sing it.
She even now knows what the sounds of the letters are -- such as the A says aahh. This is a great combination with the LeapFrog DVD the Letter Factory.
We love this product so much, we have put the farm magnetic fridge set on our second daughter's wish list. Hopefully, this will help eliminate the fights over who gets to use the magnets.
Not too mention, if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this product will keep them entertained while cooking or cleaning. You will not be disappointed!

doesn't last more than a few weeksmy daughter loved the flutterbye dreams soother, but it doesn't last long at all. I have returned the item to the store 4 times and got a new one each time and none of them worked. The first one the sound stopped working, I put in new batterys didn't help. The second one the ceiling lights stoped working changed the batterys didn't help. Third one the birds stopped moving changed the batterys didn't help. Fourth one the inside lights where the birds are stopped, of course I changed the batterys each time with new batterys and I tried the batterys on other toys to see if the batterys or ok and the batterys was ok. Ive been through 4 of flutterbye dreams soothers and I just gave up and got a different brand, I got Vtech soother and haven't had any problems with it.
Great Product, Bad packagingMy little loves the show on the ceiling , but when it arrived the amazon box looked to be opened and tape shut at least twice same as product box, makes me think that when buying a NEW product that you could be getting used or returned merchandise, was not done buy carrier delivering ....
Fantastic Newborn GiftMy husband and I call the Flutterbye Soother, "The Birds" because we can tell if our son is awake - not because he's crying, but because we can hear him turn "the birds" on.
During those sleepless nights with a newborn, the projector gave off enough light that we could see what we were doing without turning on a lamp (that's the LAST thing you want at 4 AM). The music would play long enough that we could change, feed and rock the baby then get him back into bed without any break in the tempo. (Sounds crazy, but sometimes silence can be loud.) There are several music and nature sound selections, and they're very nice - even my husband and I enjoy them. I should also mention, that you can change the settings incase you don't want the projector on, or if you don't want the baby to be able to turn 'the birds' on him/herself.
As my son got a little older, he figured out how to turn "the birds" on himself. (There's a GIANT button on the front of the soother, shaped like a bird, that you tap and it turns on. VERY easy to find.) At night, instead of screaming for us because he hasn't fallen asleep right away, my son will turn "the birds" on and watch the projection until he falls asleep ON HIS OWN. He does the same thing in the morning - which gives us a little more time to get ready before we get him out of the crib.
I received the Aquarium Soother and the Flutterbye Dreams Soother as shower gifts. I tried them both and quicly chose the Flutterbye soother because the music on the Aquarium soother seemed almost creepy. It sounded like it was underwater, which fits the theme, but it scared me. Besides the bubbles, it really didn't do as much as the flutterbye soother.
As I said, my son is 1 now, and I've packed away a lot of his baby toys but 'the birds' will out for a long time.

overall...worth gettingi thought the inchworm would be more exciting than it is in terms of the noises it makes. it makes the crinkle sounds, a jingle bell, and the head of the inchworm plays a little song. that being said, i do really like it for the fabulous bright colors and cool shape. it is worth buying...if you like other lamaze products like i do...you will like this as well.
Inchworm EntertainmentI bought this for my expected child. When registering I fell in love with it, thought its a resonable price for all the little things it offers. I think the colors are good for the very young, and each body cell has different noise, from crinkling, to rattle to actual music, something I think will be very helpful in entertaining my youngster upon his arrival. I have not tested this on a child.
how to make the baby's face light up!I saw this online and noticed its high ratings so I got it, even though my baby was only two months old...but he loved it and still loves it. He gives what I call a "full body smile" when I give it to him, and when I press the face (which makes music play) he looks at me like "WOW!" and gets all excited again. Also there are two "inches" that have the crinkle paper in it and they are strategically placed--one he grabs with his hands and the other he squeezes between his feet. It's great for any baby that is alert.

Sweet Streets City Gift Set: Shopping District and Movie Theater

Sweet Streets City Gift SetThis was an amazing deal and my grandaughter loves this line of products. I hope to find more of these deals in the future with Amazon.
Greta value, must buy!Got this set for $10, amazing! The theater alone costs $20 in stores. It does not come in a colored package with viewable window to see the toy like most toys; it arrives in a plain white cardboard box with all the pieces inside individually wrapped in plastic. So it's not a store shelf kind of item, but it's the exact same toys!
Great for any playdate this summer for your daughter to share with a friend (stay inside from this heat!)

Fun Fun Fun I bought this as a gift, but had to open it up and check to see if everything was ok. I got so excited by the quality and all the details that I had to unwrap all the items and set them up. What fun this will be for girls. I loved playing with dolls when I was a kid and would have loved this. I always wanted a doll house and this would have filled the bill. I can't imagine this not lighting up the eyes of a little girl.
