This toy is a WASTE OF MONEY & Space!
We got this as a gift! It is so worthless! I wish the store would take it back! The kids did not like it and it really doesn't do anything fun. Don't waste your money!

Worth every penny!!!
My son loves this playmat. He enjoys lying on this back and sitting up. It is the BEST playmat out there!!!!!!!!!

Great Toy!
My baby girl loves this toy. I put her on it at about 6 weeks and she has loved it ever since. Highly recommend it!

Not a great toy
I bought this toy at Toys R Us because it was on clearance for $7 (normally $15). I like the Peek-a-Blocks, and this one being so cheap, seemed like a good deal.

Good points: it comes with four blocks (although by far not the most entertaining of the Peek-a-Blocks sets) and the music is soft and plays a very pleasant tune; it stores nicely, all 4 blocks fit inside and the unit is compact.

Bad points: it is not very entertaining; my 6-month-old barely looks at it compared to her other toys

This is an okay toy for $7. For $15, there are much better toys out there.

Pass on this toy
My daughter got this for her birthday. She doesn't even play with the fish. She likes the blocks, though, so we've put them in her other block toy and she plays with them.

The blocks are too big for the fish and they don't come out easily. It's just not a fun toy.

grandaughter
It was just what she wanted. It is very nice and is described very well. She is 10 months old and enjoys it very much.

    Fun with the Sun
My daughter is 3 months old and she adores Celeste. She talks to it, tries to grab the star. She has so much fun. This is just a wonderful toy. I bought this when she was a month old but now she has taken more of liking to it. This is a wonderfully made toy and very colorful. A definite plus.

    BABYS FAVORITE
THIS WAS MY BABY GIRL'S FAVORITE TOY SINCE SHE WAS ABLE TO OBSERVE AND TOUCH THINGS.. AMONG ALL THE OTHERS I BOUGHT SHE WOULD ALWAYS PICK THIS ONE, SINCE IT HAS SO MANY COLORS AND FEATURES... I URGE ALL MOMS TO HAVE THIS TOY FOR THEIR BABY, IT IS VERY HANDY FOR WHENEVER THE BABY NEEDS ATTENTION.

      Loved it before 3 months!
I know that the Amazon description says that this is for babies 3 months to 2 years, but I just had to buy this early after I read all of the great reviews. When it arrived, I attached it to the activity gym (I uploaded a photo of it if you are interested in seeing how I did this). My baby boy, Benjamin, immediately grabbed it. He was only 6 weeks old at the time, so I am sure that it was just a coincidence, but it made me feel bad that I had not offered him toys at a level he could reach before this. Throughout that first day, he became fascinated with the toy. He quickly learned how to grab (even though his depth perception is still off) and I believe that this toy helped him develop his "grabbing skills" faster than if I had not purchased this toy. I am sure that this toy is going to get a lot of use from my baby boy. He has now decided that it is more fun to kick it than to grab it.

Personally, I believe that this toy should have a lower age recommendation. He was only half way there and I know I could have given it to him sooner.

      Happy Baby
My 3 month old loves the cube. I attach it to whatever I can, it goes everywhere with us.

      Fantastic toy!
It is a very educating and entertaining toy; my baby is only 6 months old and he loves it! He shakes it and scratches it!!

      Good toy
My son received this for Christmas and it 6 months later it has finally become a toy that my son plays with. He started playing with it around 10 months. At 6 months (suggested age for this toy) he would just sit and "dance" to the music and watch the lights when we put the balls in. It wasn't worth much at that age. Now he can do it himself so it's more entertaining for him. He likes to put the balls in backwards too--up the dinosaur foot, and up the neck slide. Great toy for now, but not sure for how much longer. Also, past the motor skills and the cognitive part of figuring out which hole leads down what ramp, I don't see any other educational value.

      Items to note-
      1. The orange hole that leads down the ramps in the middle: the ball frequently gets stuck by the pendulum, and if the ball doesn't have enough momentum it won't always come out of the foot. Not a problem since we just reach in and move the ball and my son just moves the pendulum himself to get the ball moving (NO entrapment problems for his arms or hands).

      2. The butterfly over the tail does NOT spin like I thought it would--too much resistance with mine. If it's not in the right place, it will stop balls from coming down the tail all together. Also- the button for the music in the blue hole tends to stick in the up position after a ball goes thru making subsequent balls have no effect.

Just a few small issues, nothing major. All and all it's still a good toy.

10 months old - loves it.
My baby loved it at about 10 months, and now at 13 months still enjoys it. It does take up a bit of floor space and is not 'easy to store' but it's worth the space. It does not get used every day, after they discover how the balls go into the holes it loses some of it's appeal, but they return to discover new things - how it triggers the music, or how the ball causes the mouth to open, or that the balls come out at different areas. Overall, it's a nice toy and enjoyable enough. Still not as popular as the police rocker (see my reviews) or the Chicco ride-on car (my eldest started with the Chicco car at 12 mos and STILL uses it every day at 2.5 years old).

      Great toy!
My son received this for Christmas when he was 6 months old. I think he was a bit young then; since he was about 10 months old this has become his favorite toy-it promotes hand/eye coordination and teached him cause and effect. Now, at one year, he loves to pull himself up and stand at his dinosaur to push the balls through himself...while making "roaring" dinosaur noises....! This product has also had numerous "roll-arounds" thrown at it, and it does not mark easily-very durable! Definately worth the money and fun for mom and baby!

        Take it or Leave it
I registered for this item and received it. It engages my 2.5 month old for about 10-15 mins. I had to hang infantino toys on it that were made for her carseat to make it more interesting to her. I wish the mat was a little more cushy so that I didnt need to put a blanket under it on my hardwood floors. Overall... I could take it or leave it. I am now researching a new mat that will engage her more.

        Wonderful Playmat!!!
We actually purchase this playmat when our son was about 2 months old. The reason we chose it was because we read that babies see the colors black and white and red the best. He is now 3 1/2 months old, and still LOVES this playmat. The toys that attach can be changed out with different toys. This helps keep our son interested longer. We actually have taken toys that aren't made specifically for this product and attached them (rattlers, rings, etc.). I don't know what we would do without this playmat. It keeps our son entertained for 20-30 minutes at a time!

        Play Time
My daughter is now 3 months she has been playing with this gym since she was 6 weeks. At first she would just look mesmerized by the colors and shapes but now she touches the toys (we hung our own) she rolls over and looks at the color and patterns on the mat as well as her toys I have on there. She uses it daily and moves all over in it. Until she sits up completely on her own this is a great toy.

Nice addition - could be better
Cole loved the monkey and we brought it with us most places. We watched these to his Gymini and he liked to play with them as much as he could. I think they could have done a bit more but they are one of the best out there.

          Instant fun on the run
I bought these for my son when he was a little over three months old... just about the age when he was starting to grab. They're perfectly sized for baby's hands to explore. The variety of textures on the toys seemed to fascinate him, and he loved to swing them back and forth, suck on them, and play with them while in his car seat. His fave is the elephant -- great for distracting him for a few minutes! It's also handy that you can attach to them to a baby gym, but frankly, I rarely did; they are handy in the diaper bag for when we travel, or (now that he's creeping), roll-around-the-floor time.

They've held up well and now -- at nearly 7 months old -- my son still thoroughly enjoys them.

          Happy Childhood.
I bought Tiny Love Trio along with some other toys for 3 months old
grand niece. Parents were very happy with the toy.It is pleasing to the eyes and safe for the child.

            Fun Cars
This is a fun toy, just a bit difficult to stack because of the narrow wheels. You can ask which one is biggest, what color is this car, ask about the numbers on the cars, etc... that is why I think it is educational to that respect. My son still has this, and is three years old and will play with it every once in awhile with his matchbox cars stacking them or just rolling them along.

            Great toy for little guys
My son received this toy as a gift when he was 6 months old. He loved it from the start. Each car has a different activity- rattle, spinning , etc. He figured out how to "drive" them along the ground after only a day or two of carrying them around. (I swear no one showed him- how do boys instinctively know what to do with cars??) They encouraged him to crawl more. Numbers, colors, stacking, nesting, driving around- so many things they can be used for. They are like several toys in one!

Went through three kids with this toy and it is still going strong!
This is a great learning toy. The cars can be stacked up or nested. Hours of fun for the little ones. ;)

              pretty cool toy
I bought this for my three month old and he seems to like it. It has lots of different textures and of course lots of different bright colors so that really attracted him to it.

              a lot to explore
My baby (4 months)loves that toy. It hangs on his play mat.He loves to look at it and grab it.It is great that it rattles. He likes to grab the rings. Babies can explore different textures and shapes with that.

Great to clip on high chair or stroller
I kept this toy in the car and would hook it onto my now 13 month old son's high chair or stroller when we would go out. He loved chewing on the toys and pulling them through the knot center. Lots to do and kept him entertained while waiting to eat. Now he does not play with it, but the 8 month old I watch loves it.
