I bought 2 of these one for each child for what I perceived was a great deal $ 69.00 from Toy r us last year they lasted all of 3 weeks the hardware is simply horrible. and they are not worth repairing. I am taking off the little worn tires and will salvage them the rest will be recycled. it was a very good learning expierience. What looks good is not necessarily so !

i needed a bike to rely on to get me to work on time... this was not that bike. while riding the rear gears got mangled from going over a small curb the shock twisted it out of shape, but not before the right grip shifter shattered while shifting down. the cable just ripped out of the shifter and plastic had to be brushed out of my hand.

Caution potential buyers. Although this bike has the Honda name on it, it is not a Honda product. It's an official licensed product, made by the company Cycle Source Group. So if you are a Honda purist, you might be dissapointed.
This bike comes partially disassembled. Though the assembly is not hard, the directions in the manual were slighty confusing. The HR-260 is a lot of bike for its price but it does not live up to the Honda name. My pedal broke in less than 2 weeks of riding the bike. The seat is also very hard, so I'd suggest getting a gel seat. Finally, the steering tube is not sealed, so it's begining to rust inside.
Bottomline is, I am not completely satisfied with the bike. There were some parts which could be better but considering the price, I got what I paid for.

This bike is much better than alot of the choices for little girl's bikes. When I put this bike together, it was easy but I was disappointed when the steamers for the handles bars were falling off before the bike was used. I had to go out and purchase new ones for the bike. Otherwise the bike is great.

I love this Bike I ride it every day. except on rainy days. I'm so glad my parents bought it.

I purchased a 16 inch schwinn sting ray for my sons fifth birthday. With the bike I bought the saddlebags, license plate and tassles for the handlebars and a generator headlight set. My son was so excited to "customize" his "Chopper" but unfortunatly none of the items fit the bike. All of the packaging stated that they were made for the schwinn sting ray but trust me they dont fit.

This saddle bag is a must for the new schwinn chopper bike!! First of all the New bike is awesome. But then you must have all the accesories that make the bike complete. This will be the bike they will all want ( collectors) 20 years from now, And why not have this saddle bag that goes hand in hand with the chopper bike. My son thinks he is the coolest kid on the block!! With all the stares he recieves and with mouths open, HE IS!!

I got this trycicle for my 18 months old because he felt left out watching his older brother going on his bike. The push handle with foot rest and front wheel locking sistem is great! It feels to me like a stroller but for the baby is a cool ride. He loves it and he stays in it much more than his stroller. The only drawback is that it's hard to steer, I have to lift the front wheel and then turn, but this doesn't seem to bother him besides, he's secured with the little seat belt. I agree with shipping cost! Fortunatly I bought this one at the local store.

My 18 month old son recieved this trike as a gift from Santa and has loved it. Santa was able to purchase this online for a steal of $34.99 plus shipping, which was a total of $52. The $69.00 tag is a bit steep in my opinon (plus shipping!).

It is a very sturdy bike and is easy to assemble and operate in the "stoller-mode." Parents can even steer it with wheel unlocked, providing that the "driver" does not overrule the Parent!

One Warning: Please take the time to purchase new rear axel bolts and nuts. As a mechanical engineer right away I saw the design-flaw in the manufacture's axel-tabs. I felt the tabs would not hold the rear-wheels together long. I purchased some 8 inch bolts with nuts to mount the rear wheels, then hack-sawed the excess off. Now the bike is perfect!

This is a great product, but the shipping charges are vastly overinflated. TRU lies about the actual weight and wants to charge around $40 shipping, but I got it elsewhere for $12 shipping (and a much lower price to start with). If you can't get it in the store, make sure you aren't being deceived with the shipping cost.

Assembly was a little difficult - the steering locking collar wouldn't line up right, and we had to make a minor modification to get the holes in the right places. Other than that, it's pretty sturdy.
