This toy was a complete waste of money. My boy played with it for a total of about 20 minutes before it broke. The battery is fully charged, (I checked it with a meter) but the toy will not respond to the remote. The eyes light up, then it shuts down. I called Tyco, and am getting the run around. They had me mail them the remote cover, now they want the entire remote. What next...
Don't waste yout time or energy on this poorly designed toy.
The service tech I spoke with at Tyco knew all about this problem. It appears that they rushed it to market without proper testing. Tyco should recall this product, but they are just plain greedy and do not care about customer service after you SHELL out your hard earned $$$. I wish I had something positive to say about this product, but there isn't anything nice to say about it. Learn from me, keep your money.

The battery pack that we purchased for the Shell shocker does not work in the toy... it is too short and should have three links to fit properly. So now we have 100.00 worth of stuff for this toy and still can not play with it. So i would rate this toy and battery pack as inoperatable and unacceptable. I have emailed amazon several times trying to return this battery pack and I have not recieved a reply to this day. Please do not waste your time and money. It is not worth the hassle

We have had the same problem as everyone else, but the toy itself is fun. I am sure there is more than one source, but a website [...] has flexpak batteries at a good price and without the charger.

My one-year-old received this as a birthday gift and has not stopped playing with it. He loves pushing it around my house. It has really helped him build confidence walking. The thing he likes best is riding it while my older son pushes him. It's a great way for my boys to bond. He is even starting to push himself backwards. I'm sure it won't be long until he is scooting around on his own.
He likes to talk on the phone in front and plays peek-a-boo with the toys he hides in secret comparment under the seat.
This toys has many features that make it lots of fun for babies just learning to walk and beyond.

Where to start here. The bushing "plug" that goes into the hole under the back seat of the wagon (as with every other step2 wagon) is too small for the hole in the Safari Wagon. Also, the tongue of the trailer doesn't meet up to the hitch ball very well due to the rear axle. If you can wedge the plug in place (temporarily) so as you try to connect the trailer, you pull the hitch and plug out of the wagon. Don't buy in combination with the safari wagon (really like this new wagon) until Step2 resolves or unless you are capable of engineering a solution yourself.

I have three and half year old twins and a 15mth old. I put one twin in the trailer and one up front with the toddler and away we go! They love playing with this in the backyard and we love it for taking them to the pool, park, amusement parks etc. The trailer doesn't have a seat like the wagon, but my three year olds are comfortable sitting in it cross-legged. It is roomy enough for them. We had the older version of the wagon for two and it still attached easily and securely.

This is a great little addition to the wagon. But note I said to the wagon. One reviewer stated it isn't safe when used alone. Well it is not recommended to use it also...only recommended when attached to the wagon.

But anyway, it is perfect for a little extra space if need it. Which after our daughter gets in the wagon with all her toys we need it. It's great for a cooler if your headed to the park or for delivering a hot meal to a sick neighbor or cookies to the new neighbor. We also buy alto online so it's great for checking the mail and hauling all our goods back to the house.

So we got a great wagon and this little pull behind made it an even better buy!

We bought this for my daughter when she was 11 months old. It has been her favorite outdoor toy ever since. Now she is 23 months old and calls for "Nemo" anytime we go outside. The only bad thing about the toy is the front fin on the bottom and the back fin on the bottom have made her have a handful of accidents. She somtimes starts going to fast on the side walk and the front fin some how catches and she flies over the front. Unfortanetly last night was the last injury, as she always seems to hit her forhead pretty hard on the sidewalk, that I regretfully am going to give it away. There were just to many spills. Maybe a bike helmet would help.

We have the older version of this toy and it has been my son's favorite since he was 6 months old. He learned to walk by pushing it from behind. The storage seat is his secret hiding place for everything, plus a "passenger" compartment for his toy frog. The front and back fins make it extremely stable - he is still playing with it and riding it, even though one rear wheel came off when a bigger kid threw it. This toy is a favorite of every child who visits, too. Even the older kids enjoy pushing the buttons and playing the tunes, even if they're too big to ride it. It is great indoors and outdoors.

I bought this for my daughter when she was almost 11 months old, and it has been a big hit since (she is now almost 14 months). She loves all the different sounds it makes, she dances to the music and loves beeping the horn. She also loves putting things in the storage compartment and taking them out. She has yet to figure out how to scoot herself on it, she still needs to be pushed, but when she is her face is PRICELESS, she just loves it.

I was very suprised at how much my two children (18 and 30 months) love this ride on. We also purchased the Finding Nemo one. My children can't get enough of them. They love to play with all the Characters. The music is a plus for my 30 month old. They both can with a bit of assistance get on and off of this rider.

My 1 year old daughter received this as a gift for her birthday. She absolutely loves it. From playing with the music, to riding on it, to pushing it around. She loves it. It keeps her very busy. The seat opens too and she loves to hide things in there. We love this toy.

I bought this originally for price not knowing if my granddaughter was going to like it. She loved it. So much so that when she was celebrating her first birthday with us in Kansas, I had to order another one to be sent to her hometown,
Portland, Oregon so she would have one waiting when she got home. I think it is just magical for little ones. They can
play the piano, drive a car and store things under the seat.
What more can a 1 yr old ask for?

Bought this for fathers day, it's quite large. Everyone uses it at the pool including neighborhood kids, they all love it. Defineately worth $5

Probably one of the best dragon inflatables to date. The 2003 version has a few vulnerabilities on the seams where the spines meet the neck, basically just don't over inflate it. I did that by accident.

The 2004 version seems to be a lot better. Softer to the touch than the other dragon, and the spot where the split happened is re-enforced on the new one. :) It's a really nice dragon, fun to play on in the pool and fall asleep on. It's definately worth your money. :)

My nanny has this and my daughter and the nanny's son both love to ride it. Her son, who is 16 months, pushes my daughter around on it and they laugh a lot. It is very sturdy and a great walking tool since the seat has a nice, tall back support that they can hold on to. The characters on the front move when you ride it, which is really cute.

I am really impressed with the quality of the toy. We are buying my daughter the Nemo one for home.

This toy has a lot of fun activities, sturdy build, storage compartment, cute helmet, and a push handle. My boys think that it is a lot of fun.

My son got this for christmas this year and is by far his favorite toy!! He rides it all over the house ALL the time!! He loves it and keeps him busy, plus it is a very durable toy and I would recommend it!!

My son got this truck as a gift- It is soo cool! He loves it! it has tons of buttons to push to make all different kinds of fire engine sounds, and phrases like "lets get the hose" etc.. The front of it has little figures that you press, like a fire house dog, and they make sounds. The seat comes up for storage underneath, and it also plays little fire engine songs too. Love this toy! and dont worry, it is not too loud at all. Great toy. A lot of activity with one toy!

My daughter recieved this for Christmas when she was 11 months old. Initially, she would push it around with the back handle. She quickly learned how to push the buttons that sings songs and makes noises. It is a bit annoying (what childs toy that makes noise isn't annoying??!!), but my daughter LOVES IT! She is 17 months old now and still loves this toy. It's still one of her favorite toys and now she rides on the seat. She had memorized the song that it plays within the first month of playing with this toy, and this came in handy when she had to have blood drawn (singing "the fire truck song" was the only thing that calmed her down!!!!) She had even tried singing back a couple of the words to the song at 12 months old and the pediatrician said that is advanced (I think its because she plays with it so often). Although the music is a little bit annoying, my daughter loves it, and when she's happy, I'm happy!
