Santa got these matching scooters for my kids (one of the girl version and one of the boy version). As soon as they decided to ride them in the house the front wheels fell off. This part of the scooter comes preassembled and has no bolts or anything holding it together. While we were very disappointed, at least they were not going down the hill in front of our house where they could have been seriously hurt. Don't buy it.

My two children (boy and girl) each got one of these scooters last year (they have a pink one with flowers for girls --our boy version has flames, not lightening bolts) and I have to say that they have been pretty abused, AND that they have held up well.

Even after being left out in the rain and the snow they show no signs of rust. A little fade in the color, but otherwise no wear. Which I guess makes these pretty hardy.

The main feature of this scooter is the three wheels. Even my less-than-perfectly-coordinated 3 year-old can push this scooter around without too many mishaps.

Four Stars. A solid little scooter (did I mention that they haven't crumbled under my two-hundred pound hubby) that's fun.

every piece makes a noise... and not an obnoxious one! it clicks or clacks... not loud either. You can take it places and not be embarassed. We really only buy waldorf inspired type toys like Haba, Erzi, pretend play items etc...
and Tolo has made its way in... My two year old plays with it daily. It is simple and yet makes her wonder. My 5 mo old loves it as well. Great size for her and she is entranced with the clicks and clacks.
I recommend. I am hoping for the house this holiday season.
