It looks very strange and interesting. I'm rating it 4 because it doesn't look like the best doll, but it does look unique. I'm a fan of strangeness it toys/barbies myself, so when I saw this doll I thought: Hey! This is pretty cool. I for any who likes it's any ugly doll - it does say Carnaval. (I have nothing aganist the carnaval, but it does look like a carnaval-type outfit)

i love her but on barbiecolectors.com she has long light brown wavy (not curly) hair with blonde highlights but i her here better!

THIS DOLL IS A GREAT COLLECTABLE. IF YOU COLLECT BARBIE'S, HOW COULD YOU NOT WANT THE CARNAVAL BARBIE? THE COSTUME AND MAKEUP IS TERRIFIC. I COLLECT ALL ETHNIC BARBIES AND THIS IS A SURE WINNER.

I was very happy with the inline learn to skate barbie product available. My daughter is delighted and excited to learn. Progressing.

The skates are made of excellent quality. My kids have thrown them, dropped them, crashed in them -- they always stand up excellently to children!

My only issue is that the beginner skates only go up to shoe size 12 and these only to a 1. My kids were in those shoe sizes @ 4 and 5. My daughter who just turned 3 is already in an 11 1/2 -- and she is just beginning to finish learning to skate with the first pair.

I think they need to make these larger -- for kids who haven't picked up skating by the age of 4 -- so that they can continue practicing. These skates are excellent!!!! I have used them with all 3 of my kids, as I said< I just wished the sizes would go larger...!!!

My kids had great confidence using these, knowing they wouldn't fall -- the settings on the first pair of skates I think are something they should do with teh rollerblade type also, instead of using the "training wheels" --

Ok, yes, downside: They are quite heavy -- after a while, but most kids don't skate for hours on end anyway. The wheels also don't move too quickly...But then again these are beginner rollerblades...so you would expect that.

For children shoe size 1 and under [as they are made for] they are perfect!

My daughter was so excited about ordering this toy, she had a lot of fun with it, for about an hour. Then the music wouldn't play, the key wouldn't work, it just generally fell apart. It definitely wasn't the quality I generally expect from Mattel.

When it came in, i and my daughter very disappointed this. we wait and wait ........ but it was so roughly made in.....

I recommend everyone there are a lot of choice to buy other product. Remenber If you buy this you waste money.

I just bought this doll last night in the store, and she is adorable. She is so lifelike. She looks just like Martina did in that outfit on that night at the Country Music Awards. I have her on display in my livingroom. I stopped collecting Barbies as a hobby a few years ago, but being such a fan of Martina McBride and of country music in general, I had to have her!

I have her she is beautiful she is more beautiful in life I have her right in front of me right now! I want the LeAnn Rimes doll next I`m a huge country music fan!

This Martina doll is a must-have for every Martina McBride fan and collector. I don't think it is fair to rate it as a toy, but my collection wouldn't be the same without this wonderful addition.

We have a 2-year old who is always wanting to play with our laptops so she's obviously fallen in love with this toy. It's a great first laptop that she can call her own. I don't know if there's any educational value at this point since she's just mashing the buttons and copying what we do, but I guess that's valuable in it's own way.

Some things to consider:

1) A little difficult to open but that might be because she's younger than the recommended age and just doesn't have the proper motor skills yet.

2) Actual screen is very small. If you're looking at the image of the laptop, the LCD portion is the black square--the rest is just a static graphic. The 8 tabs along the bottom of the screen light up when you hit the appropriate buttons. I can understand the mixed makeup of the screen, but the LCD portion really could've been bigger.

3) The name of the toy should be "Barbie Chat With Me Laptop" since it doesn't connect online but rather just simulates the experience. Why even include the word "Online"? I can see a bunch of marketing folks arguing with their copywriters (if they even have them!) that the world "online" will snare consumers into buying the product. It probably works, but it's definitely a little deceptive.

I can see how older kids may be disappointed since they can probably discern some of the obvious differences between this and daddy's laptop, especially with the screen, but your child's enjoyment of this toy may also depend on how early he/she has been exposed to laptops and computers in general. In our household, it's probably a good 4-years-or-younger toy.

I was looking for a laptop for my toddler because she won't stop touching my computer. She seems to love it. I wish that it had a bigger screen and did some educational things. However, it was fairly cheap and resembles mine and that was the main thing I was looking for. She's dropped it several times and it's still talking.

The things it does don't seem great, but what do you expect for 29.99?
