This Drew was my first Fashion Fever doll. When I saw the line had come out, I swore I would not buy them because I'd get hooked into the "gotta catch 'em all" frenzy! Well, my husband picked this doll for me because she has many attributes I love in a doll... deep auburn hair, a "calm" face sculpt (not that crazy wide-toothed grin *shudder*), awesome golden boots, and an Asian-inspired outfit that suits her perfectly! Needless to say, this one doll got me hooked on Fashion Fever... and Drew is by far my Favorite!
A great new addition to the "play-line" dolls, the tube container has a "clip stand" already enclosed, making it easy for kids from 5 to 105 to stand & pose the doll for hours of play or display. I think adding the doll stand (one that actually HOLDS the doll rather than those stupid cradle stands) was a brilliant step from Mattel.

I love drew i play with her all day but i do not have this drew i have the one with the sort pink jacket.

Drew is one of the prettiest dolls I've seen from Mattel.

She has the slightly larger head and model's body, and comes in a clear oval display case. At this price, however, she is perfect for play, customizing, or display.

Her outfit is well made, and the plastic red purse, gold bracelet and boots show that Mattel is taking care with their accessories again. Her ears are not pierced, so no extremely small parts to worry about with kids, but customizers can pierce should they desire.

Her facial expression is kind; a gentle smile and compassionate eyes -- I don't know how Mattel created these expressions, but she comes across as a great Barbie.

If your kids like sparkly dresses, this is for you. It's a basic Barbie, but the dress overskirt and blue bodice are shimmery and sparkly. Our 3 year old loves the dress and can take the removeable bodice off and on pretty easily. Defintely her favorite Barbie outfit. However, the crown and veil are difficult to put together and come off too easily. You have to hold them on her head to make them stay. We play without them.

The music when you life her arm is cute. She is a very pretty Barbie, and My daughter picked her out for her Birthday.

However, the veil does not stay on or go on easily, and once the crown is removed, it will never go back on.

The barbie is beautiful, the wedding gown wonderful, the music magical, but the plastic crown BROKE in five minutes! And, my 4 yr old daughter is VERY gentle with her toys. Putting the veil on the crown is very tricky for little fingers (even "big girl" fingers, like mine!) and when she tried, the crown snapped off at the end. Disappointing accessories...

This doll was really pretty to start with......but I can't change her clothes freely!the coat was attached with the shirt,and I can't take her clothes off with that coat blocking it.....But I like her shoes and pants.....They could have worked more on the details.....but still a good doll if girls like that fashion!Hope this helps...
