Deluxe Nursery Room Set for the Loving Family Dollhouse

    Great dollhouse set!
We purchased this for my daughters for Christmas (they are 1 1/2 & 3) and it is a great set to go with a dollhouse. The set comes with a hamper (really opens), swing for two, crib, potty chair and double highchair. The double highchair has a little spoon that is attached with a string- great idea! Now the spoon won't ever get lost! The crib has a toy that plays music (although the music is a little too loud and doesn't have a volume control). The set also includes bibs and pillows. The pieces include the littlest details that just make you say- How cute! The girls love playing with the set and I know they will for years to come. I would definitely recommend buying this for a dollhouse.

Deluxe Kitchen Room Set for the Loving Family Dollhouse

Good kitchen set, but a little loud
We purchased this set for my daughters, ages 1 1/2 & 3, for Christmas and it has really been a fun addition for their dollhouse. The set is really cute & they enjoy pretending to cook. I agree with the other reviews that the sounds coming from the oven (a timer), the boiling water & the telephone are just a little bit too loud. This seems to be the case with all of the Loving Family dollhouse furniture sets that make noise. They either need a volume control or just to turn down the volume to begin with. The set is really cute, though, and I love the fact that it is very new-aged with the stainless steel appliances. The dishwasher is cute, but the rack is a little hard to get out & push back in. The double highchair is cute, but I agree with the other reviewer that it is a little hard to put the babies into- you have to work at it a little while. I would purchase this again, though.

      Nice addition
The kitchen set is one of the more expensive loving family room sets to buy, which can be attributed to the light and sounds. The central oven display is a button that when pushed makes sounds of coffee brewing, water running, food cooking on the range, the oven timer beeping, and the phone ringing. However, the sounds are a little loud and it's a bit hard to distinguish between the coffee, water, and cooking sounds. The set comes with its own battery that is easy to change and is the standard AA size.

The dishwasher has a rack that can be 'slid' out when the dishwasher door is opened. We've found that it's pretty tricky to get it to move much at all. The coffee pot and cooking pot are attached to the countertop with a short tether. The oven door opens and the oven light goes on when it's opened. The oven timer also beeps whenever the oven door opens. The muffins/muffin pan that comes with the set fits on either the top or bottom rack of the oven. There is also a phone on a tether that snaps into a hanging cradle. My daughters (3 1/2 and 2) have no problem getting the phone off the cradle but don't have the dexterity of getting it back on yet.

The refrigerator has sliding vegetable bins, room for putting food on the shelves, and both a refrigerator and freezer compartment. Our girls like taking the included pizza out of the freezer and baking it in the oven.

There is also a purple rug, some food for the refrigerator (one molded piece), and a double high chair for the twins complete with a spoon (on a tether) and a bib for each. The bibs are relatively easy for little fingers to place around the babies necks, but it's a little tricky to get the babies into the high chairs. It takes some maneuvering and adjusting of the babies legs.

One of my favorite tie-ins is that the Twin Time Dollhouse with Bonus Set includes a "wet bar" with high-back chairs, towel, and tray with cocoa and cookies that match the kitchen set. This starts to make the room look like a real kitchen when you add a counter and chairs to eat at. There isn't a lot of room to get the combined pieces all into one space, but it fits decently on the extra fold-down floor space on the bottom central room in the twin time dollhouse (if you don't mind the chairs being on carpet).

Even though this was one of the more expensive sets, there was little hesitation in our buying it. First, what's a house without a kitchen? Second, my girls loved playing with the set even in the package at the store where they pressed the button repeatedly (you can always take out the battery, right?). Finally, the set has the perfect balance of detail and simplicity (just like the other room sets) to keep my girls interested and playing with it again and again.

      Great Set / With Issues
This is a great kitchen set for the Loving Family Dollhouse. The only issue I had with it was that I ordered both the kitchen set and the Loving Family Sweet Sounds Dollhouse at the same time. I was unaware of the fact that the Sweet Sounds dollhouse already comes with a built in kitchen. The kitchen set was soooo cute though that we had to keep it. So my daughter now has two kitchen in the one kitchen space.

Not so fun and too big
I't was too big and my kid did not pay that much attention, he played for a while then throw it away.

Got to go with the majority, IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH KRYPTO!
Okay, so we were warned in the fine print under the manufacturer's disclaimer. But those of us who are shopping for kids probably have kids, and who has time to do all that reading!?

KRYPTO is featured in the photo, so when I opened the box just a few days before my son's birthday, I was not happy to be left scrambling for the KRYPTO figure.

If it's not in the box, don't put it in the photo without giving us better warning!!! Last sentence at the bottom of the page is just wrong!!!

Cool toy but don't forget the action figures are not included!
The rocket is really big and sturdy, has great sounds and moving parts. I'm glad I noticed that the action figures were not included or I would have had one dissappointed little boy on my hands. You must order the action figures separately, although all pictures of the rocket show the action figure inside. So all in all it was a good toy and good value, but recommend the DVD and action figure set to go with it.

Nice sturdy toy for a little one.
My son loves to drop these from his highchair while we eat dinner... he loves the noise they make when they hit, and there isn't a mark on them from countless dropping and rolling on the hardwood floor.

        Long-lasting fun
My son received this set of Roll-A-Rounds when he was around 3 months old. Though he as too small to play with them on his own, he enjoyed watching us shake or roll them and listening to the different sounds. As he got older and was able to reach for things, he started pushing and batting at the balls, which was rewarded by a sound (jingling, rattling, etc...). When he was able to sit up, he began trying to hold the balls in his hands, chew on them, roll them, shake them, and all sorts of other things. At around 9 months, we purchased the Swirlin Gumball Machine, which he loves. Now, at 13 months old, he still loves these toys - we roll them and talk about the sounds the make and put them in and out of all kinds of containers.

This set includes 6 clear plastic balls with interesting colors, shapes, and different "noisemakers" in them. Don't worry - they are not obnoxiously loud (unless you have wood floors and your child enjoys throwing the balls, like mine does!). The noises include a jingly bell, clanging cymbals, a slide whistle, rattles, and kind of clinking plastic noise (they're easier to listen to than describe!). The great thing is that baby's slightest movements are rewarded with a sound, and they're the perfect size for little hands to grasp. As baby gets older, you can talk about cause & effect, different sounds, learn to roll back & forth, and all sorts of other things. I did rate this as a 5 for educational value, but as with most toys, I think that it is only a great educational tool if an adult is involved in some of the playtime.

Another bonus with this toy is that they are compatible with all of the other Fisher Price Roll-A-Rounds playsets. My baby loves these toys, and I would suggest them (and other Roll-A-Rounds toys) for exploring babies of all ages!

Baby has lots of fun with these little noise makers!
From the second we opened these roll-a-rounds up for our 12 month old, he plays with them non-stop! Each one is so colorful and he loves to shake them up to hear the fun sounds they make. Definately the best "rounds" yet!!!

        fun with Elmo!
My 18 month old twins have discovered their love for Elmo, so I bought this among some other things. It's a fun toy for them. They love to scribble on the pad and flip the lever back and forth to hear both Elmo and Cookie Monster - it makes some disturbing noise through when in transition between the two. Most nights I'm pulling it out of someone's bed when checking on them! They love it.

Great toy for the young artist
I bought this for my daughter when she was about 1 1/2. It's one of the few toys that she consistently plays with still 6 months later. She couldn't use the eraser at first, but she loves being able to do it now. It's the perfect size for in the car, restaurants, etc. I love it because I don't have to worry about losing pieces plus she gets to be creative without me having to worry about her coloring on the walls! It has been dropped many many times and we haven't had any problems with it. It does have some of the paint missing, but it still works! Love it!

        Great fun and NO mess!
I bought this toy for my 15-month son because he was such a fan of Elmo. He loved it! He used it to draw and loved that when you "erase" it makes noises. He's now 22-months and still uses it often to "draw". We practice the ABCs and pictures of animals. It's great in the car too! No messy crayons or paint or markers to deal with and he still gets to be creative! I highly recommend this toy and any other type of doodle-toy like this.

        Good First Skates
I bought these skates for my five year old daughter. She wanted "big girl" skates like her sister, but I couldn't find any to fit her toddler size feet. This pair works well. They don't go as fast as her sister's, but that's probably the point of "my first" skates.

        My Daughter Loves Them
When I brought these home my daughter jumped for joy. This skates are great, they're durable and the adjustable length to accomodated growing kids is great. I also like the way you can flip a switch on the skates to prevent them from rolling backwards, a definte saftey feature that comes in handy. These skates are a great buy at a great price

        awesome skates for beginners
Took my daughter roller skating and I like how they have 3 levels to choose from this really helped her.

Fisher Price quality and Fisher Price Fun!!!
Once again Fisher Price has made a fun and durable toy. My 4 year old son got this crane for Christmas and just loves to use it with the RC geotrax trains and other track systems. He also has the elevation tracks and the airport and it's so much fun to unload cargo from the plane and then to the crane. My son plays with it for hours! And it's so durable, the crane has taken quite a bit of abuse from both my 4 year old and my 2 year old son and it still works like new. We have 2 RC trains and both my kids can operate them on their own and are so proud to make the trains move themselves. We will keep adding to our Geotrax and have fun with it for years. The Geotrax system is a must have for any train lover or any kid who loves to use their imagination.

          my 3yo loves it
my 3 yo loves it. The geomotion system will stop the train as it comes through (in the right position to load or unload stuff from a train car), and uses the train's motor (based on a gear on the bottom of the train) to slow rotate the crain head in a circle.

It is great, I sit on the couch with the remote control. Train drives under the crane, stops, the crane head rotates around until it aligns with the load. I use the train remote to stop it, my 3yo cranks on the handle to lift the load, I start the train engine to rotate the load to teh train, stop the train, and he lowers the load into the train. Then he moves the lever that allows the train to leave the building, and I start the train, and drive it around the track.

And he does it again, and again, and again. Meanwhile, I am saving my knees cause for this toy (and only for this toy) I don't have to be down on the floor with him.

          Fisher Price has a winner!

We love the Geotrax "Cranky Crane"
This is a great product. My son is 3 and it works very well for his motor skills. The Geo Trax is played with each evening!

            Highly recommend
My son loves this toy. We used it from 5-6 months old through today, he's almost 2. When standing/walking were a challenge, this was a safe place for him to play while mommy & daddy made dinner, did cleaning, took a shower. Once he became a confident walker, we simply removed the seat. He still loves the music and lights. I wish this toy was foldable & easier to transport. In our home, it has became a permanent piece of furniture for almost 2 years now. My son has not lost interest in it since day one. I highly recommend this toy - for its value and price. Certainly keeping little ones out of trouble is a challenge. This made our lives that much easier!

            Awesome Product
All of my kids love this product!
It's a great product as far as keeping little ones occupied but I did find it to be a pain in the neck to take to grandma's & on vaacation. So if you travel or live far from family and need space in your car for other things this is not the product for you.
Overall though it is made very well and fun.

a bit of a baby sitter
we love this. My son loves sitting in this and playing with everthing around him. He loves the music and the lights and it can keep him busy while I get my stuff done.
The only bad thing is I have to change him every time i take him out because he poops every single time.
