    The Checkered Flag Is Yours
I bought this for my little Bub (14 months) and he loves it. He loves anything that has wheels and I picked this car because you simply had to shake it to make it go.

After 7 or 8 shakes for optimum performance, this toy goes quite far. The only drawback is the lack of variety in phrases. I think it only has two. Anyway, the car is easily operated by my son and if the phrases start to drive me bonkers, I can switch it off and Bub still zooms all over with it.

Bub is also very rough with toys (tossing and such) and so far, McQueen is doing very well.

    Waste of Money
My 4 yr old begged and begged for this toy and I finally gave in when I found it on clearance. After playing with it for maybe an hour, even he said "Mommy, this was a waste of money!" If he doesn't follow the directions exactly in the order said, or tries to skip ahead, the game is unable to keep up and then he gets frustrated. I'm really glad we didn't pay anything close to full price for this useless piece of plastic

My son loves this! (and so does Dad)
I wish they were still making the Fusion Crew creatures because they made wonderful behavior incentives for my 5 year old son. This game works something like one of those trading card games. My husband used to play "Magic" when he was in college so enjoys the Fusion Dome with my son. You stick critter halves together to create your own creature and then compete with the other player. The dome talks you through the process and anounces the name of the creatures by reading a bar code. There are lights and sounds and the loser gets "flushed" down the shoot. My son can be pretty hard on his toys and this one seems to be holding up well.

    My son's favorite gift
My 4 year old son got this for Christmas. He'd been asking for it for months. He absolutely loves it! He's always asking for me to play it with him. I don't even think the buttons each player presses really do anything but he thinks they do. He anxiously awaits to hear who wins. It's a lot of fun for him. I imagine for older kids it may not be much fun but for 3-6 year olds it is. Not much educational value but perhaps it could teach a child how to listen and follow instructions.

*** UNSAFE TOY - DO NOT BUY ***
My 3-yr-old daughter received this as a Christmas present and she loved it at first. We hated it from the minute it was turned on. It is WAY too loud and there is no volume control. We even tried duct taping over the speaker and that did not really help. Then since my daughter is in ballet class she wanted to put her finger on top of Dora's head while she spun around and around and the next thing we know my daughter is SCREAMING bloody murder because her finger was wound up in Dora's hair and we could NOT get her finger untwisted no matter how hard we tried to untangle it. In what seemed like forever we managed to get a tiny pair of manicure scissors between my daughter's finger and the top of Dora's head - all the while my poor 3-yr-old is still screaming and crying and by now her finger has turned bright purple - and managed to snip through the very thick doll hair to free her little finger. I don't know who cried harder, me or our daughter. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Needless to say my daughter then hated Dora (she called her "Bad Dora") and we packed her back in the box and sent her back. Do not waste your money on this one and if you have one don't turn your back on your little one with this thing - they are so fast and it only took two or three twirls from Dora for the damage to be done.

    Annoying and loud
This doll does two types of dances, and both of them are annoying! There is no volume control, the songs are annoying and when a song ends "Dora" practically begs to dance again. That is when I beg "please don't push the button again!" I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT buy this for anyone!!

    Won't do ballet
My daughter loves to do ballet and wanted this toy soooo badly. Unfortunately shortly after recieving it we could not get it to do the ballet. The pin isn't working. She was soo cute all dressed to do ballet with Dora and it wouldn't work. The look on her face was heartbreaking. Don't waste your money!

    Very little action
The Sesame Street: Singing Pop-up Pals has very little action and just brief song fragments. If the songs were complete or even a full verse or two the toy would be more enjoyable. Having the Sesame Street charaters just pop out and do nothing else does not keep my grandaughter occupied.

Entertains my 3 1/2 yr old
I took my daughter shopping to buy a 4 yr old bday present for her friend. My 3 1/2 yr old played with this toy the whole time we were in the store and she begged for me to buy it for her. She still plays with it everyday. She sings along with the characters and then laughs really hard; It's cute.
Just got it this weekend, so we haven't had any problems with it not working, as stated by other reviews. My only complaint would be there's only 1 volume and it's pretty loud. MIght have to get the tape out and cover up the speaker.

1 yr old and 4 yr old both love it!
My son received this as a gift for his 1st birthday in May. He constantly lugs it from the shelf, onto my lap and we play with this for 15-20 minutes at a time! It DOES have some educational value, because he knows who is who when I ask him!

I also have a 4 yr old daughter and she will take it off the shelf and play with it on her own too. She likes to sing along with each of the characters.

It has delays when you press the button sometimes, but no big deal. It keeps my 1yr old occupied, makes him laugh, and it's the one toy on the shelf both siblings can play with together successfully!

Highly recommended for any kids 12 mos and up!

      well made
Colorful, well made house and furniture. This house has all extras you can think of!

Mami and Papi can stop sleeping on the sofa
My now 3 year old daughter received the house, all the family except for Tico, the bunk set, kitchen, and living room set for Christmas. Mami and Papi have been sleeping on the pull out sofa and my little girl as well as my 5 year old son were overjoyed to get the bed. They put the vanity in the bathroom area downstairs and everyone now takes turns brushing their teeth before their adventures.
Before they go to bed they put everyone in Dora's house to bed also. They have a great time with this toy and I enjoy it too!

Would give it 0 stars if I could
This is absolutely the worst Little Mommy Toy ever. The legs are always coming off, and I keep trying to jam it into it's spot back in. Gladly I don't own it, but I was playing with it at my little neighbor's house. She has it, and the legs keep coming off, and the little girl is only 3, and she can't handle that!! I felt sorry for her when she started wailing because it didn't work. Trust me, do not buy this toy unless you want to dissapoint your daughter!!!!!!!

      Sincerely,
      Carrot

Very poorly made and legs constantly fall off.
At first this toy seemed wonderful, but after a few days all of the pieces started falling apart. The stethoscope fell apart, as did all of the other little pieces. The legs constantly fall off and never seem stable, the back of the table falls off. In fact, every single part of the toy easily comes apart, making it very frustrating for my 3 year old. After a few days of trying to keep all of the pieces intact, we just gave up.

The concept is a good one, but the way this toy was made is very poor. The design is good, but there is no thought in keeping the pieces together. The quality of all of the medical apparatus is very poor. For my 3 and 5 year olds, this toy just did not hold up. I would not recommend this toy to anyone unless you enjoy putting the legs constantly back on, as well as all of the pieces on the table such as the scale.

      toy falls apart
I bought this for my 3 year old, and she loves this toy. The bad thing is that she is always bringing me different parts to put back together. From the moment we opened the box we realized how poor this toy was made. Every piece falls apart. Her babies are always falling in the floor when the legs come off. That makes a 3 year old mad. I think the toy needs to go back in the shop. It has great potential though.

      Not worth the money
I received this toy for Easter for my Twins in thier baskets. I have to say that the nicest part of the toy is the three brightly colored balls. I am a big Fisher Price fan and I like the adjustable volume and the music is not too overbearing but the toy is not made well. The hoop attachement falls off way to easily (everytime) and having to re-assemble it each time its touched is annoying. With three small kids, I need a toy to hold up for play. It's not worth the money and I would not give this to anyone else.

      Not the best
We got this toy at Christmas when Ethan was 5 mos., he is now 10 mos. He likes to spin the side spinner but that's about all. I agree that the hoop falls off MUCH too easily and it was really hard to put the bottom pieces together. It seemed silly they weren't already connected. Ethan loves playing with the balls alone but not worth the money.

This is my sons favorite toy.
My son almost 7 months old and this has been his favorite toy for months. He can hold the balls in one hand (sometimes one in each hand) and has figured out how to put them in the basket. He also chases the balls around the room and loves to watch his daddy juggle them. He loves to hear the music and looks perplexed when he makes a basket and the toy isn't turned on! Yes, the top comes apart from the bottom occasionally but not everytime by any means. My son picks it up, pulls it around, and it stays put together. I got online to order another one for grandma's house and was VERY surprised to see such a low review.

      Doesn't Tumble at all...
Our daughter received this toy as a gift. We were excited to see Tigger tumble; unfortunately, Tigger only falls on his side or head and NEVER completes a cartwheel! We have tried to get him to work on all types of flooring, but he just won't tumble. What a disappointment! Please don't waste your money! If someone else wastes theirs and buys this toy for your child, take it back right away!

      BORING and Bothersome
I bought this for my eighteen month old last Christmas and just came upon it again during my spring cleaning. I remember she was very excited about it when she first opened it and laughed and clapped the first time she saw it move around, but that excitement quickly wore off.

It responds to clapping and voice just as advertised, but it always plays the same horribly annoying song (imagine Tigger singing like MC Hammer!). It tumbles alright (better on Berber carpeting or bare floor than thicker carpeting). It is just not all that much fun - and the song is LOUD and annoying. It is also difficult to 1) get it out of the box and 2) change the batteries - well not difficult so much as time-consuming since you have to change batteries in two places. It is also very hard and not at all cuddly.

It is built for one purpose only - to do cartwheels. In the age of voice-response toys like Scamp the playful pup and My friend Amanda, this is pretty primative. It does not allow for the child to use any imagination or any cognitive skills. It is basically a 'gee-whiz' toy to be passively watched. I have not seen my daughter even give it a sideways glance since Chirstmas morning. Not worth the money or time - and did I mention the song is annoying?

      A Boat That Sinks?
The first thing my daughter did with this toy was take the boat over to her wading pool and put the boat in the water. The boat sank right to the bottom because the directions note: "not for use in water or sand."

What kind of boat cannot be used in water? I suggest dropping the wheels and motor from the boat and making a simple toy that floats. A floating boat could be used in the bathtub, pools, lakes etc.

We are fans of the little people toy series but a sinking boat conveys a poor message and is not up the standard of the other toys in this series. For us water lovers, please make a boat that floats!

The boat is fun for toddlers!
My toddler received this for Christmas and really likes the boat. As far as the other parts of the toy they get limited use. The boat will seat almost any other "Lil People" but on occasion some of their hands get in the way causing them to fall off. If I had it to do over I would buy it again just because he likes to play with the boat.

It doesn't get much better than this!
A toy that my 4 year old boy keeps playing with over & over again. The entire series has him captivated. Up until the Imaginext Dinosaurs he really didn't have any interests, so I am thrilled that we stumbled upon this series. These are so durable and reasonably priced, too!!!

      Another great dino by Imaginext
The brontosaurus is yet another of the Imaginext dino toys that are so well-made (durable and adjustable) and fun to play with, our kids really enjoy them. We have two boys 4 and 6, and they usually have fights between thunder and the t-rex. With all the smashing and crashing they do, we've had not so much as a paint chip on any of the toys. The sounds are great, and I love how you can move their legs and tail around. They make a great addition to our dinosaur collection.

      Great Toy
I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr. old, who is madly in love with dinosaurs. This is a really neat toy. He enjoys the little cavemen that came with it, the sounds the dinosaur makes, and it is clearly his favorite toy for Christmas. I think what I like the most, is the durable construction, and how it really enables him to use his imagination. It is a little lop sided, because the foot is raised for a stomping motion when you pull the trigger, but this hasn't bothered him in the least.

His two older brothers, 6 and 4, hover anxiously for him to put this toy down so that they can pounce on it and play with it, so I think this is a great toy for a variety of ages. I'm looking forward to purchasing more of the collection for all of them.
