fun and versatile
My son (9 years old) loves Legos, but often he'll build the model once and then it disappears into the lego box, which is fine, because he's always using the pieces from the models for other things, but with this one I'm amazed at how long he's kept most of it together. He's made all of the different models in the instruction book, and he loves modifying the sub endlessly. This has been one of the best kits we've bought.

This submarine is really cool!!!
There are really cool parts in this lego set. If you like lego a lot and collect it, you should definately buy this. It is really cool. It's nice that it's my favorite color: yellow. And you can build submersibles and underwater houses with it. I like it a lot, and I think you will too!

He isn't quite as great as the box picture, but he's still fun...
Ok, I thought that the light in the eyes would be powerful enough to fill up the entire eye sockets like my other Piraka. To no avail. They kind of look like little lights inside big, black, buggy eyes. And his buzzsaw/drill tool? The buzzsaw kinda looks like a flower... At least this guy's better than Hakaan and Avak!! Those two are terrible looking! And Reidak's fun, too. Basically, I have another review that pretty much sums up all the Piraka. Go to Zaktan, and then go to the review that says "Zaktan Reciew and other things". That's mine. Read it. It's obviously better than this one. Ok, OK. Thank you, thank you very much...

REIDAK is AWSOME the lite up eyes look COOL on him the tool is AWSOME launcher IS AWSOME but the spines are.....eh oh well BUY HIM

    Best Toy Ever!
The Piraka are going to be some of the best bionicle sets ever IMO! With their light- up eyes and their glowing teeth and the totally awsome Zamor launchers!

If you like funness, THEN GET THIS!!!
GET THIS SET!!!! IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER CASTLE!!!!! It is really fun. BUY THIS NOW!!!!!!! YOur son will LOVE IT!!!

      great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got this for christmas and it took four hours+ to build. Overall it is totally awesome. Though the amount minifigures leaves something to be desired and there is no way to get to the upper levels other than the first. other than that it is great.I added a trap door the floor under the tower on right wing for hanging people. I got this and the viking fortress and this blows that away
      great set!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do the bad guys always have the coolest stuff?
This imposing medieval fortress is a magnificent piece of work, and it has plenty of action for our knights in shining armor. This is the type of Lego castle I've wanted to see for a long time.

The colorful Knights Of Morcia are back, once again fighting against Vladek, the black knight. Although King Mathias does not make an appearance here, all four of the good knights are present with their colorful armor (blue, purple, red, and green). Defending the castle from siege are Vladek and three soldiers. This is a step in the right direction for Lego. One of my biggest complaints with 2004's Castle Of Morcia set is that Vladek wasn't given an army. The black knight and one henchman versus four good knights and the king; that seemed hardly fair. We were expected to shell out more money and buy other Knights Kingdom sets just to add a few more soldiers to Vladek's army. I used the prevalent scorpions as his army instead. This time he at least has enough soldiers to match the good guys. Four bad guys versus four good guys.

The minifigs are as charismatic as ever. Each of our four heroes has his own characteristic expression. Vladek and his soldiers have that cute "I'm evil" Lego frown. The knights each carry a different colored sword and a shield with animal emblem that matches his personality (hawk, wolf, bear, monkey). Vladek's emblem is a scorpion. An added bonus comes in the form of armor and hatchets with a realistic weathered metal look for our bad guys. Very nice.

This set has just about everything you need for an epic castle siege. A horse-drawn catapult that can launch boulders at Vladek's towering castle, a cute mini-catapult strapped to the blue knight's horse, a battering ram that two knights can use to knock down a wall, and a manually operated ballista that fires a soft-tip missile (not spring-loaded). The only thing missing here are the siege towers, which are sold separately (and might not even be all that necessary, considering all the action going on here).

Vladek's fortress is so big and packed with cool stuff, I'm not sure where to begin. It has a cavernous main hall, large central tower, battlements with wide walkways that lead to the left and right towers, a "spooky section", scorpion den, staircases that offer access from the ground floor to the second floor, secret doors... An expansive castle full of secrets and surprises for our knights to discover as they battle Vladek and his dark soldiers. It's also packed with details both outside and in. Lots of cool stuff. Going into the defense of the castle are two fireball catapults, a cauldron of transparent orange lava rocks that can be tipped over on attacking knights, and a really nice working drawbridge. The mechanism that raises and lowers the drawbridge is expertly designed and lots of fun.

As if this weren't enough, the castle has a modular design and can be reconfigured in a variety of formations. There's the two-foot wide version featured in the instructions, and a few other variations including a more compact version with battlements circling all the way around the castle. No disassembly required. The modular design allows us to focus on building one section at a time, then just connect them all together with a few Technic connectors.

This is a lengthy building project (over 900 pieces). Going into the construction of the castle are a variety of building blocks of all sizes, walls, pillars, floorboards, some of those nice walls with barred windows, and Knights Kingdom signature battlement pieces. There's a lot of black, dark gray, and dark red here. All of the construction is straightforward. Nothing too difficult. The finished model's durability is only average, but the castle is easily moved. Just disconnect the modules and move them one at a time.

This set gets a big thumbs up from me. Really nice design, some fun action features, nice details and extras, and for once poor Vladek has a semblance of an army to fight for him. This set is solid fun, and then some.

          Hakann The Bully
Hakann an interesting piraka but, Zaktan is cooler that him. Hakann is my third favorite piraka. He has like a lava launcher and a claw. His zamor sphere launcher. And his light up eyes. The battery for the eyes is NOT replaceable. Overall I give him a 9.8.

          the bully
just like reidak he is AWSOME the launcher COOL the tool is AWSOME the spine is....eh but oh well BUY HIM

          piraka=awesome.....
okay. These new bionicle piraka are really, really, ugly, and just weird, but still one of the best bionicles I ever had. It is very fun to play with, and the zamors go crazy far. The face, "tail", and shoulders are one rubbery piece, which can get annoying if you want to set it in cool poses. The eyes light up, really bright at first, but soon fade a little, and has an unreplaceable battery.

Overall, I think it is worth the money, and a great toy.

          Not perfect but not bad
Well this set would be an ARC-170 fighter. It has a sleek design and cool looking figures. Is it as good as it looks? Maybe and maybe not...

This is another of the Episode 3 sets, which haven't been that great so far in my opinion. This set is a very large one and one that comes with 4 figures (3 Clone pilots and one red astromech droid). Lets talk about the set first.

ARC-170's were basic fighters in the Republic. And so they were usually cannon fodder, correct me if I'm wrong. Well I have the set and here's how I feel about it: meh. The body of the fighter is good and pretty stable. The cockpits feel weird, especially the front where there is nothing for the clone pilot to do, which is bad because he is a Clone PILOT. There are two blasters in this set, which are for playability of course. Not for being movie accurate I think. The wings are, let's face it, FLIMSY. They break extremely easy. I suggest reinforcing them, big time.

The clone pilots are cool, I love the awesome details. The astromech is the same as in earlier/older sets but hey, most fighters need em.

So is it disappointing? Not really but kinda. It's nothing spectacular and if I wanted 3 clone pilots, I would buy three V-wings. Buy it if you want it. I don't find the price to be attractive, but that's me.

          Fulfilled my expectation
I found that lego has fulfilled my expectation and look forward for any special deal on Lego.

          AWESOME and fun to build
It took a couple of days to build for a 7 year old but he loves it. It took 10 minutes to tear it apart :)

Awesome set for Lego or Dragon Fans!
This set is awesome! I'm 14 years old and I have to admit, this set is totally cool. The Dragon it comes with is past poseable. The Catuplat was a little confusing to build at first, but the second time around it was easy. The Dragon is also easy. The catuplat can fire the same rockets as the Fire Hammer (Dinoattack - Lego) and they shoot about 2 to 3 feet. Don't fire at eyes, it hurts (trust me). I love this set and will be buying another along with the Sea Serpent one and Fortess one. I'd recommend this to any Lego or Dragon fan. If your buying this, you may also want to buy the Boat VS. The Wyvern Dragon, and the warrior VS. the Fenris Wolf!

            AWESOME
I got this in the mail the other day, it came really fast for standerd shipping. The lego is awesome the dragon can move all around and looks sweet. The catapult is cool it shoots pretty far. The minifigures are reall cool their gear look old and worn like a real viking helmet. It comes with yellolw gems too. I guess they weren't supposed to come out here, only in England. Overal the thing is awesom loads of fun. I would recomend it for any lego fan.
