The playcenter is attractive and provides lots of play experiences for small children, but it does not mount securely in the ground. It moves back and forth slightly as the children swing on it, creating some concern.

We've had this play set for a year now in our backyard. Assembling it was simple, all parts were correctly labeled and easy to pick out. My husband and I were able to quickly put it together in a matter of 3 hours with a few tools and a power drill. After one year outside in the humid Houston heat the rope ladder doesn't slack, with the anchors correctly in place the set doesn't move/rock, the drain in the water area works properly and never collects rain water. The sand box is a huge hit with the kids, the lid fits perfectly, no rain has ever entered the box, sand has never washed out, the lid still fits after being sat on by kids. The swings all have adequate amount of space between them, even after removing one to add a Little Tikes infant/toddler swing. Over all we've never had a problem with the set and would recommend it to anyone.

We bought this for our son this summer, who is 5. We just moved to a new house and didnt want to take up too much room with a wooden set, plus, they grow out of them fast.
Well, this set is great. It is sturdy, fun, and my son loves it. He plays on it with his friends. The only draw back is the sand box, it fills with water. I drilled holes in it and the cover so it will drain. Anyhow, it does take some time to put up, but it is worth it. I am glad we went with this and not the wooden one. I think you should see if you can look at it first to be sure you like it. We are very pleased. It doesnt take up too much room and can be taken down when child gets older.

My little girl who is three recieved this for Christmas. She is in love with it. Last year she received a kitchen set and was more excited about the pocketbook. But this year she immediately started playing and pretending. I loved it!!!!

My daughter received this toy for her first birthday - I can't tell who likes it more - her or her mommy! It is always the first thing she goes to when she enters her playroom. The adorable dancing girl - the ctachy tune it plays and the makeup and hair accessories that talk to you upon your taking them out of the toy itself make for a lot of fun! I would buy it for any other girl and look forward to doing so soon!

Our 4 year old and 1 year old love this vanity. They have a lot of fun playing dress up and putting on makeup. I was a little worried because we just bought the LIttle Tikes Tender heart tea party kitchen and realized it was very cheaply made. This is durable though. it does tip over when our 1 year old pulls her self up on it, but I don't think it's made for that any ways. Other than that this is worth the money. ALthought it is really loud.

I was very excited to buy this item for my son, but was disappointed when it arrived. The assembly directions were difficult to follow, the sound didn't function properly, and the stickers were all crumpled. I did call for replacement parts and received great service and should expect those parts in 7 days, but I wanted my son to play with it Christmas morning.

We purchased this toy for our son's 2nd birthday. He has enjoyed it. His favorite part is that it has wheels, which allows him to push it around the house or yard. The sound buttons work only once in a while. I am not sure if mine is defective or if that is how it was meant to be made. I had quite a time putting this together as the directions are not extremely clear. Overall, however this was a good toy purchase.

I bought this toy as a gift for my neighbor and have been told by the entire family how wonderful it is and it has been his favorite of all presents (and he got tons of other toys) Recommend highly!!

I was going to buy a wood table set for my 1 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas, but after reading the reviews, I went with this one. It is a very nice set. Assembly is quick and easy-just twist in the table legs and its all set. She has already used it several times in the past 2 days, and I expect she'll use it more the older she gets.

This was the easiest thing to put together...everything needs to be like this. The legs are so easy to assemble. A hit with our daughter...sturdy and doesn't tip over. She has moved it room to room herself.
Looking forward to getting lots of use of this item.

I got this table set nine years ago with my first daughter. It's a great set because she was able to use it to play, draw and also eat. It's very durible, easy to clean and overall the chairs are not heavy for her to move. The pieces are very sturdy yet easy for your very independent child to manuver. I used that set with her and then with her sister that came along two years later. Both of my girls used it until they were unable to sit at it. They totally loved it and I have to say that I got my money's worth out of it. Then I gave it to my friend for her little girl and she loved it as well. So honestly it's something that is a great gift. The color and style is pretty versitile. I now have a little boy that is a year old and after researching what it out there I think that this set wins hands down. I am going to get this one again. I only wished that it was also available in a primary color that seems more boyish.

This is a VERY durable playhouse. My stepdaughter had this when she was 3 (she will be 18 next month), then her two cousins used it until they outgrew it and now my 2 year old is enjoying it! It is definitely a quality product and well worth the money.

My son got this for his 3rd birthday. He LOVES his cabin! He BBQ's, makes phone calls, shoots bad guys out of the window...he has so much fun playing in the cabin. The cabin is alot bigger than we thought!

My neighbor and I put this together in about 30 minutes or so. It was pretty easy. Its a pretty sturdy cabin...My son has been on the roof and plays pretty rough, and it holds up. We are moving and it was easy to take apart. I love this cabin. So does my son! He spends hours playing in it! Our cat loves it too!

We love our log cabin, (...) Well we keep ours inside in the VERY LARGE basement/office. We also like that this house is not, "gender specific" being that we have two sets of twins, 3 year old b/g and 8 month old b/b. Our 3 year olds VERY MUCH enjoy this. Its great for imaginitive play,for an example, after they heard the story "little red riding hood" in nursery school, they came home and acted it out! They love to open and close the shutters, and I like that the "door" is really like a gate, so I can hear and see them. They have climed on the roof, which isnt recomended, but we dont bother them abnout it unless it gets dangerous (we have a soft ABC puzzle padding underneath to keep it from ruining the carpet anyway!)We dont face the bug and weather problems, and we needed this for indoor use anyway. When its not very nice out this is a GREAT toy to play with. OUtside we have a swingset, sandbox and a pool. This really isnt great for outdoor use in our opinion. I have seen MANY playhouses like this one, that are soley kept outdoors and no one p lays in them because there are bugs and yucky water and its a little gross. Inside there is no problem!. It was VERY hard to dissasemble, so I am glad we wont have to do that for MANY years, but putting it back together just took some dishsoap! All in all this is a very cute and durable playhouse, but I recomend all houses like this to be kept indoors if you want people to actually play inside it :).

My son received this for his one year birthday. At first he was not attracted to it because it doesn't make any sounds and no lights flash. Once he learned how to open the back, he becamse interested in stuffing his security blanket in there. However, he gets frustrated when he tries to load bigger things, like more than one small ball, in there. I would like the toy better if it didn't have the handle; this would creat more room. He never wants to carry it around anyway.

My son loves these trucks he has had them since he was 9 months old now he is 20 months he loves pushing these cars around he makes his own noises to it. He crashes these things into everything and crashes them into each other they're extremely durable!

My son has this and one other handle hauler. He loves them both! He carries one in each hand and then gets down on his knees and pushes them side by side. As most Little Tikes toys, this truck is inexpesive, durable and very much age appropriate. Great gift for a first birthday!
