I wanted a play house that had both climbing and play options inside. This is a great one for just that. I am now ordering the 2 seat swingset extention for this and I think my 3 year old boy girl twins will love it and use it for at least 3 years. The total cost for the house and swingset will be 700 - but if you buy this house when they are 2 a kid will have many years of use out of it. It is durable and can be sold or handed over in 10 years as well. I bought mine over a year ago and it still looks practically new

I was disappointed with the quality of this item. Little tike is a name I have learned to trust and this was a bummer. The front broke because of it's poor design and flimsy plastic parts. So now it is just a broken dump truck. Also you have to push the button for the sounds to work. It is not motion sensitive.

I ordered this reaaaaal sweet yellow truck for my bouncin' baby boy billy, one for hime and one for me...

T'was real fun to play with, but mine broke and and billy's was still fine! Don't think it's fair, I want a refund for this tootin' fine truck.

We have this slide in these colors and our 2 1/2 year old loves it! It is sturdy enough so she can climb up and slide herself without it being wobbly or too high. She can land just fine without being thrown forward. The shape of the sliding area is formed to a small child's behind and the sides are high enough that she looks and feels secure on it.

Age wise - I let my 6 1/2 year old, 50 lb son try this slide and he put it to the test. I could see the steps alone were straining under his weight and when he got to the top so slide down, I noticed the slide was also straining. My son's width was just small enough to fit the width of the slide area. At his height of about 46 inches, there wasn't enough length to the slide for him to get a real ride out of it.

I would suggest a slide of this size to be used by toddlers to about age 4-5 depending on the size and weight of the child.

Our daughter had this set for about 3 weeks when the mixer broke. We changed the batteries but it made no difference. It was dead. I emailed Little Tikes and they were very helpful in sending us a check to use to purchase a replacement.......trouble is it is not available in stores (at least that I can find) and the check is not valid online. Sort of bummed about that.

I purchased the Little Tikes Bake Set from Toys R' Us. All the accessories are good except the mixer. The beaters pull off the mixer w/ out much effort. Our little girl likes to chew on the beaters and if she would walk or run the ends are not as smooth as the above summary regarding the product claims. This needs to be brought to the attention of Little Tikes, which I will be calling next!!! I have also tried placing the beater in my mouth, with little pressure it doesn't feel good, let alone get the end of the beater in an eye.

I haven't opened it yet because it and the kitchen is for Christmas. However i couldn't help but share that i got the Cookin Fun Bake set and the Cookin fun kitchen set at Kohls today. For only $11.29! I just happened to stumble upon it while i was shopping and my jaw nearly dropped when it rang up on sale! I expected to pay the full $19.99 for both sets. Now i am just going to check back to see if they get in the breakfast set or coffee set. You cannot beat a deal like that. I hope some of you go check out your local Kohls and get it on sale like i did. Good luck!

My five year old saw this toy and and fell in love. I thought he might be too old for it but bought it anyway. I'm so glad I did. He loves making up stories for the building and tearing down of the tower. It's even better now that we've added more of the dinosaurs so the stories have become more complex. We all play together and my son is the Dino "foreman" of his own caveman construction crew! The best part to me is that these toys are very well made and have stood up to lots of use and abuse! We really love these toys.

My son got this for Christmas and most of the other playsets for his 5th birthday. I didn't think he would like them that much because he is a train (Thomas) lover. Once he got his hands on this set he couldn't stop playing with it. Tons of fun and hours of creative enjoyment... I will get the BC backhoe to complete the set.

My two year old and three year old boys LOVE their BC builders. The dinosaur makes a roaring sound when you press down on it's back. The neck moves and their are these little cave dudes that you can place on the dinos back. This particular dino has wrecking balls on strings that can be used to knock down things. So for one part of play - basically pretend play w/ dinos.

Then you have the tower. It's really easy to set up the tower. My 2 year old figured out how to work the mechanism. He builds the tower however he wants and presses the big X button to knock it all down. He doesn't build the tower exactly the way he is supposed to, but the different ways he builds it teaches him about cause and effect.

I bought this toy for my daughter, but the globe broke as my husband was taking out of the box. That one went back to the store. So, when I exchanged it none of them on display worked. I took a chance and picked one out. Once I got home and put new batteries in it, I discovered the music didn't play. Maybe that is a blessing in disguise? (it isn't loud and obnoxious). Normally I would just return it, but it is the holiday season and I don't feel like braving the crowds again. I just hope this one lasts for awhile. I do not recommend this toy.

My son got this as a gift for his birthday. It is very cute...in the box! Once it was opened, the plastic globe broke when it fell out of his hands and on the floor. Of the two places it broke one place it very sharp, therefore it went into the trash! I would not buy this item.

That is no exaggeration. My 17 month old loves the lights, can easily turn it on, overall just thinks it's really cool. But I had to take it away from him. The second button starts this music, and it is loud and very annoying. And it doesn't stop until you press the button again. Believe me, I am not easily annoyed by loud toys, but I hate this thing!! I'm trying to get my husband to take it apart and see if he can disconnect the music, then I will love this toy!!

I was expecting a better quality toy box. I was unhappy when we found out the top lid does not fit in. What I mean is that if you have too many toys in the chest, the top will fall off, because it does not lock in anywhere. We thought the bottom 2 drawers rolled out, but they do not. If you have hard wood floors (as we do), the drawers will scratch floor. It is spacious, but thats the only thing going for this toy box flop.

This is a huge toy box and has tons of space for our son's toys. It's the best toy box for a good price I could find. I would definitely recommend it!

No toy box is going to hold all my two year old's toys but this one comes close. Also matches his bedroom (yellow and blue) perfectly. You take it out of the box and put it where you want it-- no assembly. It is plastic so crayon and the like wipe right off. I highly recommend it!
