The Lego fire station is a great toy, very age appropriate, as well as fun and educational. I sat with my son and was able to assist him while he built the entire thing by himself. He is six, and the age on it was 5+. A great Lego set. Comes with a lot of men and little gadgets.

This is a nice set. You get quite a bit for the price. Occasionally T'R'U offers free shipping on this item. We have a couple of these on hand for BDay parties that our kids go to.

We got this for our very bright 6 year old son. He needed a little supervision on the first vehicle and occasionally needed help tightening up the smaller pieces, but otherwise he did it. The smaller, flatter pieces can be difficult to put on because these fit so very tightly, but it's worth it because the end product is extremely durable. His 3 brothers love it and the younger one continues to crash the police car into the wall and it still hasn't come apart...unlike our lego sets that come apart just when looking them over. This mother of 4 boys highly recommends it, as does my son who has already started next year's Christmas list with Nano's.

We recently bought this for our son who just turned 3. We are still setting it up for him- but he enjoys racing the megablock cars as well as all his matchbox cars down the ramps. Especially long tracks can be built by keeping the lid on top of the box- and building down off of that. However,we and both our friends who have this say the same thing- they didn't include enough tracks or ramp supports! We have all used our other megablocks to prop up ramps and make more than one ramp usable at a time. A little skimpy.

This toy is awesome! Keeps my 3 and 7 year old busy for hours. Inspires creativity, good construction. I do understand there are two versions of this toy, and one of them does not have enough straight tracks. I did not have this issue.

My son received this toy for his second birthday and he absolutely loves it! It is a great toy but he does still need some help building the tracks. I would highly recommend this toy.
