Building Sets Reviews

I just received these blocks today and love them. However I was alittle concerned after reading about the quality of the blocks in the previous review .I run a daycare and purchased three sets each set is very well made and are easily stackable, in fact I am ordering two more sets!

My one year old and I love these blocks. They are light, soft and provide endless opportunity for imagination. However, they are extremely expensive and of inferior quality construction. When we opened the box, we found that several of the blocks were not cut along a straight edge making them difficult to stack. Also, several of the identical shape blocks were not exactly the same size leading to stacking problems. One of the blocks was peeling in one corner. These blocks are such a great idea I find it hard to believe no other companies are making them.

I first used these blocks in a pre-school classroom. I have searched everywhere for them so that I could purchase a set for my two daughters to have at home. Hooray for Amazon! These blocks offer hours of fun, are safe, and easy to wipe clean. Kids love to build pretend villages, furniture and large towers, and if they tumble no-one gets hurt.

Although he is supposedly a little young for Rokenbok (3.5years) my son received Rokenbok for Christmas. It is now mid January and it has been played with every day since then. This vehicle lift system has been played with most out of the set, he loves getting the little men to look under the cars and mend them and it greatly increases the imaginative play value of the set for him.

This is a great add on to pump set a action factory (monrail sold seprtley)But i got the big kit because there is not much to do beside drive around on this one. But if you want something cheap you can change it around.

We started our son last year with the Deluxe Action Factory and assorted extra building pieces! He enjoyed it so much that this year he recieved the RC Elevator, Monorail Cars and Track and other cars and building supplies! The whole family has enjoyed constructing towers for the elevator and running the monorail track through it all! We are sure that this will be a toy that both our children will play with for a long time to come! Rokenbok also is very customer oriented! If there is a problem with any aspect of the toy, they will repair or replace with no questions asked!

I was so disappointed in this product I decided to write my first review. This is awful. Maybe I would spend $5 on this for a 15 minute activity to do with my kids. My son loves creating things and my daughter loves arts and crafts and I bought this with some hesitation based on previous reviews but I couldn't belive what the reality of this product was. An overpriced mess!

I had a friend and her children come to visit me... Not wanting the children to be bored I bought them each a gift, for the 9 yr old girl the 'ELLO' set and for the 6 yr old boy this 'Toobers&zots' set. I wasn't to impressed, I sat down with the kids and played with both toys, this toy seemed cheap. The pieces weren't completely seperated and when the kids asked why I said you could seperate them.... which they took as you could ripe them into the size pieces you desire... Which I'm sure you can if you want, although then you don't have larger pieces to create with. The styrofoam pieces they provided weren't very interesting, I know you are suppose to build things and use your imagination but even the race car we made didn't seem to exciting. The boy was more interested in the 9 yr olds 'ELLO' set, so was I. I would have rather played with wooden blocks or legos.

There is no end to the fun with this toy. Imaginations just boil over for all ages! We have had the best time with this toy. I just don't know what else to say except... AWESOME. If you are considering this toy for your children or as a gift... go for it, you cannot go wrong with this. Be careful if you have little ones who are still exploring with taste! There are lots of little pieces they could swallow very easily.
