My 7yr old son received this as a birthday present, Not only did he love it, but his three year old brother loves and their dad. They like the light saber that came with it and the cape, the oldest wants to use this for halloween. They take turns being Darth Vader and they get the giggles when dad plays with them and wears it . Ok OK, even I have worn it and said all the sayings. If you don't want to talk you just push the buttons and it says things for you, and even plays the music.

Much like the real life Darth Vader, it's pretty hard to breathe in this mask. In fact, due to the lack of oxygen to my brain, I got dizzy and walked my fat ass right into oncoming traffic. Don't worry though, the doctors are 30% sure I will be able to regain the use of my legs and also will be able to take a leak without somebody holding it for me. A great gift for unwanted stepchildren.

I avoided buying this toy at xmas because I thought it would be rubbish, but my sons (5th) birthday was in January and we were struggling to get him something and this is what he asked for. So i bought it and he has just loved it, he even sat wearing it while watching the star wars movie, he is darth vader mad.
The phrases are very good, but the voice changer is ok.

We bought this item for my eleven year old son. He has enjoyed every minute of it. The bulb in the flashlight did not last very long but other than that it has been hours of fun for him

I was a bit confused by what the other reviewers had to say... the light pen does come with a lightbulb I believe when the instructions say "get a lightbulb" they are referring to what you have to do to replace the lightbulb when the original one burns out... as far as things being a syrupy blur when you look through the telescope or microscope... if you pull gently on both ends you'll see that it slides apart a bit and can be adjusted, if you slide the parts back and forth and make the proper adjustments you should be able to see through both ends just fine... audio hearing device appears to be working properly as well... I was a bit leery of buying this item after reading the negative reviews but overall it seems to be working just fine for us and our munchkins...

This is another fun toy from Wild Planet's popular Spy Gear line of toys, a complete spy kit every kid in the neighborhood will like. Winner of an award from "Child" magazine. For starters it arrives in a very nice little briefcase that has slot for each of it's devices so they don't rattle when you run. The case says "Spy Kit' on the outside. The down side of that is you can't really add in your other Spy Gear gadgets to the case, which any kid would want to do. It has a number of gadgets any good spy needs, but best of all they designed the individual devices so that they can be put together in combinations to make many other gadgets to make the right tool tailored for each secret mission.

The 4 basic gadgets included in the case are the Combo Telescope/Microscope, Penlight, Spy Notebook, and the Electronic Listening Device. Here is what they do... First is the combo telescope/microscope used for peering at fingerprints or miniature messages, or for scouting the enemy base. It has a penlight for snooping in secret files (batteries are not included). Next is an essential Spy Notebook for jotting down secret data overheard, writing plans, or sending messages in secret codes. The most fun gadget in the kit is the "Electronic Listening Device" (needs a 9 volt battery that is not included) that amplifies distant sounds and voices so you can listen in on the enemy spies. It is really simple to use, you unfold the boom microphone and point it in the direction you want to hear from.

It comes with handy earphones so they don't hear you too. You can also combine it with a clip to the penlight for a new gadget with expanded capability. All in all a fun set, and the exploring the kids do trying to come up with new gadget combinations is really fun. Good deal for the price. I ordered this toy for my 11 month old daughter. Before I ordered it I read all of the reviews and it seemed that it would be a great toy. UPS delivered the toy today and I am truly disappointed! It looks like a cheap, plastic box. My co-workers and I seem to think it's a rip off, compared to the other gifts I've purchased. I THINK I am going to give it to my daughter to play with because it seems that children really enjoy the toy, but it CERTAINLY looks like a cheap toy that was not worth the time, energy or money I spent.

I bought this item for my 22 month old. i was nervous about it not being age appropriate. I thought it would be too much of a baby toy... but I was wrong! She loves this toy nad takes it along in the car. Many acitivities to keep your little one busy!

You state you have to have 22 AAs and somewhere else you state you need 2 AAs. I looked in an Argos catalogue and it said 2 AAAs.
Which is right?

We are going on almost a year of having this spy kit, and my two boys are still playing with them. It is a hit with all their friends.

The voice scrambler is the best of the gadgets. It really works. The motion detector has also gotten a lot of use.

The only gadget we have had troubles with is the listener. The kids have to remember to turn it off. If you forget and accidently leave it on for a day, the batteries are dead.

Anyway, this is definately a kit that gives you your money's worth of play. I'm glad I bought it.

My acting school does movies ( and good ones ) . So this time we were making an original spy movie. I bought all of the spy gear made from Wild planet from the official website. When we tested them they were wonderful! Nothing like them! They worked very well, and we took care of them. A girl dropped her goggles and we thought they were broken, but they were not! I have no idea if that was a miracle but they are very durable from what I see! A million stars!

This is my first review, to introduce my self, I will call my self the Jedi Master Collecter. Now let's learn about a toy that introduced it's self in 2005. It has opening cockpit, detailed stickers,firing missiles, and of course R2-D2 removable astromech droid. It is....of course-- the Anakin Skywalker Jedi Starfighter/Republic Interceptor. This interceptor was used to fight off buzz droids off of his master's ship, to crash land in the Hangar Bay of the Invisible Hand, and other cool missions. This vehicle is a very good choice out of episode III ships and vehicles out there. Even though it does not come with Anakin Skywalker who is the chosen one and destroys the evil Emperer Palpatine, but you can always pop a figure in there-- can't you?

This interceptor is fairly large, it is very acceptable and can fit into anyones collection, the cockpit can come OFF, so just set the two pegs between the two little walls. Small pieces can get lost and is highly suggested to 4 AND OLDER. The two missiles are dark gray and will blend in with other close colors. The size of this thing is radical and I love it. This ship is greatly detailed with super articulation. The X- like wings can open for "smoother flying".

At a good enough price, you get this one amazing toy/collectable. If you love star wars, or a true Star Wars fan; get this. Along with this Star Fighter, you can get a really cool instruction page with ways to play and mess around with this really cool item...or essential.

Introduction

So far,in the Episode III Line, you have seen figures,games, weapons, and vehicles. To me this Jedi Interceptor is just like the Obi-Wan Starfighter. There is no doubt that this ship has super durability and details. This vehicle does not come with Anakin! It comes with stickers, instruction booklet, and Fall 2006 Catalog! It comes with two firing missiles, two landing gears on bottom of ship (easier to land),opening cockpit, and removable R2-D2 droid. Anakin's Fighter has super articulation!

Over All

The stickers are simple to put on, except for ones in the cockpit, and you can put R2 stickers on R2-D2. Just like the battle above Coruscant, you can pilot this vehicle through "space". If you have someone who can't have small pieces keep the missiles in their original package or wait.

This toy is fun to play with. You can not take the ship apart. The ship is just like the one in the movie.

When our 7 yrs old want the Anakin's ship I excepting a cheesey plastic toy and was shocked when I took it out of the box. It almost looks like a real fighter from the movie it has blaster marks for that real worn look, cockpit sticker he got to put in to make it more authentic and he loves playing with it.

As for it being durable not for my 3 years old who manage to break the cockpit door off in less then a minute of playing with it, and broke the half body r2d2 and now the wings won't pop open anymore when you push the button. But the cockpit can be reattach (about 100 time now) and the wing can be pulled up by your finger, as for r2d2 I just bought a really one to fit in the slot. over all great star ship

I also feel that this toy is over priced. I bought this for my 6 yr. old daughter for Christmas and was totally disappointed in the quality of the materials used to make this. I was lucky and got it at a VERY good sale price, but even so I feel I paid way too much money. She did play with it for a couple of days but now she hardly even looks at it. My 2-1/2 yr. daughter is also bored with it. They do like it but it just doesn't have the thrill to it that we thought it would.

My seven-year-old was very excited to receive this castle for Christmas. She loves it - though it didn't quite meet her expectations after seeing the TV commercials. There is very little actual play area, Cinderella's bedroom at the top of the stairs is the only real room in the castle, and even it is very small. The dolls don't actually fit at the top of the stairs or in the room when the bed is pulled down, so they have to sort of hover rather than walking. The downstairs is mostly the front door. There is a small parlor/fireplace area, but it's not large enough for practical play. Consequently, we've found that most of the story action takes place in front of the castle, with it serving primarily as a backdrop. Durability-wise, it is more rickety than I expected, but no more fragile than your average Barbie house.

Still, it's fun and magical and the chiming clock was a BIG hit. My daughter had to choose between this and a GameBoy and I'm very glad she choose this. She and her younger sister play with it often and it's fun to hear them making up their own stories using the fairy-tale springboard this castle provides.

My daughter loves this toy. She cant stop playing with it. it was worth the money.

Okay, you might be thinking to yourself that this pack is an awesome idea, and it is. There is one problem however; it doesn't hold that much! I have tons of soakers, and the newer ones are nowhere near the quality of the older ones.
Super Soaker was owned by Larami, and they were out to make the best guns out there. They eventually made CPS guns, and SC guns. Neat the end of the CPS gun era, Hasbro started creeping into the soakers, and eventually bought out Larami. Now they make guns with gimmics, such as the Oozinator, the Helix, the Hydroblade, the Triple Aggressor (Soaker ball was hard to use), and the Arctic Shock (ever heard of ice cubes?).
Now this pack is good, but it has one major flaw; it is smaller than the other Max Infusion pack you can buy! You could buy the Max Infusion Overload, and it has a way larger backpack. IMO, you should spend a little more, get the bigger backpack, and keep the pistol that it came with that was meant as its main weapon. Thank you for taknig the time to read my review on this item.

i used this on my defender and it works good but the it takes so much longer to fill up and the tube sometimes becomes detatched im impressed wit the new maxinfusion blasters but i still have my cps 2100 and it packs a little more of a punch but it water runs out too quickly

this pack is real good but if you have a water capacity 40 oz or more dont bother buying this unleess you use alot of water i use it on my liquidator and it has like 4 1/2 times more water than before but if you alreaddy have a 40+ oz gun make it debating on how much water you use and if its worth it and yes it does fit on liquidators

I just bought the greenhouse for my 2 year old. She has the house and the family. I thought the greenhouse would be fun becasue I spend a lot of time in the flowergarden. THe greenhouse is fun, it says two things: Welcome to my greenhouse & Let's plant some flowers (English/Spanish) It comes with a hat for Dora, it fits Mom as well.

The flowers flip and show a veg garden as well. She loves it, Like that it connects to the dollhouse. I didn't know that before I bought it. Like having an extra dora in overalls.

This is really cute. It doesn't look like alot but it really adds to the whole looke of the dollhouse. It is made to match the dollhouse and it comes with another Dora in a different outfit than the one with the dollhouse. With alot of kids wanting to play with the dollhouse and all the accessories you can never have too many Doras. It also includes a potting bench which has can be flipped so that Dora is planting either vegetables or flowers, a wheelbarrow and a big sun hat for dora to wear. It also makes the noise of birds chirping when you press the mat in front of the door. We are happy we got this.
