My son had more fun waiting in line to return this flop.
Don't Waste Your MoneyThe car does stick to the wall well (even on slightly textured walls - I tried on both smooth wall and sand textured wall). However, you cannot steer it. No matter what I did with the controls, it would just sort of slide sideways and not go where you were directing it. It slowly made it's way down the wall with a side-tilt to the right (must be where the batter is inside it - FYI this is not a removable battery, you just plug the charger into the vehicle).
As I cannot see that this is going to be any fun for a child to attempt to drive and very frustrating, this toy is going back. I am very glad we didn't find this out Christmas morning.

Tired of the Mr. Hamm jokes, Nomar is ready to play ballThe voting for the American League starting shortstop in the All-Star game this summer sure has been interesting so far. Jeter has just gotten his average up over .200, Garciaparra's Achilles tendon is now good enough for him to rehab in the minors,, and Rodriguez now plays third base. This action figure has some limited articulation with the arms and neck, but what you see is basically what you are going to want to go with. Garciaparra is slightly airborne, the figure being attached to the Fenway Park infield by virtue of a small metal pin. The key details of note on this figure are the distinctive facial hair and all those neat creases in on the front left of his jersey where it is tucked into his pants (I always like that sort of detail on the uniform more than the dirt on the pants leg). I like the posture on this one because it captures the shortstop as he is about to fire the ball to first while moving in that direction.
Garciaparra was the American League Rookie of the year in 1997 during which he also made the A.L. All-Star team for the first time, which he has done since in 1999, 2000, 2002 and 2003 (he was injured in 2001). He also won back-to-back American League batting crowns in 1999 and 2000 with .357 and .372 averages (he was injured in 2001). Currently his career batting average is .323, the same as his postseason batting average, while averaging 30 home runs and 117 RBIs over a complete 162 game season, which he has never quite reached. He might be married to Mia Hamm, but his first name is really Anthony (Nomar is his middle name), so life is a tradeoff even at that level.
COOOL

my grandsonin July. He absolutely loves it. He loves to turn it on and
then stop it to hear the sound it makes while he holds the
turntable. While its on he puts the pieces on and watches how
they go around. I would recommend the toy without any hestatation. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

Dontrelle Willis does his high leg kick for the MarlinsWillis started the 2003 season in Double-A ball where he had a 4-0 record was called up in May after the Marlins made fired their manager. The "D-Train" went 1-1 in his first three starts and then won eight decisions in a row, including seven consecutive starts, good enough to get named o the National League All-Star team. For the season Willis went 14-6 with a 3.30 E.R.A. and 142 strikeouts in 160.7 innings. With his big leg kick, reminiscent of Luis Tiant, Willis was a big draw for the Marlins and was named National League Rookie of the Year. However, Willis' success did not translate to the post season where he was pulled from the Florida starting rotation but included three World Series appearances in which he did not give me a run for a 8.53 E.R.A. in the post season.
This 6" figure shows Willis the left-hander at the top of his windup, where he looks skyward before peering at his catcher and then delivers the ball amidst flailing arms and legs. The option on those pitches are a mid-90s fastball, a slider, and change up. There is usually some great detail on these McFarlane figures and with Willis it is how he is holding the ball inside his glove. Willis was originally drafted by the Cubs in the 8th round of the 2000 draft (for a moment think of him pitching behind Wood and Pryor) before being traded to the Marlins in the spring of 2002 and ended up compiling a 27-5 record in a minor league career of only two years and four games. Now the question is whether he can have a good enough major league career to justify getting a second McFarlane figure.
I wouldn't recommend this particular Power Ranger toy for a few reasons. First it comes with many small pieces that are easily lost. Second these pieces don't always attach to the ranger as they are supposed to. I would recommend buying the basic action figure such as the ones with the light up shields instead. I also would recommend the Dragon Morphin series if your child wants to have something to transform. Those are of a much better quality.
