Action Figure Reviews

When they designed this toy, I think they forgot how toddler boys play. It was broken in the first few minutes and is not easily put back together - certainly not by a child. I like the "click-bricks" that came with the toy, but the workshop itself is way to flimsy.

I purchased this toy for my twin boys who love Bob the Builder. This toy only frustrates them because it falls apart so easily. I would have thought that they should be able to play independently with it, but they kept saying that it broke and I had to come in and fix it. I have purchased other Bob the Builder toys in the "Take Along" category and found that the quality was just not there. I wouldn't recommend this toy.

My 4 year old loves this toy. However, it does not stay together very well. I think this may be intentional to fit in with the "building" theme and it does not bother my son in the least that the pieces easily come apart. I would not recommend this toy for a 2 year old as the manufacturer does.

This track set is ok but it's not that thrilling. We ended up buying more track and other stops. Over all the train is great.

Like someone else wrote, my figure also did not come with the motion tracker and pouch as described. I actually bought my figure from McFarlane's online store. They have a customer request form you can submit in case your figures came with broken or missing accesories or whatever, so I filled it out. Guess I have to wait and see if I get it. I have been buying McFarlane's Movie Maniac figures for a few years now and have noticed that the quality of the products has slowly declined. The older figures were so much better. However, since I love the Alien and Predator movies, I will still be a loyal customer and supporter, as long as they don't put any more of those terribly long arm blades on the Predators (I ended up breaking them all off on purpose).

All right this is a good figure. But like the other people mentioed mine had no motion tracker or helmet. Some verisons of this figure do have these. There is also a club version of the figure with a shotgun, alien egg, motion tracker,facehugger and a helmet. Anyways this a great sclupture for any aliens fan but it has low poseablity and lots of detail.

I loved the movie aliens and hicks was one of my faveriate charters! This toy is great but be carful the arm can breake very eaily! Take car of it!

Neat car, but not sure if they are not using the veil technology on the cartoon any longer or if I did not use it properly. I have an hdtv and it states it cannot be used with hdtv but I tivo the show then play it back my hdtv is a crt tv thought that would make it ok. Not the case if you have a regular tv it is suppose to work have not tried it on that one though the show is on very late. Directions are not very easy to understand maybe a child under 10 would do better than me?
