Action Figure Reviews

This toy was purchased last Christmas for my 6 mos. old baby. This product has 2 major faults, in addition to its annoying chatter it falls all of the time making it a hassel. Needless to say, it currently sits unused in the toy box... the money would have been better served being placed in a savings account for a future date.

My daughter got this toy when she was six months old and she loved to watch the monkey. The problem was it broke after two weeks of gentle use. I'm not sure she would have liked it once she was more mobile anyway.

At first, my nine-month-old didn't seem too enthused about this toy at all. But now, a few weeks later, it is by far his favorite toy. It is brightly colored, has fun music, and brings a smile to my son's face every time he sees it or hears it.

Some parents have complained that this is not a toy that you can just turn on and leave with your child. This is true. Most toys, and most children, need an adult to play and learn. If you're looking for toys to simply switch on and walk away, you may want to adjust your parenting priorities a little. I always play Monkey Chase with my son, and he loves the interaction between the three of us. Children thrive on human interaction. Simply put, this toy is for a new independent crawler.

Other complaints that I've seen build into this: it is extremely easy to knock over. That's the point. It is not supposed to be frustrating to a child; additionally, if it were sturdier, it could be dangerous by giving way suddenly.

I would like to say that parents that have rugs or carpets exclusively in their home should skip this toy. It still "runs," but very slowly and for an extremely short distance.

I really only have two complaints about this toy: 1) the paint is easy to scuff. My son has already knocked some paint off of the back of the monkey in just a few weeks. 2) the monkey needs to run further. Most of the time, the monkey goes for less than two feet and then turns around. By the time the monkey has started his turn, my son has shot across the room and knocked him over. Perhaps F-P should get the monkey running greater distances so that kids could "chase" more.

This was my first Schleich World of Knights figure, given to me Christmas of this year. It's a highly detailed classic dragon, with no moving or detachable parts (the wings are an integral part of the figure). As such, it's safe for very young children, and you don't have to worry about someone's eye getting put out. As to its historical accuracy and educational value, I really cannot say, never having seen Dragons in the wild, but the level of detail is wonderful, and it should encourage children to obtain the more "practical" members of the balance of Scheich World of Knights collection, which are excellent, as well.

Cobalt Blade is awesome!!! It stays together perfectly,I only missed the target pin once out 13 times!!!!!!!!!It has a blade that is a sight on the cobalt blade's head.The wings at the back give accuracy(so does the blade on the head)and power,which makes it invincible in Direct Hit Battle and all of the other events.In DHB it is lightweight, so it is moved around easily.It puts off the extra weight by not having so much extra armor(my DHB armor always falls off).

first of all the power wing does not keep the b-daman still it ring still to pinch the marble ok oh yeah and colbalt blade needs rapid fire parts

Great product--exactly like the picture. My son loves to play with the tow hook.

They have a 100 year gaurentee. The hat came off within a week and had to return it.
