An old classic...I remember playing the Carron game "Skittles" at a friend's house back in the 1970's. I purchased one for my own kids when they were 7 and 10 years old and we enjoyed many family "competitions". When I began babysitting my 6 and 8 year old niece and nephew, I drug out the old game out and showed them how to play. Now they beg to play it whenever they come over. I plan to surprise them with a game of their own for Christmas. It's so durable--our old game still looks like new.
Time flew by...When a friend and I discovered this game, our initial reaction was to be unimpressed, that is until we gave the cord its first yank. As the top manuvered around the board we were instantly hooked, deriving strategies to obtain the greatest point total. It was not until an hour and a half later that we stopped that initial game, kicking ourselves for allowing our uninformed first impression.
Let 'em rip! This toy brings back memories. With a hard yank on the wind-up cord, then listening to the rattle and roar as the top dances across the board on its way to knock over the skittle pins, this toy can be loads of fun. With skill (?) and experience, you can at least imagine that you can steer the top in an initial direction even though knocking over all of the pins is pure luck as the top spins towards the back rooms. However, enough of my memories: my kids (8 and 6) enjoy playing with this game. Just enough competition to keep them going time after time.

McFarlane Monsters Series 4: Humpty Dumpty 6"
Made by McFarlane Toys

So disgusting it works Have you ever seen the movie Se7en? If you have, then you have seen Humpty Dumpty. While Humpty was origionally an egg, here he's more like an obese (overly) man who, instead of getting cracked was more like disemboweled. This is where simplicity meets detail and works, better than lets say 'Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater'...It's simple in that there are not a lot of small pieces and such...it's just a big blob of plastic, but it's detailed in that there is a lot going on here. The detail is, for lack of a better word, disgusting, but then again, so is the thought of a broken egg (yolk is messy)...So, as I've mentioned before, these are less 'toys' and more shelf space and that's how we like them...on the shelf in their plastic and meant to be owed at because McFarlane is a genious.
This Humpty Dumpty just had his great fallHumpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.
Although Humpty Dumpy is the anthropomorphized egg who appeared in the well-known Mother Goose rhyme, he also pops up in Lewis Carroll's "Through the Looking-Glass," where he has a most interesting discussion with Alice regarding semantics. As to his origin there are theories that Humpty Dumpty was (a) a powerful cannon that was mounted atop a church in Colchester that defended the city against siege in 1648 during the English Civil War, (b) a reference to King Richard III, the supposedly hunchbacked monarch who fell off of a horse named Wall at the battle of Bosworth Field, (c) a Roman war machine called the Testudo that was used to cross moats and climb over castle walls, and (d) medieval slang for a short, clumsy person (the idea being that the explanation for the story is that Humpty Dumpty is an egg, which, you will note, is not mentioned in the rhyme).
None of those explanations suffice when it comes to McFarlane Toy's "Twisted Fairy Tales" version of Humpty Dumpty, who has just suffered the aforementioned great fall. If you thought a cracked shell was a bad thing, wait until you get a gander at maggot-infested insides of this Humpty Dumpty. This figure is not for breakfast, that is for sure, but the idea is a bit better than the execution. The again, do you really want the insides of Humpty Dumpty to be so gross that you would swear you can smell rotten egg? I think not, which is why I consider this the least compelling figure in the Twisted Fairy Tales collection. This is a hit or miss figure as far as I am concerned.
Twisted Fairy Tales is the fourth series of McFarlane's Monsters, and the rest of the menagerie consists of Red Riding Hood, Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, Little Miss Muffet, and the tag team of Hansel and Gretel (who are sold separately and not as a set, just to be clear here). Once you look at Humpty Dumpty you know that these are sick, twisted figures, intended only for mature audiences. That is because if you are old enough to know about the English Civil War, Richard III, Roman war machines, and medieval slang, then you know that most nursery rhymes originate from such fun things as the Black Death. You youngsters probably just thought Mother Goose had a twisted sense of humor, and McFarlane Toys has certainly confirmed your suspicions with these figures.

Humpty Dumpty is cracked in more than one way! This Humpty Dumpty figurine, from the Twisted Fairy Tales series, is a fun toy. While disgusting to look at, it is nonetheless fascinating. The series Twisted Fairy Tales gives a glimpse of how these nursery rhymes and fairy tales might have looked if Stephen King or Clive Barker had rewritten them. This is the first piece I collected, and it is a neat find.

The best toy This figure was better than all the others. The swords had handles to make it a tonfa blade. If you liked this the you would love snake eyes hovercycle!
COOL COOL!!This thing rocksbig time if you ask me. And man I am never wrong and that you can believe!
One of the Best Snake Eyes Ever!!!! I have been collecting GI Joe's since the 1st time I wandered into a old Zayre department store in the Mid 80s. Recently, I was very dissapointed to hear that the smaller, 3 3/4 inch line of Joes that I was raised on was going to be discontinued. All my years collecting the old Joes, watching the cartoon and feverishly collecting the comic were going to be changed, re-modeled, and modernized. I have to be truthfull when I say that my glass was more than half empty after hearing of the new Sigma 6 line. Was Sigma 6 going to remind me of the old smaller Joes? Would the classic characters made famous from the smaller line reapear, and look familiar with the new Sigma 6 line? And would these toys be durable enough for me to play with like the super comandoes they are?
Well I can say that all of these questions were answered with an emphatic "YES" when I opened Sigma 6's Snake eyes. 1st, Snake Eyes comes with 3 removable visors. One is his all but familiar visor, making him a spitting image of the Snake Eyes all of us older fans grew up with. He also has a gas mask and night vision goggles so he can infiltrate almost any facility in any setting. He comes with 2 swords that can be attached to his back. The swords also have a handle that folds out so he can hold it like a police night stick. He also comes with Suction cups, a hang wire, a knife that latches onto his leg and his signature UZI making him the unstoppable silent commando we all grew to love.
Bottom line, these Joes will re-invent the line. They are great images of the classic characters but have a modern flare that will excite the older generation and bring in a new one. One thing I must suggest though, if you do buy Snakes Eyes, please get his counter part Storm Shadow. I have always respected the story of the two sword brothers and know that if I buy one version I MUST get the other. If not, Snake eyes will be wandering my apartment looking for his sword brother forever...

Warning for Parents: Impossible to put togetherSave yourself some aggravation - don't buy this. It is impossible to assemble (at least so it will stay together for more than 5 minutes).
looks niceok ive got this b daman, but i didnt bought the one with the direct hit figure. the problem of this toy that the stickers stuffs up easly once you try out the toy, and im bit dissapiointed on that, mostly i want to keep it in good condition with my other toys like beyblade
chrome zephyrthis b daman is great when i first bought it. i added the magazine and gaulets from rekuso and it rocked. i was hoping to add a barrel to it too. the bad thing was i kept on taking the one h booster off and putting it on again. wich i think was what made the tiny peg break right now im trying to glue it back. it dosent seem to be workin. there are also better bdaman at ideal808 like chrome levan, chrome levan cyclone, colbalt saber, cobalt saber fire.

There is a reason Battle Conan is suspended in mid-airFor the Conan Series II Figures, McFarlane Toys has put together characters from Robert E. Howard's only Conan novel "Hour of the Dragon" (a.k.a. "Conan the Conqueror" to those of us who read the Lancer paperbacks with the Frank Frazetta covers as our introduction to the character). The story is of Conan when he is the middle-aged king of the ancient kingdom of Aquilonia who has to fight a final battle against Xaltotun, a resurrected sorcerer. Armies are not going to win this one and Conan has to find the fabled Heart of Ahriman to defeat his enemy. Along the way he will meet a slave girl in Nemedia that he will make queen of Aquilonia.
Series II includes the King Conan of Aquilonia on his throne that is pretty much the last shot we have of the character in the "Conan the Barbarian" film (admit it, this is the one you want the most). However, this is the other Conan figure, Battle Conan (a.k.a. Conan the Warrior). The rest of Series II consists of Pallantides of the Black Dragon, Conan's field commander in full battle armor; Zenobia, the beautiful harem girl; Xaltotun the Undead, the skeletal sorcerer; and the Man-Eating Haunter of the Pits. This last one is important to know about because it explains why Battle Conan is suspended in the air on a really long support peg: the base of this figure connects with Haunter of the Pits to form an interactive diorama.
Battle Conan is shown in mid-leap, his sword in his left hand and the axe by which he rule sin his right. For a warrior in battle he is remarkably free of armor, which is usually useful under such circumstances, but it does allow you to enjoy the figure's rippling muscles with all those impressive veins with all those pulsing Cimmerian blood rushing through them in the heat of battle. The axe looks like some ornate wall decoration from a castle, so hopefully it will be functional in the next ten seconds. The articulation with this 6-inch figure is limited to the bicep of the left arm, which allows you to position the sword as you desire. To date King Conan on this throne is my favorite of the four Conans produced in the first dozen figures of this series. After that where Battle Conan fits with Conan the Cimmerian and Conan the Indomitable is, to coin a phrase, up in the air.

Cobalt Blade is the best b-daman that exists!!!!!!!Cobalt Blade is awesome!!! It stays together perfectly,I only missed the target pin once out 13 times!!!!!!!!!It has a blade that is a sight on the cobalt blade's head. The wings at the back give accuracy(so does the blade on the head)and power, which makes it invincible in Direct Hit Battle and all of the other events. In DHB it is lightweight, so it is moved around easily. It puts off the extra weight by not having so much extra armor(my DHB armor always falls off).
RAPIDO RAPIDORAPIDO!!!IN THE RAPID FIRE DEPARTMENT COLBALTBLADE NEEDS REKUSO'S DRAGON MAGIZINE OR A B-DA LOADER OR DRAGOGALE CAN HELP BUT MOSTLY DRAGOGALE BECAUSE OF THE SHARP SHOOTING
your all wrong okfirst of all the power wing does not keep the b-daman still it ring still to pinch the marble ok oh yeah and colbalt blade needs rapid fire parts

Poor design leads to a waste of moneyDo not buy this action figure! It is of a poor quality - Batman's feet were not properly designed, and so the figure's legs will warp and bend, making him unable to stand correctly.
The Mattel Batman figures from the Batman line are much better, and properly constructed. So collect the rest of the Justice Leaguers, and get one of the two-packs for your Mattel Batman.

Not bad.I really liked the cape and the trading card. I did have issues with the stand. On one hand, it is great that there is a stand. On the other hand, it just does not look right without other Justice League figurines to put together the word. And it is way too large.
