A fresh new Jack Hammer with motorized tool.
A new, but sort of retro looking yellow Jack Hammer is released in the Tool Tech line. After Lava Jack Hammer, Robotz Jack Hammer, and Powermax Jack Hammer (which all used the same molded Jack) and now they've gone back to making him look like the classic Jack Hammer figures of old. He comes with a sturdy looking, pull string operated drill, which is lots of fun for little ones. Out of the 3 new pull string tool tech figures (Billy Blazes, this one, and Jake Justice), this one looks the most durable.

McFarlane SportsPicks MLB Series #7: #51 Randy Johnson in Arizona Diamondbacks Uniform

The Big Unit firing the ball across home plate at high speed
This is the second figure of Randy Johnson, the multi-Cy Young-winning pitcher of the Arizona Diamondbacks, following the earlier Seattle Mariner Version. The other big difference between the two is that the first one is the vertical Johnson and this one is the horizontal. Of course, if they do the Big Unit standing straight up and keep the body proportional to the other McFarlane MLB figures they are going to need a bigger blister pack, right? Even so, you can compare this figure to the rest of the McFarlane pitchers and you will notice that his front leg is a lot farther down the pitching mound than any other. Except for the Robert Alomar sliding figure or the one of Ichiro laying down a bunt, this figure of the 6' 10" Johnson might actually be the shortest McFarlane baseball figure when measured top to bottom.

The striped Diamond Backs uniform makes this a nice matched set with the Curt Schilling figure, the only problem being that by the end of the week Schilling is probably going to be traded, probably to Boston. Usually the best details on these McFarlane figures are the uniforms, but on this one pay attention to what is happening with the muscles on Johnson's pitching arm and his neck. That is pretty much how you should look if you are trying to throw a ball through a batter, let along past them. The other oddity for this figure is that his uniform is relatively dirt free, an element that the McFarlane people have been going overboard on lately. If you are a fan of the Diamondbacks in general, Johnson in particular, or like to collect sure bet future Hall of Famers, this is another first rate figure from McFarlane to add to your collection.

    Big Unit.
After review of the Randy Johnson action figure. I have to simply say,"Perfect".

    Breaks easily
Our son LOVES Jay-Jay. So, we got him several of these wooden character figures. I liked the chunky size. Easy for a little guy to grab on to. We got Snuffy, Jay-Jay, Herky, and Tracy. Without exception, they all started breaking within a few days. One lost a piece of the tail, one lost an engine, Herky lost his propellor. I lost my mind listening to, "WAAAAAAHHHHH! My Herky (Tracy, Snuffy, Jay-Jay) is BROKEN!!!" I like the idea of this toy, but in practice, it's not a well-made product.

    Not well made
We have a number of these characters. They are not as well made as the Thomas the Tank Engine wooden playthings. These have a lot of plastic parts that break off. So far Tracy is missing the plastic parts to the engine. Old Oscar lost his propeller as did Big Jake. My boys enjoy playing with them still but I wish they were better made.

100 year life span-- so they say
The wheel broke in 2 hours. This is my second wooden one that broke.

      Great set , but .......
This set has a great set of characters but the "silver vader" seems out of place . I would have liked to see a "star wars infinites" set with the "silver vader" because it would make more sense because vader became good in the "empire infinites" and dressed in white & silver .
I would have liked to also have seen a jedi pack with MACE WINDU , "episode 1"QUI-GON JIN , EP.3 YODA , SORA BULQ , AAYLA SECURA , KIT FISTO , LUMINARA UNDULI ,KI-ADI-MUNDI , AND ADI GALLIA from "STAR WARS JEDI STARFIGHTER"
I would have also liked to see a sith pack with "VADER , EP.3 ANAKIN SKIWALKER , COUNT DOOKU , DARTH MAUL , AND MANY OTHERS .

LASTLY , I'D LIKE TO SEE " KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC" FIGURES !

          Packer fans
Hey Packer fans I bought this online. I checked many websites for this figurine and many were quite expensive, but Amazon was a good hook up. The Price was great and it got to my home quicker then expected. The figurine has a fantastic paint job, even if the face looks more like Donald Driver then Ahman Green. Oh well, get it if you like collecting Packer stuff like I do, PB

Crisis on Infinite Earths Series I Figure: Kara Zor El Supergirl

Well she's not THAT Super but not horrible either
The face could have been done better. I don't like the "smile" look at all on any figure. Considering that DC Direct has made AWESOME/Amazing figures before this was a bit of a letdown. But she's kinda cool too considering we haven't seen a original "Supergirl" action figure made before. I love the outfit better this way than the "white tee" shirt Supergirl. I could have done without the headband look too. But I got her nonetheless on my Dresser drawer. Very durable figure though. And the cape is very cool. Very soft rubber, almost like paper. Except it won't tear.

Shrek 2 Action Packed Figure: Mule Kickin' Donkey

Reported toy to US Consumer Product Safety Commission
This product is a piece of junk and a horrible choking hazard. As you will read the head and lower jaw pop off but also Donkey's ears come off. This was my toy but my two year old got a hold of it and broke the ear off in his mouth. I will be returning this product and will not buy another.(...) I strongly urge anyone who bought this product to write the CPSC about this so they can issue a recall on it.

              I hate this toy!
My favorite character in Shrek is Donkey. One day, I got this Mule Kickin' Donkey. When I started to play with the toy, his head popped off. When I tried to put the head back on, his jaw fell off! I told my parents about this. First they didn't believe me that the toy had a defect, they didn't believed me. But when I showed them, they were shocked with the toy. We went back to TOYS "R" US and reported this and exchanged it. I got Puss in Boots instead because he was my next favorite character and I liked it. The people who reported this, they were right! Down with Donkey! Get Puss in Boots!

We agree, Donkey's head falls apart.
We read these reviews but still took a chance with this toy when we bought the "Shrek 2 Action Packed Figure: Punchin' Shrek." The Shrek toy is great, very durable. But after only a minute or so of gentle play, Donkey's head fell right off. When reattaching it, his jaw proceeded to fall off. After reassembling Donkey repeatedly, we retired him to a shelf, to be looked at but not touched. :(
