Exchange ProcessThis is the worst customer service I have ever received from an online company. My son received a gift from his an\unt and it was a duplicate of an item he already had. I tried to exchange the item with the original shipping information, but because he received the item beyond 30 days from the ship date, they would not allow the exchange. I, as well as my family, will never be ordering from this site again.
Good, decent set...finally some "behind the scenes" action.Usually the large Dragons sets are castles or strongholds or some form of battlefield. After all, they are usually more...exciting. This set finally introduces fans to the first major kind of, behind the scenes set. Here we see where our warriors are and what they're doing when they aren't battling the heck out of one another. This is where the new Odaku forces make their magically imbued weaponry.
It has three major elements (not counting the dragon): a large furnace, a blacksmith shop, and a crane/prison. Overall, the new "oriental" theme is great. I was getting a tad tired of the European derived look of the past building sets. I love the pagoda looking pieces. I only wish there where more. The set isn't terribly hard to build...at least not in my opinion. The three main components are separate, so the won't fall apart when you move them, since the don't share a base.
The furnace is neat, but painfully easy to build, and not much room for cutomization. I built it without instructions. It lights up and includes batteries! A separate conveyer belt for forged weapons is included...though it doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like. Neat though. The weapons shoppe is actually simple, yet neat. Even comes with a little anvil to hammer on. Comes with an array of weapons, both new Odaku stuff, as well as old weapons (even some katanas from the Ninja Turtle sets). The jail/crane is nice, but I kinda wish there was a clear "reason" for it. What is it supposed to lift? The dragon is cool. They kept the standard four legs, a tail and two wings, but added an oriental flair to the head. Has some removable armor, which is neat. The wings...kinda blow. The aren't ball joint or hinged, but bendy wire articulation, and permanently attached too. They are quite stiff, and don't give a wiiide range of movement. The figures are just too cool. I love the new design asthetic for the Odaku and thier weapons. To get the Odaku leader, Scylla, you need to get this set. You also get a bearded bald guy (a henchman or a general?), and one regular warrior. You also get one old figure...a lone Draigar guy.
My only major complaint about this set? NOT ENOUGH GUYS TO PLAY WITH!!! Only four measly warriors? I've noticed other sets suffer from the same problem...overall, the Odaku are getting grossly out-numbered here! Only ten Odaku altogether. You can possibly buy doubles of certain sets, or the new troop builder set...but you gotta spend more $$$...
Final verdict though, good set. A nice addition to the Mega Bloks Dragons kingdom.

what i thinki didnt like the original cyber spawn it looked to plain with its white paint but the metalic red changed my mind. a must have for the collector
the best on the setok, i will get to the point, todd has in the last 3 years dedicated himself to produce figures that are beutifull and very detail in every sense, but to achieve that you must loose something, ARTICULATIONS, well dear collectors this is not the case, we finally have a fully articulated and also very, very detail action figure, the paint is something that you may not have seen on other action figures, a gold red mixture that catches your eye on the spot, oohhh i only wish that todd didnt make this a rare event, and starts making more articulated figures

Low-End Little People ProductSeems to me the "Little People" sub-brand comes in two versions, the high-quality, durable ones that promote hours of play (like the farm and the gargage) and the low-quality, poorly made ones that seems to take up space. this is one of those. The racetrack is made of flimsy plastic, takes up a lot of space for what it is (doesn't fold up or anything -- you have to take it completely apart if you want to store it). The car itself is pretty solid, but doesn't always function well.
Get the farm, please! We had the same problem with the durability of the car (seems the "clutch" stripped after a few minutes of play) and the difficulty making it around the track.
The Little People farm is a much better choice, triggering so much imaginative play. The farm animals get more use out of the race track than the car driver does - the chicken has learned how to drive, the rest of the critters like to sit in the grandstands, and the food cart gets tuned up at the pit stop.
Oh, and my 2 year old uses the award stand as a "compooter" to play school.

Not very exciting, but my son seems to like it. I was disappointed in this one. I love Little People, but I'm glad I didn't purchase this--it was a first birthday gift to my son. It has some cute sounds, but thinking back to when I was a little girl (which wasn't long ago, I'm only nineteen), I know that I would have wanted to just turn the sounds off and imagine them on my own as they can get very repetitive. But, I suppose it is okay for a younger child such as my son to play with since he doesn't really know what he is supposed to imagine yet, anyway. My husband likes to play with this toy with him. It's not too terribly bulky. My son has a playroom that is filled with Little People toys, but I keep this one in the closet on a shelf. When we transitioned from an apartment to owning our first home, the first thing I did was fill his playroom with toys--Little People toys. They are great toys to allow your child to utilize what they see day to day during play.
What you get:
Race track
Race car
Racing Eddie
Special Features:
Eddie can be placed into the car and then pressed upon to trigger the car to make sounds and "race" around the track. The crowd also cheers.
I'm not sure if there are any more parts to this since I keep it in the closet.
I think it's a great toy if your child is really into cars.

One of the best Lego SetsMy 2 year old son received this airplane as a gift on Christmas and has played with it a ton in the past couple of months since. Legos in general are great tools to allow kids to learn about the world around them and use their imagination. My son has spent hours loading the cargo hold of the plane with the forklift, having the passengers get into the plane for an imaginary trip to "Hawaii" or "California." It also helped us get him ready to go on long plane rides and long waits at the airport, as there is a context in his mind to seeing various airplanes out in the runway, and waiting in line to board the plane and such.
A couple of notes: Unlike other lego sets, this set isn't designed to allow kids to build different things, you pretty much have an airplane and thats all you will ever have with this. Also, we used some double sided tape to keep the wings tight to the body of the plane, as that is the annoying part of the lego toy (lego lovers can understand) that always keeps coming off.

Perfect Grade Model Kit RX78-2 Gundam
Amazon base price: $
Average review score:

Perfrct Grade lives up to its name! The Perfect Grade series is hands down the absolute BEST Gundpla enthusiasts can look forward to constructing. It has so many points of articulation and detail, it's almost a shame to finish putting the armor in place. Each of the fingers is articulated, all of the joints are able to duplicate nearly the full range of a human, and in many cases they have moving pneumatic pumps that are keyed off their movement. When you bend the knee, you can see the pumps extending.
This level of detail carries through the whole kit. The legs each have a shock absorber built into them. The feet can hinge and bend in the middle, revealing more pneumatics. Many, many removable armor panels hide details of the superstructure below. The kit's crowning achievement, however, is definately the head. They really nailed it on this one. During assembly, you build a green LED light into the head, and when it's turned on both the Gundam's primary cameras (eyes) glow, along with the secondary camera mounted above its forehead! Beyond that, you can remove armor panels to expose both vulcan guns in the temples (with all three barrels visible) and pop the top "crest" section of the head armor back to get a look at the detail below.
In many model kits, the color of the plastic is slightly off from the actual color of the mobile suit. Not so in Perfect Grade. If you like to paint, you can paint away, but the tones match so well no painting is required. If you DO paint, make sure you let everything dry completely before attempting to put the decals on!
In closing, I'd like to say that the Perfect Grade kit was the most fun I've ever had assembling a model. If you buy it, you can look forward to many, many long and satisfying hours of assembly and countless more enjoying the finished kit. My Perfect Grade has already been the star of two stop motion short films. Six stars out of five!
If you like the Perfect Grade RX-78-2 Gundam, try building the Perfect Grade MS-06-F Zaku II or the Perfect Grade MSZ-06-Z Zeta Gundam (An AMAZING kit!).

personal experiencei must agree this is not for the faint of heart. i my self am an experienced modle builder and it took an hour for each arm and leg. the jap. is hard to over come expeshialy when it comes to the wireing part.
one thing not mentiond is that yes the parts all fit together quite well but after a few pieces are put together you must put a scruw in it and it holds it together as well as alowing it to move. this modle is fully articulated(poseible)
when done it is truely beutiful. a must have for any gundam otaku.
only problem is i have heard not to pose the wings to much or they would fall apart. they are only ruber and wire.

Perfect Grade means just that!Yes, this is the top of the line of Gundam models. The detail is amazing and the engineering that went into this product is awesome. This is not a Saturday afternoon project nor a beginner's project. This is the top end and has thousands of moving pieces. It is unfair to put it in the 'Toy' category since it is designed for the a fairly technological audience. The directions for assembly and the detailed story are all in Japanese. This makes a challenging model even more challenging if you don't read the language. The assembly documents the process quite well, however. Again, really young beginners to the modeling world will probably be overwhelmed. The end result is a beautiful Gundam model that stands appoximately 10" in height. It has an LED for lighted eyes and requires a battery but no glue or paint. All parts are so well designed and engineered that it snaps together and looks great. Again, a huge amount of parts and options allow the serious model maker a great challenge.
