Sammy is a pretty hefty chunk of solid, unbending plastic, and you're supposed to balance him on a 1-and-a-half inch metal spike that sticks out the bottom of one foot---to simulate that cute little hop he does, right before a homerun lap. Problem is, the lightweight base has a very shallow hole to receive said metal spike, so Sammy's body tends to lean heavily atop the shallowly-anchored spike once assembled on the base. You have to position him carefully, to avoid the whole model just toppling over. Also, carefully concealed in the box is a short black plastic rod which is necessary to mount the bat to the base. The rod barely fit the too-small hole the on the bat, causing some restrained cursing during the build process. Once assembled, I must say it's a surprisingly lifelike and detailed model that does not disappoint.

Its a pretty damn cool figure of another Spawn, being a gunslinger.
Pretty much the detail of it is great,and its reallt 13.5 inches tall, not 12. balance can be hard to configure at first, but great figure. Doesn't deserve a 5 because Flying Spawn 12 inch still outperforms the quality of this one. Also because his hands comes out very soft, yet for no reason since he cant hold the guns

No wonder--if you are a spawn action figure collector, you have to get this Gunslinger to put on your shelf, and the details in this 12" one is much better than the small figure

IF you're a fan of MacFarlane figures, you're already going to have the "normal" sized version of this Gunslinger Spawn. That shouldn't stop you from acquiring this one for your collection. Like the previous Mandarin Spawn, BIGGER only means BETTER. We're living in an era when "toys" are approaching the level of art objects, and this particular one is a beauty. Attention to detail is superb, and it makes a spectacular addition to the growing line of mega-figures being produced.

I gave King Kong and Bull V-Rex to two five year old boys this Christmas and they were a big hit. They played with them for hours. If you buy King Kong, you HAVE to get Bull V-Rex too. It's fun to feed him little people.

I got this toy for Christmas and I am amazed at how much it can do! The noise it makes is superb, and it is nice and loud. It has great detail. I like how its mouth opens and closes when you push its chest... very realistic. I also really like how it can bang on its own chest, and it can hold onto Ann (the girl that comes with it). If you get this toy, you probably want to get the deluxe V-Rex to go with it... they are fun to play with together. I recommend this to any King Kong fan.

This is the ultra kong toy when you push its belly he roars and you hear people screaming.

The Perfect Grade series is hands down the absolute BEST Gundpla enthusiasts can look forward to constructing. It has so many points of articulation and detail, it's almost a shame to finish putting the armor in place. Each of the fingers is articulated, all of the joints are able to duplicate nearly the full range of a human, and in many cases they have moving pneumatic pumps that are keyed off their movement. When you bend the knee, you can see the pumps extending.

This level of detail carries through the whole kit. The legs each have a shock absorber built into them. The feet can hinge and bend in the middle, revealing more pneumatics. Many, many removable armor panels hide details of the superstructure below. The kit's crowning achievement, however, is definately the head. They really nailed it on this one. During assembly, you build a green LED light into the head, and when it's turned on both the Gundam's primary cameras (eyes) glow, along with the secondary camera mounted above its forehead! Beyond that, you can remove armor panels to expose both vulcan guns in the temples (with all three barrels visible) and pop the top "crest" section of the head armor back to get a look at the detail below.

In many model kits, the color of the plastic is slightly off from the actual color of the mobile suit. Not so in Perfect Grade. If you like to paint, you can paint away, but the tones match so well no painting is required. If you DO paint, make sure you let everything dry completely before attempting to put the decals on!

In closing, I'd like to say that the Perfect Grade kit was the most fun I've ever had assembling a model. If you buy it, you can look forward to many, many long and satisfying hours of assembly and countless more enjoying the finished kit. My Perfect Grade has already been the star of two stop motion short films. Six stars out of five!

If you like the Perfect Grade RX-78-2 Gundam, try building the Perfect Grade MS-06-F Zaku II or the Perfect Grade MSZ-06-Z Zeta Gundam (An AMAZING kit!).

i must agree this is not for the faint of heart. i my self am an experienced modle builder and it took an hour for each arm and leg. the jap. is hard to over come expeshialy when it comes to the wireing part.
one thing not mentiond is that yes the parts all fit together quite well but after a few pieces are put together you must put a scruw in it and it holds it together as well as alowing it to move. this modle is fully articulated(poseible)
when done it is truely beutiful. a must have for any gundam otaku.
only problem is i have heard not to pose the wings to much or they would fall apart. they are only ruber and wire.

Yes, this is the top of the line of Gundam models. The detail is amazing and the engineering that went into this product is awesome. This is not a Saturday afternoon project nor a beginner's project. This is the top end and has thousands of moving pieces. It is unfair to put it in the 'Toy' category since it is designed for the a fairly technological audience. The directions for assembly and the detailed story are all in Japanese. This makes a challenging model even more challenging if you don't read the language. The assembly documents the process quite well, however. Again, really young beginners to the modeling world will probably be overwhelmed. The end result is a beautiful Gundam model that stands appoximately 10" in height. It has an LED for lighted eyes and requires a battery but no glue or paint. All parts are so well designed and engineered that it snaps together and looks great. Again, a huge amount of parts and options allow the serious model maker a great challenge.

But this is the best Luke figure to come out EVER! I got him for the order form but once I got him all set up he is PERFECT! It looks like him, it talks like him, it even acts like him!* Very cool toy to add to your ever growing Star Wars collection.

*toy does not actually talk or act. But is WAY COOL!

Everything about this figure is basically perfect, whiich we come to expect from the more expensive vintage figure lines. And this is one of my favorite figures of the year.

Every point that we have ever seen articulated on a Star Wars figure is articulated on this figure. The only things that aren't ball jointed are the hips (Which are very rare to find ball jointed) and the hands (Which have never been ball jointed but soon could be) which are swiveled. The figure Includes a helmet, lightsaber, lightsaber hilt and a DL-44 blaster. It also includes a sticker that you put on an order form to get the George Lucas stormtrooper, BUT you need the stickers from Sand People, Greedo, Biker Scout and Han Solo to get it!

These Godzilla figures were very cool, but as soon as my son started to pick them up and play they would fall apart. Arms, legs and tails came off easily. Overall he was disappointed and became upset everytime they fell apart.

For kids of all ages who love Godzilla movies...All figures are well made and perfectly detailed to look like the real thing.
