If you are looking to have someone "work for the money" this is the gift! It is difficult to use, & can be quite frustrating.

I've had 3 of these and it's always a hit!

This toy was the hit of our family Christmas party! My nieces each received one and were immediately intrigued by the object lesson- to retrieve the imprisoned money inside. Ages 12 and 8, they studied the puzzle closely and worked furiously to open the puzzle box. Aunts and cousins couldn't keep their hands off either! Finally, after just about 30 minutes the older child was able to release her money and her satisfaction was huge!

A promising idea, but very poorly implemented. The Bilz Box is poorly designed, hard to use, hard for the recipient to understand, and prone to breakage (the one I received was cracked in one corner and had bits of plastic within the mechanism, despite having been shipped carefully). Avoid.

The BILZ BOX money maze toy is the size of a VHS cassette tape. A perfect way of giving teenagers money for gifts instead of an envelope with a silly bow on it. kids appreciate the money you give them if there's a gimick to getting to the cash.

Although a good gift for a teenager, it's not for those who are impatient, get frustrated easily, have problems solving maze-type puzzles, or a less-than-average IQ. I wouldn't recommend it for the very young. It comes with a cheater's card the giver should keep in case of over-frustration in solving. It also fits well with a VHS tape collection (same size) storing and future playing.

My Mother gave three of these BILZ BOX money-maze toys with money inside, to 3 of grandchildren one Christmas. It was a Christmas Morning hit! After the kids got their money out, dollar bills were put in for others to try. People played with them all day long.

I found one secondhand at a Flea Market, with no directions. I loaded myself to see if I could solve it. I plan to give it to my son, a high school freshman (probably as a Christmas gift). I did solve the puzzle, and found it to be challenging. I got very frustrated after about five hours, thinking maybe I'd made a mistake, then...one more turn, and "voila", the ball dropped into the right space, and I was able to open the box. I am going to buy another one for my son's half-brother (same age). They are at the age when all they want is money anyway. Giving it to them in a puzzle adds a level of challenge to the process. It isn't just handing them some bucks, and "oh, yeah, thanks". They both adore video games, so I am sure they have the hand/eye coordination to solve it quicker than I did. It gives them a chance to wait and anticipate, instead of immediate gratification. I wouldn't give it to a young child, though. I wouldn't have considered such a gift any earlier than this year. I don't think it is appropriate for a child younger than high school age.

Hi i got this game by trading my brother for some stuff he wanted and i started playing it and was disipointed cause you have to shake it so much. But luckily i figured out how you can get in battles and stuff without having to shake it at all. But it depends on if you you have a massage chair or not because if you have one you can set your magaman pet on it and it shakes it!!! I was so glad when i figured out how to get in battles without shaking it because my arm was hurting now i find the game real fun. I hope this review helped you see yah.

When I was 5,I got this for Christmas But my Dad returned it(Which was very stupid of him.)And now hes ordering the PET again.Hooray!I have 20 battlechips

I GOT THIS GAME FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN I WAS ABOUT 9 OR 10. I WAS SO EXCITED THAT I COULD BE LIKE LAN AND CHAUD. BUT THE HORRIBLE THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO SHAKE AND SHAKE AND SHAKE SOME MORE! IT IS TERRIBLY ANNOYING BUT WHEN YOU GET TO BATTLE IT ROCKS. I LEFT MY PET ALONE WHILE I GOT REALLY INTO SKATEBOARDING BUT I DUG IT BACK UP FOR GOOD TIMES SAKE. AT FIRST I ALMOST FORGOT THE CONCEPT OF THE GAME BUT ALMOST INSTANTLY YOU REMEBER IT. IM GONNA GET NEW BATTLECHIPS SOON. I HEARD YOU CAN GET THEM IN A PACK AT TARGET! (NO OFFENSE GUYS YOUR MY NUMERO UNO TOY STORE!)
THIS GAME IS FUN IF YOUR PATIENT AND IF YOU LIKE SHAKING STUFF. THE GRAPHICS KINDA STINK AND THE SOUND CRACKS ME UP WHEN I HEAR IT. WHEN YOU GET THE BLUE PET THE CHIPS YOU GET ARE ATTACK+10, HEAT SHOT, AND CYBER SWORD. I HAVE TO SAY MY FAVORITE IS ATTACK+10 CAUSE IT KILLS YOUR ENEMY ALMOST INSTANTLY. I DONT LIKE THAT THE VIRUSES CAN AVOID GETTIN HIT BUT HEY THATS THE WAY IT GOES!(I MEAN IT IS A GAME) I ALSO WISH THERE WERE NETNAVI TOURNEYS. HEY MAYBE THERE ARE. I REALLY WANNA GO HEAD TO HEAD WITH SOMEONE(VS) WELL L8R.

I got this for my 8 year old son because he loves hand held games. He played it the 1st day he got it, but it was difficult, involved alot of shaking. I also had to take it apart because he pressed the reset button & it stopped working at all. We put it away for awhile & the next time he tried to use it, no battles, no matter how much we shake, it is useless now. How can they make such junk?

every time i try shaking it for like 2 hours i just wont get me into a battle i have had this toy for 1 yr. and yet no battle but it is still a really realy good toy

Megaman Advance P E T are some of the best video games arond and on the plus side they have no educational value so it is a win win situation
