My son absolutely loved this toy. Unfortunatly, some of the pieces are very small and easily fall off the toy. After a short time period, too many pieces were missing. Because of this, my son hardly plays with the toy anymore.

This is a fun activity to do with kids. The instructions are very clear and it was easy for my 6 year old son to put it together. Along with the other lego sets and an active imagination, we have tons of fun.

This kit comes with feathers to make quills to write with 9looks like caligraphy when you write), Goldenrod paper to do an experiment from the scene when Harry writes in Tom Riddle's diary and the ink disappears and reappears, plus your standard clear wax crayon and watercolors wax resist experiment and a poster. Highly recommended for lots of fun!!

This was an excellent and challenging project to assemble. Keeping the spectatoros in the stands can be tricky but we enjoyed building and playing very much. Just the latest edition to our extensive HP Lego collection.

I'm getting the set for Christmas, along with all the other one's, I just saw the movie, and I'm 13 too, and I'm a girl. I've collected the HP legos for a long time, and I can't wait in till Christmas, there's only one thing I wish they would have made with these legos, a Cedric Diggory, he's sooooo cute!!!!!!

If you bought the first kit and this one then you'll have two wands and no fighting! This kit has the "Polyjuice Potion" (iron fillings and magnetic wand to make herminone's image in a petri dish look "hairy", "Swelling Solution" (nose absorbs water to "grow", and "Skele-Gro" (tape, tongue depressors, and sticky hand) experiments. You get to make a binder with the kit too. Loads of fun!

I,my wife and 2 daughters have long been fans of the Friends TV show (in fact we own the 10 Season Box set). I got The Friends Edition as a gift for my wife, who is not realyy a game board enthusiest. Well, we had the most fun playing it. I was laughingly surprised at how little I knew and how much the other members of my family knew! I heartily recommend it as a fun, entertaining way to spend with friends, family and anyone looking for a good time!

I love this game! I remember everything I read, and I love Harry Potter, but this game can be difficult sometimes. My friends who have only seen the movies can even answer questions, and my little brother and his friends love playing it.
My only complaint would be that sometimes the movie clips are too long, especially for the die-hard Potter fans, who have seen all of the movies enough. The questions on the clips sometimes do not go hand in hand also.
One other complaint is that if you are afraid of some of the darker elements of Harry Potter, you might get a little creeped out by the dark music and colorings. My younger brother has closed his eyes on two occasions, so only younger kids MIGHT be a little scared.
Other than that, there is nothing wrong with this game. If you love Harry Potter, either book or movie form, or you want to learn more about it, this game is perfect!

We bought the Scene It? Harry Potter Edition for our family game night. It covers the first 3 Harry Potter Movies; Sorcerors Stone, Chamber of Secrets and Prisoner of Askaban.
My son is in kindergarten and is only 6, but reads very well (at a 2nd grade reading level), so we were able to easily play the game, read the questions on the screen etc... Another reviewer mentioned that the movie clips are very long (30 minutes!); this is not true. I would guess they were 2-3 minutes long at the most. We also enjoyed the "Hidden Scenes" where something is missing from the scene (person, wand, hat, chair etc...) and that was really fun.
The nice thing about this game is, you can condense the gameboard and have a quick match when you are limited on time (perhaps if it's close to bedtime!). We really enjoyed it and this morning when my son woke up, he pulled the game out and was playing it alone, while my husband and I slept in- you can't beat that!
I wouldn't call ourselves huge Harry Potter fans, but for those that own the movies and have watched them a couple of times, this should be enjoyable.

This was a kit of the month type item from 2002. This is the first kit "Spells and Potions" Chemistry I. You get a cool plastic wood looking wand, a tiny black cauldron (with a clear cup insert), plastic gloves, blue hydrophobic sand, brown leather looking laces, thick paper card (to use with the laces to make a cool looking binder), clear plastic pipettes, a clear plastic measuring scoop, a small double sided poster (witch and wizard in training notes on the back for you to make notations - make a copy so you can display the poster). The experiments are "Invisibility Cystals", "Foaming Cauldron", "Pressure to Perform", "Soda Pop Fizz", "Pepper Power", "Filling Your Cauldron", "Mix It Up". and "Mystical Sand". You need baking soda, pepper, vinegar, newspaper, water, string, resealable bag, Liquid soap, food coloring, index card, salt, cooking oil, and a paper clip. My children are 2, 6, 8, and 9 and they have had a tremendous amount of fun with this kit! I highly recommend them for a fun themed science activity. Four words: THIS SET IS BRILLIANT! The Minifigures are Harry, Voldemort (You-Know-Who), Wormtail, Malfoy(Death Eater) and a bunch of skelys. If I could improve it, I would add a Cedric Diggory minifigure. But, apart from that, cool and spooky! Hey, I'm the SECOND person to review this!

This lego is awesome. It comes with Harry, Voldemort, Peter Pettigrew, and Lucious Malfoy. This is a must-have for HP fans like me. It has 4 graves and the pot that Voldemort rises out of. It also has the Tom Riddle grave and the gravehouse thing. I hope they make more Harry Potter 4 Legos. Right now there are only 4.

This is the best Harry Potter 4 lego! it is the Durmstrang ship that the Durmstrsng's come from to compete in the Triwizard tournament. it comes with Viktor Krum and Igor Karkaroff. it has the crow's nests, trap doors, sails, and cabins. It's three floors in all!

I like this game more than the original Uno because I find it more of a challenge. I love that it has the most up to date movie photos on the cards. This game is worth the money and any Harry Potter fan or Uno fan young or old will get a kick out of this game.

Very disappointed in recent order of May 2006 as cards are smaller and pictures are not the same as order of last year (3 purchased).
Do not believe the pictures in the ad (good ones from last year) as Toys R Us must have changes manufacturers.

Great game but I want the old cards.

My family loves Harry Potter and Uno so this game is great. Its the best Harry Potter game I've seen yet. I would recommend this to anyone.
