I bought the Miracle Man statue off of Ebay long before I saw it listed here. If I knew Amazon had it, I would have waited but I digress...
This statue is one of the best to come from Mcfarlane in ages. It captures everything the Miracle Man character is about. All of it comes out in the facial expresions. My only nit pick on it is the size of MM's..uhmmmm...package(?). It's quite pronounced. The base in which it stands on is just as detailed. I have always been a fan of the things than come from Mcfarlane Toys but believe when I say this one blew me away.
I have to say one thing though I did give the durability only 3 stars. It's not that I think that most collectors are going to take it out of the box and play with it, but it feels like if it were to fall from anything taller than a normal coffee table it would break. I would definitly list this as fragile and keep it out of reach of small children, or grown up children for that matter.
The MM statue has a place on my mantle, displayed with great pride. Now that I know it's on Amazon to buy too, I think I am going to get one just to hide in the closet away from all prying eyes to see and keep the fact that I am true collecting geek to myslef.
Now if we can only get McFarlane to reprint the collected books of the comic everything would be a groovy kind of cool.
