Has anyone ever given a thought to the young children who are grossly exploited in ALL of ANNE GEDDES work. This woman has made her money off exploiting babies who have had their basic human rights taken away from them. I am aware this product is merely a pathetic mock up of one of her indulgent, macabre photographs where an innocent child is forced to 'work for the camera'. This is a significant breech of human rights.

I love this Baby BumbleBee! Her smile says it all! Her four teeth are exactly how in reality a real baby's teeth would form first. The open smile looks as though she definately found something funny or possibly trying to say her first words. Her precious nose you want to kiss and her eyes are smiling too. I am an adult, a doll lover, but Anne Geddes dolls just bring out the little girl in me! My preteen daughters are surprised I love dolls but they see the adorable Anne Geddes dolls and they understand now!

I HAVE BEEN A COLLECTOR AND ADMIRER OF ANNE GEDDES WORK,SINCE 1998 AND BY FAR THIS IS THE CUTEST DOLL MADE YET. BOTH THE POUTY FACE AND GLEEFUL FACE BABIES ARE SURELY GOING TO MELT YOUR HEART!

Geddes' work is a significant breech of basic human rights. This is putrid, repulsive (and artistically boring to say the least). Life can be incredibly interesting without "cutie" demoralisation. You rarely come across something so lacking in taste, which both exploits young people and allows opportunistic bloodsuckers to make a huge profit...this is obscene!

These dolls are adorable. How can I get an African American version.

ANNE GEDDES BABY IS A SOFT, HUGABLE BEAN BAG DOLL WITH A CUTE, HAPPY FACE. WHEN I FIRST RECIVED IT, I HAD BEEN WANTING IT FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR AND COULD NOT WAIT TO OPEN IT. IT LOOKED SO GOOD IN THE BOX, BUT ONCE YOU OPEN IT, YOU REALISE THAT AROUND THE BELLY, IT IS ALL RINKLED WITCH COUSES IT TO BE FAT. IT IS NOT THAT FUN TO PLAY WITH :-)

i collect anne geddes dolls. They are very fun to use, and collect. To me, they are a good toy for anyone in the age range of 3-10. My sister who is 12 even likes them!! I hope you buy an Anne Geddes doll because they are soo much fun to collect and to play with!!

Over time I have bought several of Anne Geddes dolls, including this quirky little hedgehog, for my 6 year old daughter. They are her absolute favorite dolls. Although they aren't a learning toy (the dolls do not advertise to be an educational toy) they are certainly beautiful and would make a wonderful addition or beginning to anyone's doll collection.

I bought this doll for my granddaughter, Livi. It's so pretty and sweet, though the description is incorrect. She has painted blue eyes. If Amazon offered more 9" dolls I would buy them all for Livi's collection. I have already purchased this one plus the 9" sunflower and the 9" bunny. The are all adorable and perfect for tiny hands.
