I bough this doll as a gift for my 3 year old daughter for her birthday. She has just recently become interested in Disney Princesses more, with Ariel as her definate favorite. She watches the movie constantly. Anyway, this doll is just adorable. She sings the cutest little song, and although the voice is not the same as in the movie, I don't even think my daughter notices! (And if she does, she doesn't care!) My daughter has never really been into dolls, (like baby dolls), but she sits and brushes this doll's hair!! And this doll has amazing hair. Ariel comes with a really cute little purse, seahorse, and clamshell with pearl inside. I cannot believe what a hit this Ariel has been!
My daughter has not had this doll for that long, so I cannot tell you how well it has held up, but I can tell you it appears VERY sturdy and well made, and looks like it will stand the test of time with 2 little girls in the house!
This Ariel is great for imaginitive play, and for "companionship" for your Ariel fan. My daughter takes her everywhere!
Overall, GREAT doll, GREAT price, and I am very happy! More importantly, so is my daughter! I just might get the Belle doll like this also!!!

I bought this doll for my toddler who has become obessed with The Little Mermaid! She loved it! She didn't mind that the voice was not that of the movie Ariel. The little girl's voice used was just as exciting! The little acessories were adores. My daughter really loved the little bag with the fork. She really connected what with the movie and pretended searching for items with her new Ariel.
My only complaint (being a mommy) is the hair. It tangles easily-so I recmmend leaving it in it's netting. But, it doesn't matter my daughter loves playing with her and it inspires her to play and pretend. Overall, it was a great purchase and my daughter loves her.

My daughter is autistic and happens to love The Little Mermaid. I bought this doll for her because she also loves toys that play music. She figured out how to make the music start by pressing the hand and loves it! She has been taking the doll with her all over the house. Where she goes so does Ariel. I had to put the smaller toys away as she puts them in her mouth but that isn't a toy defect, just a precaution for me. The doll itself seems very durable and her hair is washable. A great toy for autistic girls!

We just bought this for our 3 yr old daughter and the strings don't work as indicated. We'll see if the replacement will work. My daughter still thought it was great, but I expect it to work fully for the price.

We got this guitar for my 4 year old, she loved it, but it stopped functioning after less than a month, I thought I need to change batteries but even after that it didn't work, now I don't know what to do with it, I didn't keep the box so that I could return it, very disappointed...

disney princes is great and IT DOES WORK. well at least for me it does. it plays beautiful music and when you record it you can hear your creations. the 2 music you get depends on the disney pricess you bye but you can have the whole collection!!! every note you play produces music. there is no wrong note so there is no annoying music. no matter what your child plays will be beautiful! get it now.

MY GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER NOW HAS ALL OF THE PRINCESS PRODUCTS. SHE LOVES THEM AND SHE HAS A WONDERFUL PRETEND PLAY MIND.

the earrings were cool for smaller kids but the back kept falling off when my daughter opened them until we finally lost that small piece.
Otherwise it is a cute set!!

I bought this clock for my (...) daughter when we decorated her room in a princess theme. She absolutely adored it! However, it was very difficult to read the time in the daytime. A few months after we purchased the clock, the alarm stopped working. I finally threw it away after purchasing a smaller, and much easier to read, Cinderella clock alarm from Disney.

My daughter loves this cute clock. Unfortunately, I must give it a not so good rating. The time display is as bright as a night light. The problem is that to see the display, it must shine on your face. A night light should give some illumination to a room, but do that without shining directly on your face. Since the point of a clock is to be able to see the time, blocking it is not a good option. There is no bright/dim setting. My daughter is having trouble falling asleep now, but she is too in love with the clock and seeing the time on it to let us block the display from her view. The stars are controlled by a switch. They do not shine so much directly on your face, but the way they achieve the appearance of movement is by having two lights and alternating which one is on. This produces the classic effect of the flashing neon light outside a cheap motel room. The princess wakeup sound is not really that princessy: just a non-descript tune of electronic notes. The sound is not controlled by the volume knob. The unit is sealed; if anything burns out, you will be out of luck, but at least the light won't shine in your eyes anymore.

I was surprised to read the bad reviews. My daughter has this clock in her room and we have had no problems with it and she loves it.
