My friend and I loved the Curious George monkey! It was great!

I recieved him in the mail yesterday and much to my delight he was perfect. I looked a long time for him and couldn't find him anywhere and when I did find him elsewhere he was sooo expensive. Great condition exactly what I was looking for! :)

A completely odd choice for a BARBIE doll, ELEKTRA (the lone doll from the Marvel line) is finally seeing store shelves across America. Not based on the film, but the classic comic book character of Elektra, Barbie is now ready to begin her new career as cold hearted assassin (I told you this one was a bit odd)! The doll itself is Barbie quality and stays very true to the design of her original character--even coming with cute little set of sais. The packaging is a bit bland but the newly adopted ELEKTRA logo looks nice and gets the job done.

Hopefully, Marvel will see it fit to release some more dolls in this line (take a gander at DC's gorgoues line of dolls) and Elektra will have some playmates before the year is through. A great doll to add to the collection for fans of the film and comic book.

I finally bought this doll after getting batgirl first. Let me tell you, Elektra is WAY better. Besides having a removable outfit, she doesn't have Batgirl's ugly, freaky, bendable body. She is an AMAZING doll and is definetally worth buying.

I got this doll a few days ago after waiting months for it to be released and let me tell you it was worth the wait! Elektra is beautiful! Her outfit can come off, but I haven't tried because just geussing it would be a major pain to put back on! There are only 2 things I don't like about her, 1) her shoes are fabric stocking thingys instead of boots and 2) her lunchbox just says Elektra on it instead of having a picture of her on it.But for the first of hopefully many Marvel Superhero Barbies, this is a good start!

I bought this Sasha doll the thursday before Easter. I've been having so much fun playing Bratz with my sister. Sasha wears a funky genie jewel on her forehead, a pretty orange flower in her hair, a gold bracelet and a pair of huge earrings. Sasha's hair is soft, long and black. She has tatoos, too. The first outfit features an exotic orange, green and redish orange top, a cool redish orange skirt, and a pair of awsome genie slipper shoes. The second outfit features a gorgeous red top with gold trim, a pretty, green colored little skirt and a pair of cool, red high heeled shoes. Sasha comes with a neat chrystal ball, a necklace for myself and a cool, real fortune telling lamp.
When my sister and I play Bratz they do all kinds of things and go on a ton of crazy adventures.
I love this Sasha doll and I'm sure if you buy it you will too.

I LIKE THE BRATZ DOLLS. BUT I REALLY LOVE!!!!!! THE SASHA DOLLS! SASHA IS JUST SO PRETTY AND I THINK IT'S NICE THAT SHE IS A CENTRAL FIGURE IN THIS LINE INSTEAD OF ONE OF THE MAIN DOLL'S "GOOD FRIENDS". AFRICAN AMERICAN DOLLS HAVE TAKEN THE BACKSEAT FOR FAR TOO LONG NOW. AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT IN THIS LINE (THE BRATZ DOLLS THAT IS) SASHA IS ALMOST ALWAYS MY FAVORITE. BUT IN THIS PARTICULAR LINE ("GENIE MAGIC") SHE IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE!!!! SHE'S A GORGEOUS DOLL IN BEAUTIFUL GENIE CLOTHING. I LOVE THE WHOLE LINE BUT THIS TIME I MUST SAY SASHA REALLY DOES STEAL THE SHOW. GO SASHA!!!!!!

My 3 year old loves the Calico Critters, and this is her favorite family! These toys are so cute & very detailed. They have tons of accessories, and really help wtih creative play!

I purchased the Whiskers cat family and a Birthday Party Set for my 3 yr. old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves to carry around small items either in purses or bags or just in her hands. My son informed me a few days ago that she really loves this item. She sets them up for "tea parties" and talks to them and seems to have them with her constantly. I was surprised at how tiny the accessories were and don't think they would be wise to have around if there are toddlers or small children who might put them in their mouths. Other than that they are very cute and since my granddaughter received many gifts, this tiny cat family must be pretty special for them to be her "chosen" companions.

The whiskers cat family, simply put are the most adorable little animal dolls you're likely to run across. All Calico Critters families have an average height of about 3.5 inches (adults are larger than children & baby sets) . They are covered in a soft downy flocking, are pose-able, and highly detailed. Each family member comes with a removable outfit, with detail & care sewn in. Bright colors, Velcro fastens, ribbon ties, and tiny buttons & lace all add to the charm of their clothing. Children will have hours of fun with all the houses, furniture, and accessories that can be bought. Sets teach kids hand eye coordination (so many miniatures to interact and use) social interaction, Family structure, and creativity. Older individuals can appreciate these detailed miniatures as well. Calico Critters are actually from an older toy line many might recall from the 80's, called "Sylvanian Families". Epoch (maker of both), has started sales again, under a new name in the states. Same old lovable families, with new names. However, the sylvanians of the 80's have been retired in this line (SF is still sold in JP and UK), and replaced with entirely new animals. Let your collecting start up where it left off in the 80s! They're back!!

A photo of the finished doll house would have been nice when it came time to put the thing together. The directions were very scant. The drawings were unclear and the only way to figure out which piece was which was by the little numbers stuck on each piece. The pieces were nicely decorated with indoor or outdoor decorations. That helped to figure out the inside from outside pieces and which way they were to face. The house is made out of some sort of pressboard, not wood. I had six or eight small screws left over when I was done and there was no mention of these screws as to where they were to be used anywhere in the directions. The furniture was really junky. Don't buy this item for the furniture. It is also very heavy and big. Don't build this item at one house expecting to stick it in your car for a drive to another house. It might fit in the back of a full size SUV with the rear seats folded down. It really isn't very sturdy either. It has minimal hardware holding it together and they aren't placed right for maximum strength. It is very colorful but should only be viewed from the back while in use. The front of the house goes against the wall and is just solid white. No painted decorations on the front outside. A four year old would love it but I was disapointed.

The dollhouse was the TOP of the Christmas list item for my daughter after she saw it at Toys-R-Us. And, even at the price of $100 plus tax, it was going to be the main gift, so we decided we would get it for her. Well, that started a November to April journey between the physical store and the online store (via Amazon). Went to the store, they were out. In fact, they were out and have never been back in (or so I thought)!

I setup an email notification with Amazon (which also said "out of stock") that if the item came back into stock, I'd find out. Even with that, I would check both from time to time, to no avail. In March, with my daughter's birthday approaching in early April, I made a couple more visits to the physical store and finally was told it was not going to be an item they stocked anymore. I checked again online and lo and behold, it was In Stock!!! But, it was labeled an "Online Only" exclusive and I never got my email notification either. Even though the little bit of heartbreak over it for Christmas was no longer there, I overlooked the ~$40 in shipping and for the "sweet" price of ~$150 and ordered it.

It came in quickly and was a huge surprise for a birthday to remember! I know, I'm a sucker, but this 9 yr. old is a model person (who would have been fine without it, really) and student with straight As, etc. makes me want to do things like this for her.

About a week later while shopping for another birthday gift at the physical store, what do I see?!?!? The Glitter Dream Dollhouse, in stock! For $99, plus tax. So, I got baited and switched and then ripped off for shipping.

I've not been too thrilled with T-R-U for some time, but I can now say that they have pulled their last trick on me.

By the way, the dollhouse is not difficult to put together and my daughter beams at it and really enjoys this thing.

Thankfully, for her, she got it just before we no longer shop there, regardless of an item's exclusivity. I think if Amazon is going to associate its name with other merchants, they need to be very careful about how it will ultimately affect their reputation. Sorry for the rant, but I just don't like to be taken advantage of and will make sure others know when it happens.

Has anyone ever given a thought to the young children who are grossly exploited in ALL of ANNE GEDDES work. This woman has made her money off exploiting babies who have had their basic human rights taken away from them. I am aware this product is merely a pathetic mock up of one of her indulgent, macabre photographs where an innocent child is forced to 'work for the camera'. This is a significant breech of human rights.

I love this Baby BumbleBee! Her smile says it all! Her four teeth are exactly how in reality a real baby's teeth would form first. The open smile looks as though she definately found something funny or possibly trying to say her first words. Her precious nose you want to kiss and her eyes are smiling too. I am an adult, a doll lover, but Anne Geddes dolls just bring out the little girl in me! My preteen daughters are surprised I love dolls but they see the adorable Anne Geddes dolls and they understand now!

I HAVE BEEN A COLLECTOR AND ADMIRER OF ANNE GEDDES WORK,SINCE 1998 AND BY FAR THIS IS THE CUTEST DOLL MADE YET. BOTH THE POUTY FACE AND GLEEFUL FACE BABIES ARE SURELY GOING TO MELT YOUR HEART!

We had a "Polly Christmas" at our house. We needed storage for all of it. We bought 2 of these and the larger one and we love them all and need more!! The lid is hard to get to stay on at times, but all in all, we love it.
