My 3 1/2 year old daughter had to have this Barbie for Christmas, so Santa obliged. She plays with it irregularly. The dress is beautiful, but will not stay snapped in back and the the ribbon on the skirt fell off. Barbie's hair is silky and soft, but tangles easily and falls out when you brush it. The crown does not stay in place and is now tangling Barbie's hair. For the price, we should have left her as a "just for lookin'" toy.

Okay, so this dress is gorgeous! I mean sparkly and multi-dimensional and just everything a little girl likes in a dress. Only one problem. The "other" dress is ugly so my daughter has no use for turning the dress around and wants to keep the purple dress snapped so it will look fitted. The snaps refuse to stay snapped! The ugly back dress has too many ruffles for the snaps to be easy to operate. I am not a fan of velcro, but they would have done better to use velcro on this one! I am probably going to stitch the back of the dress closed.

i reviewed shiver and am the person that looks like bloom from winx club.i recieved this for christmas from santa,as well as shiver and brietta.she is SOOOOOOOOOO pretty!also,the other dress isn't ugly(in my opinion,not yours),and it's easier for annika to sit wile wearing it!and mine's leg has not fallen off,and doughtfully will.also,i have the pixel chix cottage house and the girl is NOT the one in the picture!this is a very pretty doll,and the wand is beautiful,i think i have forgiven it for almost blinding my mom!i'm gonna take it out of my costume hamper and put it next to annika!

We bought the Barbie and Me doll for my five year old daughter for Christmas. It was all she asked for and she loves it. I'm glad to see we're not the only ones having problems with the hair falling out - by the handful, it seems. The first time my daughter tried to zip the jacket, the hair caught in the zipper and I thought we'd have to cut it off. Finally it came out. I've been tempted to e-mail Mattel about the hair. It's a great doll, except for that problem.

I think this is the most purfect doll. I got it with my Christmas money. I got her in a beauful box (not much pulling out of the box unlike the other dolls). I love the pink dress she came in it is a velvet chest and netting with a shiny soft fabric. I love her ballet shoes. The blonde hair, has beauful blue eyes. It is unlike the little dolls that are tatotos. She has a sport outfit matching Jacket and jogging bottoms- a velvety feeling to it and under the Jacket there is a white top with a pink heart and shiny pink trainers. She is purfect in everyway. She dosent stare at you she smiles and she looks at you like a best friend. She wears a pink heart neckless. There is other shades not just white there is black and taned. She is worth the money I think I am happy to buy it for your childen.

I got this toy for my 4 year old for Christmas and she loves it. Like others she pretty much takes it wherever she goes, and since Barbie has her bed she has to get her PJ's on and tucked in as well at bedtime. My daughter keeps Barbie bed in her bed.

The ONLY complaint on this doll is my daughter asks me to do Barbie's hair like I do hers and as I brush I notice what seems to me alot of her hair falling out. I brush it easy but it seems like alot falls out at a time. I thought it was the brush she came with so I used my daughters My Little Pony brush and it seems not to fall out as much. The doll will be bald my summer if this keeps up. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Otherwise no complaint on this doll. I recommend it for young girls who are just getting into the Barbie age.

I purchased this toy for my six year old. There were not problems with her playing with it. But I consider it too be a danger to little ones. I had this toy on the shelf of a bookcase/toybox, which was not high at all, when my daughter was looking for something in her box, the kitchen fell down and hit her on the head, it has points at all sides and the doors that open up also have points on it, well all I can say is that she can screaming to me with blood running down her face, the way it fell the point cut her in the head, thank goodness it was not worse but it could have been. I took it and threw it away. So if you do purchase this please just keep this in mind. I am also contacting mattel on this issue.

Aside from others saying that "if it fell from a high place this toy is dangerous" (Obviously!) it is wonderful, AWESOME!. It's a real princess toy. The little pieces are soooo cute and girly. This toy gets use everyday for almost a total of 3hrs of playtime. Barbie has a better dinner party than we do!

This is such a fun toy. It has gingham curtains, but the doll is ABSOLOUTELY BEAUTIFUL! She looks like a princesses main treasure. Although, Barbie wears fun playtime clothes. If you collect all the 'house' products you will sure be glad you did!

I really think this would be good for inspiring imaginative skills.

I always loved Strawberry Shortcake while growing up in the 1980s, even though I only had *one* Strawberry Shortcake doll that was missing all of clothes except for her hat and striped stockings. So as I got older I began collecting the older Strawberry Shortcake Dolls (by Kenner) as well as all other products such as lunchboxes, cups, pins, cotton ball containers, etc. So when Bandai reissued the new Strawberry Shortcake a few years ago, I was excited yet disappointed since the new versions of the doll looked nothing like the original ones from the 1970s-1980s. However, I started collecting them too. Then I began to notice a trend. Each week there was a different Strawberry Shortcake doll being sold- the SAME exact doll only wearing a DIFFERENT outfit. It was becoming ridiculous. Orange Blossom, the only Black friend of Strawberry Shortcake, was available in every edition of Strawberry Shortcake until recently. Bandai had a problem with that and Orange Blossom began being excluded a lot from the newer line of dolls. As if young Black girls don't play with Orange Blossom! Eventually, I stopped buying the new Strawberry Shortcake and I have given away to charity most of the newer dolls I had bought (like I said before- it was always the same doll wearing a different outfit). So now I hear Bandai has lost the rights to Strawberry Shortcake and Playmate is issuing the doll. These dolls look like s1uts and are competing for street corners with the Bratz. I don't see these newer Strawberry Shortcake dolls being collectables at all. If you're an SS collector, skip these newer dolls at all costs. I'm telling you, it's not worth it.

I can't believe some of the reviews I've been reading. I grew up with Strawberry Shortcake dolls as well, but we can't live in the past. I bought dolls for my two daughters the last couple of years, and they haven't been that interested until the new 6.5 inch doll came out. Yes, they may be competing with other dolls that are out there but let's face it, that's what the kids want. My 4 and 7 year old daughters love these dolls so much that they are playing with them almost everyday. Now, they even play with the older version dolls and pretend that they are the children and the new dolls are the teenagers. My favorite doll is Lemon Merinque. She smells so yummy!

these dolls are sweet.i have 2 from the collection.they are displayed on a bookshelf in my home.

I bought this Bedtime JoJo for my five month old daughter and she loves it! The voice is very close to the one on the cartoon, not very digital at all, and it grabbed her attention immediately. The body is soft and huggable and the face is easy to clean. It made a nice addition to her ever-growing JoJo collection!

My 2 year-old granddaughter sleeps with her every night and when bedtime comes we tell her JoJo is waiting for her and she goes right in to bed. We like it much better than any other JoJo doll we found. It was a perfect compliment to her JoJo themed birthday party!

My 2 year old loves JoJo and she was so happy to recieve this JoJo for Christmas. She loves to take her to bed with her and "reads" jojo stories. I only wish that there was a bedtime Goliath. One of the things JoJo says is "Where's Goliath". It would be cool if the JoJo and Goliath could "interact".

This doll is really fun!! She eats real food and drinks real water. After your done feeding her then you watch her on the potty and see the surprise she left you. This doll can teach kids how to be gentle with babies if our having a baby in your family. Also once you get attatched to her you'll probably want to by her a twin and acessories. You'll mostly have fun giving her a bath!!!

Mine is a different version, but it's a Baby Born all the same. I got my Baby Born today and I love her so much! I named her Cupcake (but my profile page has a different name, but I can't change it) and she is soooo realistic! She is sized just like a real baby, has soft skin like a real baby, has individual fingers and toes, and realistic eyes! She is not in the best condition, but I love her anyway. She is such an adorable baby and weighty like one too! I love making her squeak and giving her a paci. She is an absolute must-have if you like dolls. She is much better for the 7-14 year olds, but if your little girl wants her she will probably like her too. Don't believe the bad reviews on this doll! She is a must-have!!! And you can put her paci on her finger and it looks so real! I'm going to buy lots of accessories to add to the fun of her! If you want to buy this doll, you should get a Baby Born accessory for her too! I absolutely adore my Baby Born!! I can't say enough about her! A fantastic doll!!!!!

Hey, you guys (by guys I mean girls who want more accessories)! If you can't find the Baby Born you want or the presents you want, my tips might be helpful:

Copy and paste the accessories you want into a document! I do it all the time and then when you have found what you wanted you just go to the file and delete.

Shop at reliable stores and go around Christmas (as soon as they put up decorations). Then buy everything you can afford, and if you see something you want that's not on your list, buy it!

Buy cheap presents you know your friends want in bulk. That way you can have spares and if they don't want them or already have them, you can give them to a toy drive.
~
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! So try earning money as soon as possible, and even do odd jobs if you still don't have enough. That way you can have lots of money for lots of accessories!

Before you go into the store, ask an employee if they sell Baby Born. That way you can save your energy for more shopping!

I just bought this doll last night in the store, and she is adorable. She is so lifelike. She looks just like Martina did in that outfit on that night at the Country Music Awards. I have her on display in my livingroom. I stopped collecting Barbies as a hobby a few years ago, but being such a fan of Martina McBride and of country music in general, I had to have her!

I have her she is beautiful she is more beautiful in life I have her right in front of me right now! I want the LeAnn Rimes doll next I`m a huge country music fan!

This Martina doll is a must-have for every Martina McBride fan and collector. I don't think it is fair to rate it as a toy, but my collection wouldn't be the same without this wonderful addition.
