This toy looks wonderful - full of learning opportunities and fun to play with for a three-year-old. However, things don't work. The people don't fit in the hospital bed and they slide out of the wheelchair. After one frustating evening of play I returned it. I'll stick with Playmobil from now on!

My daughter got this last year, when she was five. It is a great set with several people. She loves the tiny babies and their little crib. Would be great for a soon to be big sister, or any child. I don't know why the other reviewer had problems, maybe her child was too young. The Sweet Streets line is great, highly recommended!

The size and detail on this is remarkable. Doctor is a female which is a great message for the girls. One patient is African-American (the little girl with a cast pn her leg). There is no male figure which would have been nice. The other patient is an obviously expectant mother. Wheelchair actually rolls. As we have a disabled family member, we were thrilled to find ANY play set with a wheelchair. This is a must-have set.

my daughter recvd this for her birthday thinking she would love to play with this in the bathtub but she hardly even touches it!she plays with other bath toys over these. the only thing she likes to do to dora sometimes is put makeup on her face with her water crayons which wash right off, and don't even mention boots he is just nasty, nothing but nasty slimy mold growing inside i threw him away along time ago and my daughter still hasn't noticed! I try to get her to play with the dora at the pool but she just isn't having it, I'm surprised because she loves dora,but this just doesn't do it for her.

My daughter is 3 and loves this toy! We got it when she was 2 1/2 and she has not taken a bath without Dora and Boots since!!! The only problem we experienced is getting Dora's life jacket on.

This toy was one of the first in our collection of water toys and is still going strong! Purchased over a year and a half ago, my little boy will be three next month and he still loves to squirt both Dora and me with the Boots. The vest on the one I bought still changes colors when it gets wet and Doras head has not gotten water inside of it. The Boots did get moldy inside despite my best efforts to squeeze all the water out and allow to dry on its side. I now once a month fill the bathroom sink with hot water and add a capful or two of bleach and squeeze it in and out several times -- this works well for all his "squirtys". Also, we had an opportunity to ride in a friends boat and while all the other kids were screaming they didn't want a vest on, my son willingly jumped into his saying "I'm just like Dora Mommy"!

I f these are ment to be cute, they are from it. They don't even look like babyz and they don't do anything. They are far too much money in my opinion. I got one for my birthday 4 months ago and I still havn't took it out of it's box. It is so ugly, and a baby in a mini skirt!? Babyz are cute and cuddly, these dolls are rock solid and heavy. They are also boring. I would more reccomend Winx Dolls, My Scene or Barbie. I would reccomend this toy for anyone who has no taste in cute or fashoinable.

I don't understand why this companey advertises babys in MINI skirts. Babys are supposed to be cute, I'm not so sure if bratz babyz give that "cute" look. My 5 year old daughter's friends all have one. So she constantly complains about how she is the only one who dosn't have a bratz baby. I don't want her to get ideas of being a "hot momma"

All I heard from my daughter was she had to have this doll. I personally have no interest in Bratz and passed this along to her but when I said that to her it just made her want it more. She worked everyday to make money for this doll. Her birthday was coming soon so I thought I would surprise her. After she opened it, it lasted the rest of the night and she has not touched it since. I personally think it is way too much money and the doll does not do anything. Not worth it.

We completely agree with all of the scathing reviews of this doll. My eight-year-old daugther received Amanda for Christmas and was getting bored with her by mid-afternoon. Even though we seem to have been lucky in getting one of the dolls with few "glitches"--after one or two tries, we had her programmed--my daughter soon discovered that Amanda "had talking issues" and was very demanding. The doll kept saying "You don't sound like Mommy" and "Will Mommy be back soon?" My husband and I also quickly became tired of hearing our daughter shout "YES!" or "NO!" in response to Amanda's non-stop questions. Within a week, Amanda was parked permanently in a doll crib in my daughter's room. Every morning she would wake at her programmed time (7:00 am) and go through the same series of statements and questions. My daughter refused to respond because she wanted Amanda to go back to sleep right away. Needless to say, I would not recommend this doll for children who get frustrated easily or for older children who will probably get bored with the doll's lack of true interactivity.

Amazing Amanda commercials did the trick for our four year old, and this was all she wanted for her birthday. We programmed her, and our daughter turned her off, which means we started over programming her. Programming her became very tedious, after the second time our daughter turned her off. Amanda had a lot of difficulty understanding our daughter. When Amanda would ask for something our daughter would grow tired of her demands, and start telling her no! Poor Amanda, we removed her batteries. Our Amanda doll is safely stored in the top of my closet, waiting for my daughter to grow a little older.

I've been looking at this doll for a couple years wanting to buy it for my daughter but it's just so expensive. After reading the reviews I'm a little worried. So I decided to go to ebay and buy a used one. Although I won't be able to return it for my money back I know she's had a previous owner so I can ask questions like about the lips and eye lashes. And she's A LOT cheaper! Also this way I can purchase Baby Anabelle. They both look like great dolls and I can't choose between them! LoL

After initially finding this toy on Amazon, as a 2nd birthday present for my niece, who absolutely adores Dora, I decided to go into ToysRUs to canvass.

The main reason I wanted to see the doll in the store was because I wanted to make sure that the doll had the capability to say my niece's name, Aulani. I had a lot of difficulty locating the doll in the store, it was not by the Dora merchandise or the interactive/computer area, but in the baby dept.

There is also a Pooh knows your name and an Elmo knows your name. In the store there is a keyboard where you type in your child's name and it will tell you what character knows that name. I was disappointed that only Pooh and Elmo could say Aulani, but when I changed the spelling to Alani, Dora could say it as well!

I purchased Dora Knows Your Name in the store, as opposed to having it shipped from Amazon because I was a little apprehensive about the difficulty of the programming, and I know that my sister would easily be frustrated if it was involved.

You can program the doll while it is still in the box. It comes with a CD rom and a USB chord. Using windows XP it took me about 10 minutes to download the software and run the personalization program. The only difficulty that I had was that I did not correctly insert the USB chord in the doll's control box. The download is fairly simple for anyone who has ever downloaded software. With that information, I would not hesitate buying a similar produuct online.

I absolutely love this doll, it serves as an alarm clock in the morning, reinforces a schedule, and provides entertainment through stories and songs. This doll will even count down the days to your child's birthday and will sing happy birthday. The only thing that I would change about this doll would be more options or a greater selection for stories and song on the software.

I read some of the reviews posted on this site before I bought this Doll, I saw it on Ebay but was afaird because of some the comments that was posted about the doll and thought I should buy it directly in case I needed to return it, But I had no problems at all other then the UBC cord the direction said to turn the cord one way when actually it is the other way, other then that I had no problem downloading anything and I can't wait to give this to my daughter for Easter.

This doll is perfect! How many dolls can you say is educational, encourages your child, and knows your child's name? My 3 1/2 year old just loves it! I was worried it wouldn't know her name but it did! Your child won't have to worry about being lonely or having an imaginary friend because this doll will become her best friend!!

My 21 month old daughter received Baby Pooh for Christmas and plays with him EVERY day. She loves diapering pooh when her baby brother gets a diaper change, and bathes with him nightly. He comes with a duckie and bottle of his own. The high chair back does not stay attached to the chair, but Pooh still sits upright and has enjoyed many meals with my daughter. Pooh is made from hard plastic and, sadly, his arm broke off when dropped by my husband this weekend. My daugher is handling the trauma OK, but we are getting her an new Pooh for her birthday because she loves him so much. I recommend it.

My 4 year old daughter gave this to my 2 year old son for Christmas. They both really love to play house with dolls this size and love that it can go in the tub. My daughter plays with her brother's doll every chance she gets and now she is asking for her own for her 5th birthday. We had the difficulty with the back of the chair, but it hasn't been much of an issue for us. The doll itself is what they prize the most.

I have 2-1/2 year old twins and they just received these for Xmas at my request. My mother, who bought them, was skeptical, but they have been the most played with toys from Xmas so far. My son and daughter are in the taking clothes off stage and love to undress Pooh. They have taken their Winnie the Poohs into the bath and have so much fun giving them a bath. I did have a problem with one of the high chair backs. It kept falling off, but I kept bending the plastic back until it fit better. Now we don't have the problem. I do recommend this Winnie the Pooh.

It's a bratz babyz doll. It is what it is! Much less skanky than regular full-size bratz. My 8 year old loves it and most of her fellow 2nd grade girl friends have these dolls too. Seems VERY durable, I would be totally comfortable giving this to a 4 or 5 year old.

I get relly sick of hearing that baby bratz where thongs because its not true bratz in genral are surposed to be pretty and cool if every one would leave bratz alone or bought one before they said all this it never would have happened what bothers me the most is that kids dont get to play with bratz cause there parents hear this story and dont buy it for them but in my books bratz are the best me and my friend have been playing with them since the day they came out and i have never had a bratz toy break I love love love love love love bratz!
But i do wish they would make more kinds please mga lisen to me!

I have had my cloe doll 4 about a year now and she is played with everyday but yet she has no scratches no dents and is in the same condition as when i first got her she is verry verry durable.

mind you, the toys are durable and somewhat fun [...] Without the furniture, the Dora house is really nothing at all. Also, I don't understand why they included a sofa with the house, and then make another couch accessory, but the cushions ARE cute.

My daughter recieved the pool add-on, and she really plays with it more than she does the entire house!!

I guess I'm just disappointed after REALLY searching hard for these toys. I am definitely going to wait until the stores are stocked again and buy them at $10, which is more what they are worth.

This living room set is alot better than the bedroom set for dora. The couch pulls out to make another bed, it comes with two soft pillows, a colourful lamp, the newspaper and the coffee table that flips its top to make a tea set appear! the problems are though that the couch doesnt always allow for the heavy figurines to sit in it without falling off of it, wich can be dissapointing. Also somtimes i find that the couch 'pull out' section is detached from the rest of the sofa. this i am sure is my 1 yr olds fault though. But it does just snap back together, so its an easy fix if there is an accident! The rest if the accesories are fine though.

We bought the talking doll house and furniture sets, after looking for a while and finally completed the set just after Christmas. My 3 year old got this as one of the first sets and can not leave it alone. She plays with the sets and house every single day and her 6 year old sister has even joined in. I like the fact that there was a couch with the house and then this set, no one is without a couch and they each get one of the cute pillows to use and share the lamp and table. They're durable and make my 2 very happy. That's all that counts!

This product did not have a very clear description. I was disappointed when I received it as the blocks are very small and not at all what I expected. I am confident that Brio makes a quality product, but the product description should include measurements and describe the size of the blocks better.

We bought these blocks for our two year old son because he liked stacking his legos so much. The legos and megablocks have been put in the closet since he opened these at Christmas. Anyone with a toddler knows how hard it is to keep them focused on any one thing for very long. Our son will play with these blocks for 20 minutes straight without stopping! He loves to build all of his fisher-price alphabet animals a house and then knock it down to build a house for the next lucky animial. These blocks are the first thing he goes for in his playroom everyday. I love to sit and watch him as he analyzes each piece and decides which would be the best to build his house with. It's great for hand/eye coordination and its got to be good for self-esteem and imagination.

My daughter loves stacking these blocks on top of each other. She has learnt to stack them when she was a little over a year. This is a versatile toy which can be fun for many years. I saw people complaining that the blocks were small, but this is just the size such small kids can easily manipulate, I think. I highly recommend!
