Salutations. I recently purchased this "educational" appliance for my [...] son, and I can not say that it presented a pleasurable experience. If you are a parent such as I, in search of a intellectually stimulating tool for your child's needs, you must look elsewhere, for a appliance of this sort is not only preposterously incompatible with children's overall needs, but it also does nothing but laugh! I was appalled by its lack of intelligence and creativity. For the price, I expected something of value for my poor son's unfortunately incompetant demeanor. However, I can safely conclude that this inhibiting device is the quintessential sort of devaluaizationaling product distributed throughout the world! Please don't make the same unbearable mishap as I performed by purchasing this disgraceful object of sin. It will in turn degrade your moral values as a human being, and I could not more strongly disrecommend this product, folks.

I bought the lamaze play and grow for my newborn son soon after he was born. Although he can't really play with it he sure does enjoy the mirror. I like it for its creative colors, and different textures he will soon learn to love and have fun with his new toy.

This toy was bought as a shower gift for our fourth baby in 2002, and it's still in the toy box. It has many features and is just overall a great toy that keeps babies occupied.

It's soft, crinkly and rattles. What baby could resist this great turtle? It was especially delightful to watch him play with the mirror when he got old enough to discover it.

I bought Cadoo one Christmas for my nephew because he thought it would be fun. He was wrong. I played it one time with him and while we were playing he got bored. There is no real point to this game.

This is a great game. My 2 1/2 and 6 both play it together. It helps the little one to learn colors and shapes and identifying pictures and most importantly to listen to instructions. Its a fun action game because the speaker calls out the new location to find and tells the players how to get there -- spin to a red, crawl to a square. It is even fun to play alone. I definitely recommend this.

I had this game on my Amazon wish list, and a good friend purchased it as a "big brother" gift for my two eldest when their baby brother was born. Since they had lots of toys already, I kept it hidden in my closet for the right day... when the baby would be awake, the downstairs neighbors would be gone, etc.

Well, I pulled it out today, popped the batteries in, and voila! Like magic, my normally squabbling 3 1/2 and 6 1/2 year olds were giggling, bouncing, and leaping all over the place. The great thing is that it's an active game, but they have to listen to the game's instructions, so they don't get overly wild. This is a terrific game for a small birthday party (though you can order spare game pads from Cranium and use it for bigger groups or classes), or just to bring out when the kids are bored and can't go burn off energy outside.

The game is really simple; it comes with the battery-operated pod and 16 pads that you scatter on the floor. They vary in shapes, colors, and emblems (things like animals, instruments, and food). The players have to listen to the pod's instructions (ie "spin over to a circle! Touch your nose to an animal!"), and after a certain number of instructions, the game will tell the players to freeze, and announce that if anyone is standing on a certain pad, they're the winner, and should take a bow or do a funky dance.

I was thrilled to have a game that's active and something that both my kids could play together -- since it's essentially a listening-to-instructions game of luck, one wouldn't necessarily beat the other.

This is a terrific example of how well-thought-out the Cranium games are. I'm sure we'll get lots of use out of this!

You can not assume that King Kong is included in this play set. IT IS NOT. That requires an additional purchase and expense. Without it you will have a rather useless toy and a dissapointed child on your hands.

after the last day of school was near my birthday and my mom got me the king kong skull island playset, everything worked out well, the pieces snapped in place as it should have. i have already gotten the giant insects, the t rex king kong, and 7 figures. so it all went together very well. this is an offical king kong toy, and is probably the best one of them all. enjoy!

Overall the toy is okay; not perfect, but he seems happy with it so far.

We bought this at an 83% discount (Amazon) for under $7.

I do not think this toy is worth the retail jacked up price of $40, nor would I have paid that.

My son gave 5 stars for everything, but there is nothing educational about this toy.

Durability seems about par for the molded plastic every toy seems to be made of these days.

I think if you have a few of the action figures (sold by themselves) they would compliment the toy tremendously and make it worthwhile and fun.

The toy alone is just lacking.

The King Kong playset is great.I had a lot of fun with it.The only thing I don't like about it is it is missing King Kong.Other then that,it is great!!!!!

I repeatedly tapped the monkey's head but Captain Bones stayed in his treasure chest the whole time!

This is a very, very fun game. My kids are 6 and 3, and we have never had so much fun with a game the first time we played it. The game is a little long, and I don't know if we've ever "finished" a game, but the kids still get very excited when the skeleton comes out of the treasure chest. The game is very fragile (the packaging even says so), so I expect it to break at any moment. But, as far as I'm concerned, our first hour playing the game made the purchase worth it.

I have a [...] and a [...] (girls) and they just LOVE this game. They love when the captain bones comes out and steals the gold. I got it this weekend, and they have been playing it ever since. Great purchase. (I have not had any trouble that others have had with the mechanics of the game.)

My son loves this Leapster Game. I like the fact that he is actually learning something. He is in kindergarten and I got this game for him to present a bit of a challenge for him. He has not completed all the levels yet, but he likes the fact that he can figure things out on his own. I am not sure if it is a full-fledged first grade level game, but it will present a challenge for 4 - 6 year olds.

I wanted to buy a game that would make my 5 year old happy and, at the same time, improve his skills in Math and language. This game achieved achieved both ends.
I strongly recommend it for kids in Kindergarten, because it stimulates them. I don't know whether it would work as well for 1st graders.

My kindergartener, first grader and fourth grader all enjoyed playing this game. I even had a turn at it. And the price was definitely a plus.

This charming game is a fantastic way of getting to know what your friends are really like. Every round, you have an "adjective" card (like "normal" or "misunderstood"). Each player then takes one "noun" card from their hand and places it face down. A judge (a rotating position between players) chooses the noun card that they think matches the adjective the best. Of course, the real fun comes in trying to lobby for your card! ("No really, whips ARE normal!")

Apples to Apples is a quick set up and quick to learn game for the entire group. The idea is a simple one and lots of fun. Every person gets a certain amount of the red cards which have people, places, events and things on them. One person is chosen to be the judge and they choose a card from the green card pile in which each card has an adjective on it. The judge reads the card and definition if necessary. People then choose which of their red cards best fits that word. The judge then chooses which one he/she likes best and the winner keeps the green card. After collecting so many, that person wins the game. Everyone takes turns being the judge, so it stays fun for all. It's hilarious to see what people choose and game goes quickly. A great one to keep at home for any gatherings.

My teacher let us use this game during free time. Kids couldn't wait to play, it was so much fun. When there was a theme like scary or weird we would put kid shows which made it really funny. Once the theme was weird and a kid put teletubbies. The kid actually won. It is a real fun game. I will hopefully get it for my birthday.Also i hope i am writing on the correct apples to apples since im not sure if it was on the junior version or on the regular version.

My daughter (age 6) was saving up to buy this toy because of the ad she saw on TV. It was something I wasn't going to buy, mainly because of the price and she already has too many Bratz. Get it home and it won't blow bubbles. The bubble solution runs down the neck and won't stay on the lips of the doll. I'd highly reccommend getting a different Bratz doll.

My daughter saw this on TV and really wanted it for her birthday. It was the biggest dissapointment. It's EXTREMELY HARD TO USE!!!! If you are lucky, it blows 2-3 bubbles before you have to try to wet the lips with the bottle again, before the fan kicks on. There is no chamber to hold the bubbles, and if you don't remove the bottle fast enough, or get a good film over the lips, it doesn't blow bubbles at all. Bubble liquid then runs down the side of the doll making a huge mess. Our teenage nieces were even dying to try it and gave up in less than 5 minutes. As an adult, I only got a few bubbles to blow and I only had about a 20% success rate in getting the bubbles to blow. At best, I got it to work once for every five tries. My daughter only got bubbles twice out of the 10 minute coaching session I did with her. You shouldn't have to "coach" your child and then pray it will work! A HUGE FLOP!!!

[...] This toy rocks! I'm 12 years old and even I had fun with it. My bff has eight and she's 12. So I think that you should get this toy for these reasons:

1: It's cute
2: It's fun
3: It works without batteries
4: It can be fun for any age
5: It's not just like little baby toys it can be like a real doll for any age.
6: It's better with sound
7: It's more fun with the bubbles
8: It's worth the money
9: It's put together nicely
10: It comes with alotta cute toysin the pack!

great if you don't have much space. my daughter is playing with that toy on the deck. however, i wish it was larger.

Great fun for our grandchildren who love playing in water, sand and mud! All three enjoy it, ages 7, 3, and 2. Seems durable and we like the fact that you can use it on legs or without and it is easy to move. Also like the cover to protect it from our outside kitty and weather. They love to play in water so this gives them a chance to do so without getting in trouble and keeps them occupied for long periods of time. Good buy for little ones.

We bought the Friendly Toys Sand and Water Kingdom Table for our 15 month old after reading the great reviews it had. We have been very pleased with our purchase. It is a very sturdy table, a great height for kids and easy for us to move around. We haven't had a need to use the cover because we just put ours in the garage when she is finished playing with it for the day but it appears very durable. She loves it and we love the convenience of it. We will recommend this item to others who are searching for a well built sand/water table.

I recently gave this car as a birthday gift to a four year old boy in my home daycare. He loves it so much! It is very detailed and yet still very rugged. He has had two problems with it but an older child would have more patience. It's difficult getting his Batman to sit all the way down in the seat. And unless he's all the way down, the top won't close and has popped off (it looks difficult to pop off, but this kid has done it). It's easy for an adult to pop back on. The second issue has been getting the arrows that shoot out back into the guns. You have to rotate them until they pop in. These are pretty minor problems if you have a child with a little patience and the overall quality far outweighs these issues.

i bought this version of the Batmobile instead of the RC version because it was not as pricey and didn't require a separately-purchased, expensive battery. this version is a great Batmobile. the electronic lights and sounds are cool, the rockets hide great inside the chassis, everything looks great. it's great to roll across the floor and startle any sleeping pets. the only problem? the Battle Gear Batman figure i have DOES NOT fit in the cockpit. the cockpit is way too small, requiring you to bend and jam your Batman action figure's limbs and trying unsuccessfully to force it into the cockpit seat, and even then it doesn't fit. i like to take care of my things, since i see them more as collector's items rather than toys. i wanted this Batmobile to be a safe place for my Batman figure, which normally lies out in the open. so unfortunately, this is a big disappointment. oh well, the rest of the Batmobile looks great!

I saw this toy at my [...] and decided to suprise my 3&4 year old. This was the best money I have ever spent and would have gladly paid 10x that amount. My sons have found many of their other action figures that fit into the cockpit and even have ones whose hands fit on the steering wheel. I am looking for a Batman figure but they are happy while I searching. The sounds, push button action and missle lauching is perfect for little fingers. There are so many additional features on this toy that they have made this their favorite toy. Buzz and Spiderman have now subcum to BATMAN!!!!!
