This 4 player game involves players in battle where they have to roll the dice to win and either go foward or backward depending on the roll of the dice. There are activity cards that require the player to make Shrek character noises or sing Shrek songs. Overall it is a fun game a little lengthy for the younger ones, I would recommend it as an addition to your game collection!

This is a really cute game for the younger elementary set. My 6 year old and I can get through a game in 30 minutes, which is perfect for before dinner, or while his sister is in the bath. You MUST have seen the movie to play as it requires players to imitate characters from the movie. The "battles" are a matter of rolling dice to match pictures and it is very easy set up and very easy to play. My 3 year old was occupied with rolling the dice for me.

One thing you need to watch, though, and it bothers me a little, is that some of the impersonations require players to re-create bodily functions such as burping. Trying to teach my children manners takes a backseat here. They get off track and have silly little burp-fests going on. It can get tiring.

All in all, it is a good game and a perfect way to fill a half hour and spend some fun time with your kid!

After Winnie the Pooh Candyland, a Sesame Street game, and multiple movie-themed versions of Monopoly and trivia games, my expectations of this game were rather low. I was pleasantly surprised by the Shrek 2 Twisted Fairy Tale game.

In addition to rolling dice in battle, some of the activity cards require singing songs, doing an impression of a movie character, or making sound effects. This game is much more interesting than other games that simply require spinning, rolling, or drawing a card to move around the board.

Honestly, I didn't think this game was going to be the hit that it was. However, I went to a gathering of people and I brought it along, and we ended up playing it for hours straight.

I would recommend playing it with either 4 or 6 people, and following the rules (which are incredibly simple). This game would be fun for any age range-- my friends and I are all in our 20s, but this could be fun regardless of age.

Really a fun game to play. Have it part of you party game selection. Easy to learn. Great part about is that every one at your adult party no matter what the education level will enjoy.

We played this games at Pizza Hut. We got so involved in this game that we forgot all about the surroundings. The game is educational yet fun. Everybody enjoyed it, even those who usually do not play games. Can't wait to purchase it.

Santa brought this present for my three year old daughter this past year. Boy, wasn't Santa surprised to find such junk in the box. The bar was junk, the mat was junk, and the DVD was worse than junk!

I don't think I could find anything else on TV as bad as this DVD. The music was horrible. It's supposed to be a ballet DVD. Let's try some classical music?? Of all the beautiful young women on the planet, they had to pick this girl?? I have to agree with a previous reviewer that this was definitely the producer's daughter, as she had absolutly no other redeeming qualities. She has a horribly annoying voice, a face that hasn't launched any ships, and no talent for ballet.

I have not let my daughter watch the DVD since Christmas week as I just can't stand it. She does run around the house singing bella bella dancerella. But I just put on our Dance with Barbie tape.

Don't waste your money! If you decide that you have to have it watch for sales as we got it for $[...]at Target.

My rating is an average of 3 stars based on the following: Five stars for entertaining my 5 year old daughter. She got this for Christmas 2005. She is quite happy with the product and uses it an average of a few times a month. She doesn't mind the cheesy music, the annoying voice of leader or the low-low-low-no budget set. She thinks the monkey is funny. Zero Stars for everything else: I could care less about the music, cheap plastic bar or homemade costumes; although I really would like to beat that monkey with a baseball bat. I actually think it is going to be hard for my daughter to un-learn this video when it comes time for her to start class. She really doesn't understand that she is supposed to stand still, hold the bar and do each position. Also, it is a constant battle with main stream media about what is beautiful. Bone-straight blonde hair, pale skin and blue eyes are not the epitome of beauty. My main contention is that in the version I bought there is a little black girl named Ianthe. You only see Ianthe for the introduction and the warm up. They give her a couple of five second cuts during the instruction portion of the video where she doesn't even get to wear a ballet outfit [she is still in her warm up exercise clothes] and during her part of the fruit song as a banana. The other two caucasian girls have super prominent parts during the entire instruction portion of the video and the entire fruit song [not just their fruit portion of the song]. When asked how many girls are in the video, she says two, the little girl that looks like her classmate (the girl with the blonde hair) and the little girl that looks like her friend's mom (the girl with the black hair). She never remembers Ianthe. I think it would have been nice for my little curly haired black child to see someone who looks like her have a prominent role in this video. I can't wait for the CD to scratch. And can someone please maime the monkey!

We bought this toy for our daughters 3rd birthday. She LOVES LOVES LOVES it. The movie is kind of annoying and low quality, but I hear the family put it out on their own w/out the help of a "big toy company". Either way, my daughter loves it and watches it over and over and over. She sets the bar and mat up her self, it's very light weight. Although she can't fallow the steps perfecty, she does watch it and try to move her arms and legs like the little girls on TV. It's really cute. I didn't buy the 17.00 bella matching tutu. I went to target and got one for less then 10$. Ye-ay me!

We just purchased this for my 3 year old daughter and I was very dissapointed when we opened it. The ball was so small and flimsy that we had to purchase another one. The goal itself seems to be ok although the net is stretched very thight causing the ball to bounce back out. Hopefully it will stretch out over time. My daughter did enjoy it after we purchased a real soccer ball. They should include a normal size ball or sell this as a goal only!!!!!!

This toy is sold for 25.00 at fisher-pricestore.com! I was shocked it was actually more at Amazon.com!

Well, of course you want the ball to bounce right back out!!!! Do you want your toddler digging around in a loose net for the ball?

My son loves Nemo more then anything his room is nemo, his last 2 birthdays were nemo. So you can imagine how excited he was to recieve this game. We do not like it at all I find the graphics to be horrible and its def harder then alot of the other games. He will play it for a few minutes and then he goes right back to toy story

My nephew absolutely loved the games in this Nemo cartridge...I did do because they are educational and teach him various things that he probably would have no interest in...At least he is broading his horizons in a way that he enjoys.

Great game! Bright, Colorful, easy for preschoolers to play and understand. This one rates right up there with Winnie the Pooh for the 3-5 age group.

My Granddaughter loves to have tea parties and I though this would be perfect for her. Like some of the other buyers I could not get it to work until I sucked on the "straw" that brings the water into the pot.YUK! Also it is only $14.99 at Target and I think that bugs me more than anything else.

I purchased this coffee maker three years ago. It has been played with by my now 4 year granddaughter and now my 1 1/2 year old grandson is enjoying it also. It has been a very fun set for both the children. It has taken being banged around and taken many falls to the floor but just keeps on working. I have been served many cups of coffee from this set. Recently, I showed the four year old how you could put water in it and it would brew up a pot of coffee, ( something we won't mention to the 1 1/2 old for a while )now it's a whole new toy to her and I now have to really drink all this coffee she makes for me. This is an awesome toy !!! Attractive, realistic and very well made indeed !!

I got this for 14.99 at target. I bought the microave and mixer also for that price. The "coffee" goes up top like real ones. It comes out into the coffee pot. Really cute! I'm suprised by the price on here though.

I bought this pool last week and am now back to buy another pool because this one is a total waste of money. We put the pool on our deck, which obviously is not level enough for this pool, because even there's only about a 2-inch slope, it's enough to warp the shape of the pool and eventually cause the water to leak out one side. It seems very flimsy, and I wonder if it could even stay together to hold all that water if it was on level ground. Plus, when is ground ever totally level? The kids loved the idea and are very disappointed.

We bought this pool last week. It seems nice, Mom & Dad were both able to sit in it too. Nice Size.

Overall we like this pool. So far so good!

This is a cute pool for the family. Mostly for the kids, but there is enough room for Mom and Dad to hang out also. Love the see-thru colored swirl design. The extra wide walls are so much better than the thin plastic/metal walls on the older pools. Easy to store by deflating it, unlike the large hard plastic wading pools that have to be stored behind a shed. Seems to durable enough for my 2 maniac sons (ages 2 and 4). Good size for them to learn to swim without being afraid. The kids can play in the pool themselves while I watch. Great product at very reasonable price!

We just purchased this starter set, along with the two other starter sets and the 3-pack set, for my 6-year-old. He has LOVED trains for years but outgrew the Thomas stuff and wanted something new and different. I came across this XTS system, and could find almost NO reviews whatsoever. We decided to risk it, and so far we are pleased.I don't know yet how durable it will be, and for it to be any fun whatsoever, you MUST buy more than just the starter sets (which is why I gave the "fun" category only 4 stars.) You CANNOT connect the starter sets together without additional track tiles. I gave it 4 stars for educational value, because if you do have a number of tiles, you have to use some thought to figure out how to best connect them. I like the little orange switches on the track - you can make the train go lots of different directions if you have several tiles with those switches. And I like the pieces that "plug in" to the tiles - they add some dimension and interest. So far, my son really likes this system, and he is asking for more pieces, especially the railroad crossing and tunnel we found on another site. I think this is a great thing for kids who have outgrown the wooden track but are not yet big enough for model trains.

This game is one of the most fun games to play when your on the road or just have free time. Mancala really helped my brother of 8 yrs to actually enjoy a math based game. Overall this game is one of the best I've played(and I've played a lot of Board Games).

Mancala is literally one of the oldest board games in history, and it is still wildly popular among many traditional and modern cultures in the world today. Game play is simple, but consistently fun and the game is a great equalizer: it, for the most part, is the same difficulty for both kids and adults.

This convenient closing board makes it an easy game to travel with, both for children and adults. You can bring it on an airplane or play it in the backseat of your car, and its addictive qualities make for hours of fun.

This is just a good old game. Nothing fancy but it makes you think. It reminds me of something I would have had as a kid.
