My son received this item for Christmas, We played with it for about 30 minutes on Christmas and then put it away. The next day I took it out and it no longer functioned.

It's your basic run right.A simple in simple out.Get the stuff and go.Not so.This is a good adventure for 2-5 players (I recomend at least 3 players)It does require a good bit of detective work but is overall good if you can get ahold of it.RARE BOOK!

I just started with Shadowrun, and I think this is an AWESOME RPG! This book adds a few new good elements and explains a cople of important subjects in Shadowrun. A must-have for Shadowrun GM's... !

"Controversy" is the right name for this game. We couldn't stop -- didn't even really play the game after a while, just reading the cards and talking about them. Some of the statements are really controversial! Some of my hypersensitive friends were uncomfortable sometimes -- the game makes no attempt to be politically correct, that's for sure (good balance between very liberal and very conservative statements. Fair And Balanced! LOL!). Things got heated sometimes, but mostly we had fun talking about the issues raised in the game -- some very funny things, too. I probably wouldn't have bought this myself -- got it as a gift -- but we had the best time! The most fun I've had with a few friends and a bottle of wine in a long time. I'm buying a bunch of these as gifts for other smart friends. If you have opinions, you'll definitely like this. (Most of my college friends love this, but some of my less opinionated friends weren't really that interested.) (I also found out a lot about my friends -- some of which I wish I didn't know -- LOL!)

Good first kit for a kid about 11 or 12yrs old.

If the new edition of "Movie Mania" is even close to being as cool as the original, it's a definite 5-star item (hence the fact that I gave it five stars--well, fifteen, actually). I'm thrilled to be the first person to review it!

The game consists of quotes, trivia questions and other stuff that you have to answer to move around the board. Once you succesfully answer a question from each category, you win! Really, there are no losers!

I received the original version as a gift from my chum chatchi, and we had hours of fun playing it. We're quite well-versed in movies, as you can tell by reading some of our other reviews. My only complaint is that the original version had too many questions and quotes from movies that I'd never heard of, including one starring Michael Biehn (I can't remember the title).

So when you need a break from actually watching movies, you can play this game and keep your movie-game-skills sharp.
